Exhale,

Let it go.

Focus on the spot in between your brows,

Relax the space there.

Feel your face begin to soften,

Your head rising high towards the sky as if light shines from your crown,

Extending you higher,

Inspiring you to open your consciousness to the words that are being spoken here today.

Allow these words to enter your awareness,

Lovingly carry you through the days to come,

Influencing your reality to manifest and organize everything around you,

Just as you wish it to be.

Our words,

Our intentions,

Are the most powerful tools we have.

Use your attention wisely,

Place it only on the things that will bring you meaningful joy.

You are never alone and you are never stuck.

This guided flow is here to uplift your life and to transform your reality.

Get comfortable,

Use your focus,

Open your mind and soften your heart.

Make these words your own and watch the magic enter your life.

I hear the Source calling me to join the dance of co-creation,

To awaken the wisdom that I feel present between us.

And I am here to trust and to surrender all doubt and as I do this,

Right now,

I feel more and more being in alignment with the Universe itself.

I trust the Universe completely and today I am speaking this into existence.

I am ready.

Ready for the magic to flow,

The magic of synchronicity,

The magic of positive and highest frequency that in the moment makes no logical sense,

Yet invokes and manifests ultimate joy and freedom.

I am aligning my vibration to it,

Right now,

And I am inviting for the magic to burst in and I am visualizing and feeling myself there,

With arms open wide,

Accepting it and truly enjoying it.

I no longer need to do the impossible job,

To try and control the circumstances around me.

I trust in the power of the Universe to bring me peace,

To bring me joy,

Abundance and love and everything else that will demonstrate how worthy I am,

How loved I am by it.

I am speaking a beautiful and harmonious life into existence and I am launching and extending my desires to reach the Universe.

And I feel,

Within my soul,

My reality is already changing.

Because there is no distance between the Universe and I,

I am heard instantly.

I am being supported right now.

And I know that I will find myself amid my beautiful dreams.

Each day is an opportunity offered by the Universe to follow the process of the manifestation,

To give birth to the idea,

To desire,

To co-create,

To take action,

To enjoy and to share.

I do not need to control the thoughts.

I do not need to worry about the content of my mind.

I just feel and maintain the vibration and frequency within.

And my dominant intention always is to be the shining light towards myself and others.

To be the example of radiance,

Abundance and effortless ease.

If I ever feel some discord within,

I know that this is my Higher Self sending me a signal,

Letting me know what's really true and what is not.

My inner self knows that I am limitless and if I disagree with it,

It hurts.

I listen to this brilliant guidance that's built in within me and it takes me to the reality that has no bounds,

That feels like freedom and pure love.

This pure love feels like trust.

Trust in the Universe and I am ready.

Ready for the magic to flow.

I am realizing that I have Source Energy flowing through me right now.

And it flows through me at all times,

Day and night.

It knows my deepest desires and supports me in manifesting it.

To make this happen,

My desires have to match my belief.

That I am worthy,

That I am ready to accept what I deeply desire.

And today I say and I affirm with all my heart.

I am ready.

Ready for the magic to flow.

Today I am fully aligning myself to what I want.

I believe I am worthy.

I believe I am ready.

I trust my inner being,

My higher self to lead me to where I want to be.

Surrounded by love,

Appreciation and effortless flow of life that is supported and abundant.

Abundant in all things that creates the life of my dreams.

I know all this and I am ready for it.

I have been walking through life,

Collecting my wishes,

Perfecting them in my beautiful mind by observing what I like and what I would rather leave out.

It is between myself and my inner being and the Universe.

We hold the same vision in this moment.

And I am now signaling that I am ready.

I am ready to see it,

To experience it all.

I am no longer dispersed in many directions or grasping.

I am very much focused in the here and now.

In the desires that I have here and now.

And I can feel it.

Through my inner being signaling back at me that this is me,

At my most powerful,

Most potent self.

Right now.

In this moment I am fully immersed in the deliberate creation.

In this moment I am fully present,

Fully connected and aligned.

And most importantly,

I am fully heard and supported by the Universe and all the components necessary to live my dreams.

I trust the Universe.

I trust our connection.

I trust that I was placed on this Earth by its meaningful design.

I trust that I was given this body,

This inner being that is me,

To live the life that delights me and benefits the greater good of everyone around me.

I trust the Universe.

I trust it fully.

And I am ready.

Ready for the magic to flow.

When I see the contrast of life,

I am wise to know.

To recognize that contrast is here to guide me.

To help me see the things I really want.

To sort and to perfect.

And when I do,

I catch the wave of the highest frequency that I feel right now,

Which will carry me into the lightful reality of my manifestations.

Things are always working out for me.

And I will apply my attention and intention on the things that matter to me.

And I will be specific.

I will enjoy describing my desires.

I will take time to daydream.

And when I do,

I will feel the Universal forces working with me,

Lovingly conspiring with me as I feel the goosebumps on my skin,

Visualizing what I would like to come to pass.

And I am right here,

On the brink of it,

Accepting who I am and eagerly anticipating who I am becoming with trust,

With confidence,

And wisdom.

I know all good things are possible.

I know there is nothing Universe can't do.

And in this moment,

We are close,

Connected and working as one.

Of that I am sure.

I came into this life intending on focusing,

Harnessing and utilizing the energy that created this Universe.

And it may sound like a big thing to do,

But when I trust the Universe and we come forth united with the same intentions,

Holding the same frequency,

Anything is possible.

And everything is easy.

I was born to sift and sort.

To make choices that I deem valuable.

Choices that please me and benefit others.

I need not be concerned with any other thoughts and minds.

Because only I truly know the integrity and the purity of my heart.

And I also know that this is a collaboration of a lifetime with the greatest power there is,

The Universe,

Who supports me unconditionally and needs no justification from me.

I trust my guidance.

I trust my birthright.

And I am ready.

Ready for the magic to flow.

I am feeling the momentum of my positive manifestations moving forward faster now.

It feels elating.

It feels like I am being carried.

Carried on the wings of our loving Universe.

I trust it to take me and introduce me to the reality I want to see.

In this manifestation of harmony,

I know all the other components will meet me.

People,

Places,

And resources.

All will present itself in a perfect picture,

Which I know and feel will delight me and even pleasantly surprise me where I stand right now.

In the powerful moment of these realizations is where I want to remain.

Full of trust.

Full of bursting anticipation.

And I am ready.
