Place your body in a way where you feel relaxed,
Supported and ready to become more expansive.
Before we begin,
I want you to know that you are never alone.
This universe brought you here to sustain life that you have within you and within all of us and we are all truly connected.
You are here now,
You already are believing in yourself,
If even subconsciously that you can get through this and it is just an emotion or a bundle of emotions for however long or short you have held onto.
So meet yourself here just as you are.
Let yourself be just as you are,
Without pushing against,
Forward or back.
Simply be.
Breathe in and out.
Begin to relax your face with each out-breath.
Relax the space in your temples,
The space under your eyes,
In between your eyebrows.
Smooth out your forehead by letting go,
By melting away slowly.
Relax the whole face as if it is neutral,
Empty,
But spacious.
Feel space of openness within your face for a moment or for as long as you can.
Begin by moving the melting sensation of letting go down the back of your head and into your neck.
Setting down your spine and your back.
Wrapping your upper body in neutrality and relaxation and calm inward awareness.
In this open awareness and relaxed state,
Without asking yourself how,
Simply put the thought forward,
The intention to connect to your guardian angel.
If this does not resonate,
Simply intend to connect with your inner being,
One that is always with you,
Pure,
Relaxed,
Strong and aligned.
Choose now the connection you want to make.
It does not matter the sensation or vision,
What matters is your intention.
Just know that you are connected right now.
Your heart may feel heavy,
But just feel the chosen connection in your heart and how it is also connected through your mind.
On your next natural inhale,
Intend to give up your heavy thoughts to your guardian or your inner being.
They are more than willing to absorb and transform these emotions for you.
On your exhale,
Gently give any heavy thoughts or emotions away.
Repeat.

So in this moment you are free.
Completely free.
Right now repeat one mantra in your mind and let this mantra put you in a deeper state of relaxation.

You are trusting yourself,
Trusting the moment you are in right now.
Feeling your connection to the universe.
Feel your body being filled with a warm,
Calming energy.
Letting go of control of your breath.

Observing,
Watching yourself move into complete freedom.
Feeling the connection with your guardian or your inner being or both.
In this moment I am free.

Try to hold the feeling of calm,
Feeling of connection.
Feel how much more open and lighter your mind and body are.
Allow it for it to continue to feel so.
Bring this sense of connection into your daily life.
Work together with your guardian angel or your inner being on keeping your space light and balanced even if for a minute in a day.
Continue with your mantra.

Sweet lightness enveloping you.
Bringing you into yourself to love yourself,
To soften your heart.
Breathing and exhaling softly and gently.
Lighter.

More serene.
Seeing yourself here and now as you are.

Feeling that soft life energy moving through your body.
