Presenting a practical, astral projection, guided meditation. This safe, astral travel session will guide you how to separate your astral body temporarily from your physical body. In other words, you will be guided how to move from a physical plane to an astral plane, an intentional out-of-body experience (OBE). Your astral body is capable of traveling outside the physical body and have the phenomenon of OBE. Enjoy and have fun.

This is Rasa.

Welcome to your guided meditation.

This session will prepare you to go into an astral projection experience.

Are you ready to go on a journey that will open your perspective and change your life forever?

Then make sure you will not be disturbed so that you can fully be immersed in this adventure.

Lucid dreaming seems very real and at times you may feel like things are happening out of your control,

But remember you are always able to simply open your eyes at any time if you feel the need to.

This like any other form of art takes practice to become fully adapted to the technique,

So go easy on yourself.

Let your eyes wander around,

Looking at all the things around,

Without looking too long at anything in particular.

Now,

Without any effort,

Allow your mind to choose in front of you something to focus on.

Do not look away.

Begin to blink your eyes slowly and with each number I say,

Blink once,

Continuing to gaze at that spot in between each number.

Ten Nine Eight Seven Six Five Six Seven Eight Nine Ten Ten Ten Ten Ten Ten Ten Four Three Two One Zero Allow your eyes to gently close.

As you are doing this,

Feel a wave of soothing relaxation to sweep all over you.

Settling in the new sensation,

Stay as still as possible.

If you feel like you need to move or even have an itch,

Resist the temptation to move at all.

This is how you access a deep state for lucid dreaming.

As you relax now,

I would like for you to visualize every word I say and immerse yourself completely in this experience.

Good.

Begin to imagine the room around you in much detail as you can.

See the furniture,

The ground.

The small or big objects.

The ceiling.

See how the lines of the room are in your mind.

How the walls come together.

Or the straight edges of the furniture.

Now see the patterns that are in the room.

Any textures of pillows or fabrics.

Now,

Imagine that the window is open.

And you hear the wind blowing gently outside.

It is a pretty day with white clouds passing by.

Begin to mindfully breathe in and out.

Each breath you take makes you more relaxed.

In and out.

Feeling relaxation flowing over you.

The wind outside the window is blowing a little harder now.

The clouds are turning pale grey.

Notice how the breath naturally slows as you concentrate on your breathing.

You may feel some tingling sensations in your fingers,

Arms and maybe your feet too.

Notice how this tingle grows as you begin to notice and focus on it.

The wind outside the window is bringing a rainstorm.

Hear the pitter patter of the raindrops starting to hit the window.

As the storm draws closer,

The rain becomes heavier and the clouds become darker filled with water.

Feel the relaxation sweep over your entire body.

Breathing deeper.

Only your chest and belly are moving.

Everything else remains completely still.

Resist any desire to move any part of your body,

No matter how much you may want to.

This takes you deeper into the astral plane.

Notice those tingling sensations again.

Feel the energy of these sensations.

Allow that energy to amplify.

Breathing.

Feeling the rain falling down outside.

Relaxing.

Bring all of the tingling into your hands and fingers.

This is a comforting feeling that also brings mild excitement.

The rain outside the window is letting up to a light drizzle now and is continuing to tap ever so slightly on the glass.

Breathe.

Notice how your awareness does not reside within your body,

But rather anywhere you'd be.

Therefore,

With the power of your imagination,

Picture yourself in your room again.

Imagine that your eyes are open and you can see everything around you.

Exactly as if your eyes were really open.

Look around the room,

Seeing the furniture,

The patterns,

The lines and the curves.

Feel your heart beating.

Hear your breath.

Notice the way you can hear the rain outside your astral window.

The more you tune into your own body and all of the different sensations,

The stronger your hands begin to tingle.

Relax further and deeper.

Time seems to slow down even more.

Going down until reality seems to come to a standstill.

As if time is frozen.

With your imagination,

Bring your hands out into the air.

Looking at your arms extending in front of you.

Notice that you can actually see that tingling sensation in your astral hands as energy vibrating brightly.

Feeling it slowly,

Begin to move your astral hands around.

The more you move them,

The lighter you feel.

Moving your hands around makes you feel playful and happy.

See the energy surround the hands and arms as you move them.

Allow the feeling of playfulness to grow.

As if you were a kid on the playground or playing make believe with friends.

Now in your lucid dream,

Lift your head up off the bed and sit up.

Feeling giddy and playful.

Allow a smile to come across your face.

This may seem an odd experience,

But I assure you it is completely safe and okay.

Turn around and look at yourself laying so relaxed on your bed.

Your body is fully enjoying this rest.

It is time to roll your astral body away from your imagination body.

So slowly and gently,

Holding a sense of happiness and play,

Roll 180 degrees away from your body and stand up.

You are now ready for your astral experience.

In creating whatever you like and doing whatever you want,

This is the ultimate space for learning.

And remember,

At any time you can open your eyes and return to the physical realm.

I started connecting with my Astral Self immediately. More visuals than in previous Astral Projections. Spirit Animals, Nature and Connections with others throughout the Entire Meditation.
