The last few moments of your day are the most important.
We are going to reprogram your subconscious mind into an attitude of gratitude.
In order to get the most out of this meditation and maximize the benefits in your life,
I would recommend listening to this meditation every night for the next 30 days.
So when you're ready,
Climbing into your bed,
Closing down your eyes,
And beginning with some deep breaths with me.
Taking a deep breath in,
And an exhale out,
Deep inhale,
And exhale full of gratitude for this bed,
For the soft blanket,
For your comfortable pillow,
For the roof over your head,
For the device that allows you to listen to this.
Thank you.

Gratitude for the day you had,
For the people that you met,
The delicious food you got to enjoy,
The insight you gained,
Another day alive.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Gratitude for the seeds that were planted,
For the wisdom gained,
For the people you impacted.
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Gratitude for the miracle of life,
Gratitude for the vessel that you are able to move through in this time and space.
Thank you to your feet for getting you where you needed to be.
Thank you for your eyes to see,
For your lungs to take in breath without having to think about it.
Deep inhale,
Relaxing exhale,
Taking a minute now to hold gratitude for anything else you can think of to be grateful for in your life.
Gratitude for what happened today that you could be grateful for.
Gratitude for infinite intelligence.
