Surrender into the embrace of the Universe as tonight you emerge as your Higher Self.

Drift into sleep.

Let the words spoken tonight become your own.

Let it change your vibrational fabric,

Carrying you into positive life experiences and synchronicities that will delight you and positively influence everything and everyone around you.

You are an internal soul in a magnificent human body,

Being reminded that you do not need to do this life experience alone.

The Source and your Higher Self are waiting to guide you into your full alignment.

When you trust and let yourself be divinely guided and supported,

Everything changes.

Limits dissolve.

You are working with the Source as one.

Get yourself comfortable and feel all resistance dissolve with each passing moment as you hear these words and allow them to become your own.

In this moment,

Amazing! This is different from other meditations I’ve done. There is no breath work, introductions. It starts right away with deep positive affirmations and messages to remind you that you got this! You’re connected to the bigger picture. The entire meditation goes on like this. I found myself feeling dreamy and smiling. Her voice is so soothing and the affirmations powerful. Definitely a great meditation to put on to fall asleep.
