Welcome to your guided meditation.

You are preparing for a wondrous sleep.

Feel the warmth where you lay.

The covers are cosy and your head is on a snug pillow.

Your eyes are closing and you feel the comfort of your habit.

Your head is relaxing as it gently sinks into the soft surface.

Your neck and torso loosen as the ease begins to run through your body.

Your hips and legs follow in the feeling,

The slight and comfortable sensation.

Your mind is shifting into a state of peace.

Feel the soft energy flowing around you and through you.

Feel how the soft energy slowly surrounds you in a web of relaxing light.

Through this light,

Relaxing dome that is covering you,

Feel how only cosy and light thoughts are permitted to come in and to become part of your soothing experience.

Everything else remains outside of this dome of light.

Now,

Think about the love residing inside you.

Feel its intensity expand as you visualise sharing it with another.

Remind yourself how you would like to manifest the being who is elevated and is with you in mind,

Body and spirit.

With these thoughts,

Your energy begins to gently rise above your body.

See it float through the night sky into the space.

You slowly drift towards a land of dreams.

You pass by soft bright energies and cosmic entities as your light transcends into another universe.

Here,

The air is fresh,

Light with a sweet aroma of flowers and fauna.

It is similar to your own earth's atmosphere,

But feels cleaner and easier to inhale.

In your mind's eye,

You can see a field of soft colour.

Blue,

Purple,

Pink and yellow,

All meshing into each other.

The place around you is magical with lots of twinkles of lights.

When the expanse before you,

Visualise a pinpoint of bright light which stands out from all the others.

It shimmers in the distance.

Just as you acknowledge this gleam,

Its energy begins to drift closer and closer to you.

Eliminating an aura of warmth and affection.

Your whole being is starting to illuminate with a sense of joy and adoration as the energy draws in closer.

The familiarity of the energy is becoming overwhelming.

The closeness you feel to it can only mean one thing,

You are encountering the presence of your eternal life partner and soulmate right here in this beautiful mystical place.

You feel the desire this presence of energy holds for you.

I am currently experiencing some very mystifying occurrences. I bookmarked this meditation a while back and figured I would know when the time is right and today was the right time. Perfect meditation for finding what’s there but am not sure if it works to find what isn’t ❤️
