Welcome to your meditation.
This is your time.
Through this meditation,
You will be guided into the space of your mind where you have the opportunity to transform your state of being.
Through experiencing forgiveness,
We heal ourselves physically and emotionally.
We change our reality into a fluid movement as there is less that can hold us back and more that can drive us onward.
So just make yourself comfortable.
Close your eyes.
Now simply observe your jaw.
Begin to relax it.
Your lips can stay gently closed as your jaw relaxes down more and more until it is fully relaxed.
This relaxation continues to melt into your cheeks.
Relax your lips.
Now fully relax your chin.
Relax your lips even further.
If your mouth opens slightly,
Let it do so.
Feel this relaxation spread across your whole face.
The space in your head.
Your whole head.
Now,
As you are listening to my voice,
You can also notice other sounds that are guiding you into a more relaxed state of mind.
Become aware of different parts of your body relaxing now as the calming feeling spreads through your body.
Call on that relaxation feeling to spread and fill your entire body.
Do this now as you take a fuller breath in through your nose and exhale,
Doubling your relaxation now.
Just like that.
Before we begin this venture,
I want you to make an intention now to connect either with your inner spirit,
Your inner being or your spirit guides,
Your choice.
Simply make the intention and ask for peace,
Strength and support.
Know that your request was received and will be fulfilled.
Relax your face again fully.
Now I want you to move your focus and find where in your body lays the resentment,
The hurt.
It may be in the pit of your stomach,
Near your heart area or both.
You may even hold it in your throat.
Simply locate it.
Stay calm.
Stay in the state of observation and awareness.
Keep it light.
Now that you have located where the emotions lie in your physical body,
Measure it on a scale from 1 to 10.
How active are these emotions today?
Now continue to relax your body.
Resist for the emotions to pull you back into the past.
Continue to stay present.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
In terms of what caused the resentment or hurt,
I want you to now accept that what happened.
It did happen and it is in the past.
Continue to let your body rest and relax through this process.
Simply shift the event that triggered resentment back into the past.
What was then,
You are here now.
And because you are no longer in the past but here,
How would you rather be feeling if not resentful or hurt?
Take a moment to feel this question out.
How would I rather feel?
No one has the power to make you feel uneasy without your blessing.
Now place your left hand on your heart,
Your right hand on your belly.
Now acknowledge the power and responsibility of your emotional state.
With the power of your focus,
You have access to any state of being.
So forgive.
Because human beings hold limiting beliefs that become limited actions.
So forgive.
Mentally repeat.
I forgive you.
I forgive me.
I am setting us both free.
As you release these emotions,
You become like water,
Unrestricted,
Fluid,
Powerful and free.
As your emotional body becoming stronger and so fluid.
Keep your physical body calm and relaxed but let that new excitement in.
With each moment you are gaining inner strength.
If you like,
You can offer something to this person or the situation.
Be a blessing,
An acknowledgement of growth with thank you,
An expression of a healthy boundary or a simple offering of a kind word.
Take this moment to express this now.
Observe your body breathing in and out.
Feeling everything you've just experienced and taking slow,
Peaceful breaths in and calming breaths out.
Think about your present moment and notice how much more forgiveness you have towards yourself and others now.
Take a slow deep breath in,
Slowly exhale and just be here in this present moment for a while.
And when you are ready,
Smile to open your eyes and live the life of freedom to fulfil all your dreams.
