Take a deep,
Cleansing breath where you are,
And close down your eyes.
Settle into yourself,
Getting nice and comfortable wherever you are,
Dropping all thought,
All tension,
For just a moment.
Let everything fall and float away,
Until it's just you with you.
Take a soft inhale into your whole being,
Filling yourself with prana,
With life force,
With energy,
And exhale with a sigh,
Softening one layer deeper,
Landing where you are.
Become aware of your inner landscape and the presence of your living,
Breathing body,
Right here,
Right now.
Take a moment to get a sense of your overall state,
And the sensations and emotions within.
Not needing to label anything,
Simply experiencing everything as an energy,
A feeling,
A sensation,
Perhaps saying hello to where you are,
Greeting everything within you equally,
Allowing all things to be as they are.
Breathe deeply and fully into every sensation and space,
Be vibrantly present to what is here,
Now,
Within you,
Resisting nothing,
Allowing all things to be present and exist.
Nothing here is against you,
Everything is for you.
If you notice any sensations of resistance within you,
See if you can say hello to these sensations too,
Calling nothing wrong.
You might even offer inner kindness to these sensations,
By speaking the words,
It's okay,
Acknowledging that nothing needs to change right now,
Nothing's gone wrong,
It's all okay.
Invite a little more softness and a little more spaciousness in through the breath,
As you breathe like this,
Allowing everything to be,
You create more space and ease in your body,
And in doing so,
You alchemize each energy and sensation to serve you in its highest good and highest frequency.
Continue to witness,
Welcoming and holding space for everything to be,
Not calling anything wrong,
Honoring the meeting of this sacred living moment and your divine presence in all its forms,
Feelings and expressions,
As a very good.
Together,
Let's take a slow deep breath in through the nose,
And exhale,
Releasing it with a sigh,
Relaxing,
Allowing,
Letting where you are be a-okay,
Maybe even valuable.
Take as long as you need here,
There's no need to rush.

Simply breathing,
Noticing and allowing your inner experience with spacious kindness and non-judgment.
When you feel ready,
And only when you feel ready,
