You are laying in a comfortable,
Ready for a sound night's sleep position.
Become aware of your breathing.
Softly inhaling and exhaling.
The air is naturally flowing effortlessly through the nose and mouth.
Slow,
Natural cadence of breath.
Feel your body breathing.
Soft energy moves from the top of the head and into the torso.
Feel the hips easing and thighs relaxing.
The airflow is taking in a calm energy as the legs release down through your toes.
Draw your attention towards incoming thoughts.
Your mind is moving away from the day's events and drifting into a realm of quiet and serenity.
Just each moment find more space for ease through your body and your mind.
Good.
You are now on a path to a state of ease and positivity.
You are ready to take a journey through our solar system and the wonders it has to offer.
As you drift slowly from the material consciousness of the body,
In your mind,
Begin to visualise and feel the energy of small atoms which make up the existence which you are part of.
Bring your focus past the molecules of your body.
And now through the room.
Become aware of the individual atoms which make up the atmosphere outside.
Feel your consciousness past the streets.
And the natural beauty of the trees,
Grass and fauna.
Float up past the clouds and the dark skies.
Look towards a beautiful moon and twinkling stars.
Feel the energy of these celestial bodies drawing you towards them with a gentle pull.
The light and beauty these radiate send you into a sense of intense appreciation and peace.
Move yourself through the night sky.
The moon is getting bigger and bigger.
You can see craters shadowing within this spherical body.
As off silver and grey touch your senses.
Feel a sense of peace and oneness to come over you.
Move past this beautiful object with a smooth ascent.
Feel an increasing soft warmth.
Notice that you have been transported past the moon and now you are being enveloped by a warm light.
The darkness has diminished and there are colours of orange,
Red and yellow swirling gently around you.
Each colour softly meets the other with you in the middle emanating a beautiful light.
It's all so quiet and calm around you.
A spherical object is surrounding you.
All energy is in alignment with this magnificent body we know as the Sun.
All the atoms of the Sun are at one with yours.
In your mind's eye see soft flares of light in the multitude of colour.
The warmth makes you feel cosy and relaxed,
Melting your body into surface.
They drift away from the middle of the sphere again into a space of darkness.
It is gently lit up by the twinkling of what we know as stars.
Feel yourself float past a moon-like object.
It looks hologrammatic in nature.
Its colours include purple,
Yellow and pink which appear translucent.
This object looks almost see-through.
It sends feelings of serenity and peace within your being.
On its surface there seem to be areas of vast expanses and valley-like features such as those seen on our Earth.
Become aware that this must be the planet Mercury,
Where its astrological nature influences the memory and intellect.
Feel yourself relaxed in these thoughts,
Remembering the relaxation your body feels when heading towards a deep sleep.
Allow your body to become completely loose.
Turn your body on and see a bright glowing sphere in the distance.
I believe this to be Venus.
Its bright yellow colour is vibrant and hypnotising as it spins clockwise.
And with love and adoration,
Feel the safety and comfort of these emotions.
Now,
See yourself gently float past our beautiful planet with its swirls of green,
Blue and white.
Further on,
You see a red planet with two moons.
As you grow closer,
You can see a dichotomy of polar ice caps and sand dunes.
You are approaching the planet Mars.
A beautiful sight with a rusty warmth gently eases your mind into a silent awareness of the importance of a sound sleep.
You fly further along in the vast expanse of space.
See a huge spherical body with concentric dusty colours of red,
Brown and white.
Its composition of gases and liquids are clearly visible.
You are approaching the largest planet in our solar system.
You can see a scattering of many moons around it.
A planet associated with generosity and tolerance reminds you of some of your innermost qualities.
Feel it to awoke feelings of tranquillity and contentment.
Now,
Move past the massive shadow of Jupiter and float towards Saturn.
Sleep is starting to take hold of you even more.
The easily recognisable planet with its rings around it is a leader in the influence of meditation and tolerance.
Your being feels its intense energy helping you fall into a deep connected consciousness towards an elevated rest and slumber.
Continue to slowly and gently move through the space towards a beautiful spherical shape of turquoise and light blue.
Although not as gaseous as Saturn and Jupiter,
You can see it is more of an ice structure rather than having a solid surface like the ones you've journeyed past previously.
Its faint rings and wonderful colours begin to fill you with a sense of awe and tranquillity.
Feel it.
Get the sense of this deep tranquillity to move into your body and to take over.
As you glide past this wondrous planet,
Your consciousness is becoming less and less connected to the material world,
Sending you to a place of dreams and inactivity.
Travel towards what looks like as the most beautiful planet in the universe.
The most distant planet from our sun.
The blue fluorescent of Neptune makes it look like a giant ball of ice.
The magnificence of this planet emanates an energy of compassion and kindness.
Feel it and allow it to lift you to a higher spiritual level.
Your subconscious is being fully activated by the energy of Neptune.
Sending you towards a world of enchanting dreams,
Where the imagination is the primary influence in this current state.
Your body is fully relaxed in your comfortable material surroundings.
You are drifting into a beautiful,
Tranquil,
Peaceful sleep.
You're relaxing with you in your cheapest,
Most natural way.
