Hello and welcome to this week's guided meditation.
Before I get into it,
I have some exciting news to share.
My brand new e-course Envision the True You is now live on my website.
It's a three-part manifestation course with journaling exercises and guided meditations showing you how to take your ideals and make them your living,
Breathing reality.
Everything starts with you.
And when you make shifts and changes at the core center of you,
Everything around you starts to change and elevate.
If you're ready to level up and live a more expansive life where your true potential starts to become manifest,
Then this is the place to start.
I'm so excited about it and if you want to sign up,
Just click the link in the show notes.
Alright,
Let's get into the meditation.
If you haven't already,
Find somewhere quiet and peaceful to sit and relax.
Close down your eyes.
Let your shoulders melt away from your ears.
Take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Let everything you've been carrying go.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale with a sigh.
Letting any tension and stress just melt off your body.
One more time,
In through your nose.
Exhale.
Let it go.
Relax.
Letting your breath be natural and relaxed.
Today we'll be focusing on the physical body and specifically releasing any negative stories or points of insecurity that you may be holding about it.
No matter how you look,
There is no part of you that you should feel bad about or hide at all.
There's no part of your body that is inherently wrong and it's not your job to feel bad about yourself.
You can actually rewire your thoughts and feelings towards at the very least neutrality but certainly acceptance and even love and appreciation for every part of who you are.
The more you accept yourself,
The more you accept others and the cycle of acceptance grows.
The less you judge yourself,
The less you'll judge others and the process of liberation becomes more.
This is the power of your healing.
This is the power of your love.
Take a deep inhale into your belly,
Filling up all the way and then open your mouth and exhale with a sigh.
And now softly think about a part of your body that you have a negative pattern of thought about.
Think about the core criticism you have about this part.
What would it be like to be free of this thought completely if it simply didn't exist in your mind?
What would it feel like to not think of this part of yourself as a problem?
What would it feel like to accept this part of yourself?
To no longer fight against it but instead to say it's okay.
It's okay to be how I am.
And imagine meeting someone else with a similar aspect and seeing them free of self-consciousness,
Completely loving and celebrating who they are.
How would that make you feel?
Let your mind wander and dream about a new kind of dialogue and relationship with this part of yourself.
What would it feel like for you to love this part of yourself?
Just open up to that possibility.
How would that feel?
Now imagine yourself sparkly,
Full of love and acceptance,
Honoring and embracing your body as a whole and living thing,
And then meeting someone else who is insecure about this part of their body too.
See them seeing you shining,
Fully loving and accepting yourself without shame.
How do you think that would make them feel?
How would that change their life?
You have the power to be a vessel of healing.
When you accept who you are and all the things that go along with your physical body as it is right now,
You become a liberator of generations to come,
Showing a new way to be and show up in the world with love.
Now you don't have to change your thoughts and beliefs about yourself overnight.
Just stay open to the possibility of leaving the fight behind and choosing love and acceptance.
This willingness alone will be a catalyst of great change.
Remember,
It's not your job to think negative thoughts about your perceived imperfections.
You can simply allow them to be or even choose to embrace these parts of yourself.
And in doing so,
Let everyone who crosses your path know their divine right to be perfectly,
Naturally and authentically who they are.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale with a sigh.
Relax.
If you're able to open your eyes and go stand in front of a mirror.
If that's not possible right now,
Just visualize yourself standing in front of a mirror.
Look at yourself as a whole being,
A spirit of light with a physical vessel.
Begin a new dialogue with this vessel by speaking aloud,
This is who I am right now.
And that's okay.
I'm allowed to love who I am.
Nothing went wrong with me.
I claim my right to love and celebrate this body.
I don't need to feel shame anymore.
I don't need to be insecure.
I can choose love.
I choose love.
I love myself.
I celebrate this body.
I am perfectly made.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Let it all go.
If you'd like you can return to your seat and close down your eyes.
Continue to speak love to your body.
It's working so hard for you each and every day.
And there are so many things going right.
It deserves your reverence and respect.
One day you will see yourself truly.
And you will cry tears of joy.
Positively overwhelmed by the unspeakable beauty of who you are.
A living work of art.
You deserve to be free.
And you hold the golden keys.
From my free and open heart to yours.
Namaste.
My beautiful friend.
Namaste.
Namaste.
Namaste.
Namaste.
Namaste.
