This is a gentle guided practice designed to help your body shift out of stress and into a state of safety and ease. In this meditation, you are guided to slow down through simple breathwork, grounding awareness, and soft orienting techniques that help the nervous system recognize that the present moment is safe. Rather than forcing relaxation, this practice works with the body’s natural rhythms, allowing tension to release gradually and naturally. This meditation is especially supportive during times of overwhelm, anxiety, restlessness, or emotional fatigue. It can be used as a short reset during the day, a grounding practice before sleep, or anytime you need to feel steadier, calmer, and more present. You do not need to fix anything or achieve a certain state. This is simply an invitation to pause, to feel supported, and to remember that your nervous system knows how to find balance when given the space to do so.
