This scarcity mindset can cloud our vision,
Creating a sense of fear and lack that ripples into every corner of our lives.
Whether that's relationships,
Finances and our self-worth,
It can entangle us in loops of anxiety and competition.
The purpose of this meditation is to expose this belief as an illusion it really is.
These beliefs often take root in our younger selves and become absorbed from the family,
Community and society around us.
We were taught there isn't enough,
That we have to struggle to get what we want.
Today we are letting that go.
We will peel away those layers and shift into a mindset of abundance,
Where you will see that everything you need and desire is not just available,
But plentiful and waiting for you.

At first,
You might see darkness or maybe even light,
But let whatever you see now begin to slowly shift and change,
Transforming into a vast desert that stretches as far as the eyes can see.
Visualize the night sky twinkle with stars and distant galaxies.
You might feel the sand beneath your feet.
It feels dry,
Reminding of limitation.
And maybe the desert seems too vast,
Too open,
Evoking a directionless feeling here.
Uncertainty of which way to go or how to access.
But the desert is not the end.
You have the power to transform your landscape.
The gates of abundance are here,
Waiting to be discovered by you.
Now,
You will make the intention to find your path to abundance.
Place your hands over your heart center and feel the rhythms of your breath and your heartbeat beneath your palms.
Breathe into this space and,

Connect with the deepest parts of your being,
Desires,
Longings or anything meaningful to you.
Allow yourself to be fueled by these desires.
Let them energize,

It's not about seeing the whole path at once,
But trusting each step.

Feel the heat of the desert begin to fade,

More inviting breeze.
Look ahead and feel your eye to catch a glimmer.

You see the gates of abundance.
They are massive,
Majestic gates,
Shimmering with light all over.
There's a strong sense of belonging here,
Like you were meant to stand at these gates.
But before you can pass through,

And now see a movie being reflected back at you.
Flash images of the old doubts,
Fears and limiting beliefs you have carried.
Take this time to see an event in your life where you maybe have borrowed some of these limiting beliefs.
Maybe these are the stories society and past experiences have placed upon you.
Stories that made you believe there wasn't enough.
That you weren't enough.
Take a moment.
Be brave.
Look at them.
Acknowledge them without judgement.
This is the moment that you uncover their true nature as false.
Look at the tablet and prepare to leave these beliefs behind before you enter the gates of abundance.
You are ready to elevate your life.

Visualise its needle spinning so fast now.
Feel the weight lifting from your heart as the compass absorbs all of your worries.
The compass have served its purpose.
Feel it spin so fast and see it turn into golden light,
Lighting up your path even clearer.
Every limiting belief is transmuted into possibility,
Trust and,
Ultimately,
Infinite abundance.
Prepare to open the gates of abundance by declaring your readiness.
Speak these words with certainty and feel them echo through the cosmos.
