Thank you for joining me in this meditation.

You can do this meditation at any time of your day,

But I will suggest doing this in the morning so you can prime your day and have the best day possible.

So when you're ready,

Feeling centered,

Either sitting straight up on a chair with feet flat on the floor or sitting cross-legged with your sit bones rooted down into the earth,

Closing your eyes down and just take a breath in through the nose and breath out through the mouth.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Now,

I want you to take a few moments to scan your body from head to toe.

You can feel the air in your mouth.

You can feel the air in your mouth.

Notice how you feel.

It's taking a few moments to scan your body from head to toe.

Noticing any tension,

Any body sensation,

Any tingles,

Perhaps maybe a sense of peace or comfort.

It's grounding yourself in your body.

We're going to take a few square breaths or Ujjayi breath for a few cycles before we begin.

So when you are ready,

I'd like you to take a deep breath in through your nose for one,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold your breath at the top.

Exhale through your nose for four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Holding at the base of your breath.

Again,

Breathe in for one,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Hold.

And exhale through the nose for three,

Two,

One,

Holding at the base.

One more time with my lead.

Breathe in for two,

Three,

Four,

Hold.

And release four,

Three,

Two,

And one,

Holding at the base.

Continue this breath on your own for a few more cycles,

Allowing yourself to connect deeper into the body,

Slowly becoming very relaxed and at peace.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

And from here,

Continuing this breath if you choose,

We're just taking deep breaths in and out,

Being fully aware of this breath.

Now,

Thinking of three moments that you can be grateful for,

We'll start with one.

Thinking back maybe years ago,

Today,

Yesterday,

Weeks ago,

I'd like you just to step into a moment that you can feel truly grateful for and step into it like you are there,

Like you are living,

Breathing it,

Feeling it right now in your body,

Filling up with gratitude for that moment.

Maybe a smile comes on your face,

Really feeling it in your heart,

Taking in this moment and filling up with gratitude.

Feel it,

Take it in and just feel so grateful and enjoy it.

Taking in a second moment now,

What can you truly be grateful for?

Think back to a time,

What were you doing?

Who were you with?

What did it feel like?

Again,

Being grateful for this moment,

What happened?

What did it teach you?

What did you learn?

What did you experience?

Again,

Filling up with gratitude for that moment in time,

Taking it all in,

Feeling that moment in your body.

Thinking of a third moment now,

Anything that you can feel really grateful for,

The blessings of that moment,

The beauty of that moment,

What is something?

What is that moment?

Enjoy it,

Take it in.

Again,

Step into it like you are living it now,

Feeling what it felt then now.

Breathing it in and as you exhale,

Just feeling a sense of peace,

Comfort,

Belonging wash over you,

Feel that joy,

That passion.

Whatever that moment is,

Feeling that gratitude wash over you.

Enjoy it.

Taking a deep breath in and gently exhale,

Let it go.

While you are here now,

Again,

Just take it in,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

And as you breathe in,

Envision a white light from the crown of your head,

Cleansing your body and washing all the way down to the toes and feet.

So that light follows your breath in and out and it starts to cleanse and heal your mind,

Your body,

Your emotions,

Your relationships,

Your life.

Breathe it in and as you exhale,

That light shoots down,

Down into the earth below you,

It anchors you in and it draws all the way back up your body through the feet,

Through the belly,

All the way up to the crown of the head and into the heavens.

Breathe here in and out and envision this light pouring over you,

Cleansing you,

Healing you.

Breathe in and out.

This light is healing you,

Strengthening you,

Strengthening the best parts of you.

Continue to envision this light coming up and down into your body,

Down into the earth and all the way back up into your body and into the heavens,

Feeling warmness pour over you,

Washing through you.

And allow this light now to pull into your heart space,

Send this light now out into the world,

Into the people that you love,

Fill them up,

Send this light to them,

See them smile,

See them fill up with joy,

Feel their joy,

Bring it back into your heart and then slowly send it out again,

Maybe to co-workers,

To friends,

Lovers,

Family members,

Perhaps people you just don't even know or have yet to meet.

Bring it into your heart and send it out again.

See this light healing people's pain,

See this light strengthening the best parts of those people,

Bringing loving energy to them and bringing it back into yourself.

Breathe it in and as you exhale send it out to them one more time,

Breathe it in and send it out.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and as you exhale let it go.

Now coming back to your body,

Thinking of goals that you want to accomplish now.

What is something that you want done?

Experience it being done now,

Give thanks and step in to that moment like it's already happened.

Feel the joy celebrating that it is done.

Feel it,

Breathe it,

Give thanks for it.

It's not a dream anymore,

You are living it.

Take a deep breath in and exhale with a big smile on your face,

Envision yourself celebrating and being so happy that that goal was met,

That you completed it,

You did it.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Thinking of a second moment now,

What is it that you want to accomplish?

What's a goal that you want?

Maybe it's a three week goal,

Maybe a six to twelve month goal,

Whatever it is next week.

Visualize it now,

Visualize it being done,

Live it right now.

What is it that you want to see happen?

Paint it on the screen of your mind right now,

Jumping realities,

You are there,

You are living it.

Take a deep breath in,

Breathe it out,

Exhale and as you do think of a third moment now,

Maybe it's a moment that you don't think that you can accomplish or it's been on the back burner for a while.

Let go of those limiting beliefs for a little free time,

As you do this,

You experience it your whole body,

Where are you?

Feeling it in your body now and experiencing it.

You did it.

It's done.

There's no fear.

You can do it.

You did it.

Feeling a sense of pride for completing.

Take a deep breath in and take a loud exhale at the mouth.

Now grabbing some moments in time that make you feel good.

Sacred moments,

Passionate moments,

Fun moments.

Grab that moment and bring it into your heart and feel it.

Maybe a sacred moment.

What happened?

Bring it into your heart and feel it now.

A happy moment,

A yummy moment.

Bring these moments into your heart and fill up your heart with this gratitude,

With these beautiful feelings of joy and love.

What if life could always be like this?

What if life was happening for you and not to you?

And what if all the pains and problems were actually just gifts?

And you found the meaning of these gifts and you were free from the pain.

The energy of all these experiences,

Bring them in.

Bring them into your heart and feel it.

Take a deep breath in and exhale out.

Feel the love.

Feel the joy.

This is the true nature.

This is your soul.

Free to be you and free to be unlimited.

Again,

Take a deep breath in and let it all go.

Whatever's no longer serving you doesn't need to be here one more time.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

When you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes,

Coming back to this space in the room that you're in,

Giving thanks to what is already yours.
