Good morning.
My name is Rasalu Koshute.
Welcome to our meditation space of today.
Make any adjustments you need to feel comfortable and relaxed in your body,
Either seated cross legged,
On a chair or maybe even still in bed.
Find your meditation posture and allow yourself to gently wake up with the rising sun.
Your mind and body are now clean and refreshed after sleep.
Let's cherish this special moment of the day by filling ourselves with love,
Compassion and acceptance to what is to come.
And by becoming aware of your body.
You are this body and this body is you.
Together starting the day with an intention to take care of each other.
Take a deep breath in,
Waking up and expanding.
Hand a slow breath out,
Relaxing more and feeling open for today.
Send your attention to your mind now.
You are this mind and this mind is you.
Every day creating thoughts,
Connections and your entire reality.
Take a deep breath in,
Your head reaches towards the sky and a slow breath out,
Feeling your mind become clear and light.
With this awareness of your body and mind,
I'd like you to listen deeply inside and find an intention you wish to start this day with.
It might be something like,
Today I intend to do my best to care for myself.
Today I intend to nourish my body in a kind and loving way.
Today I intend to listen to myself and follow my intuition.
Today I intend to be grateful for what comes my way.
Today I intend to be patient with myself and others.
Take a deep breath and simply listen to what comes to you.
What do you wish to make more care of today?
Whatever intention arises in you,
Let it settle in and take a while to hear it.
Relax,
Allow the intention to vibrate in your mind,
Accepting the one that came and allowing it to resonate clearly.
While breathing in slowly and consciously,
Silently repeat the phrase you've chosen to do.
From your mind,
The centre of your head,
Allow your intention to flow down through your entire body.
Notice how your intention becomes you,
Gently filling every part of your body,
Every organ and cell.
You are your intention and your intention is becoming you,
Sharing and helping you grow through the day.
To gently end our meditation,
I'd like you to place one hand close to your sacral area and the other on your heart.
Take a deep breath in and a gentle breath out.
Without repeating your intention of the day,
Bring the sensation it made you feel when you had it in your mind.
Just breathe and observe.
You are ready to go through the day in alignment with what you wish to experience.
Take a deep breath through the nose and let it out through the mouth.
Thank yourself for this time and space and gently massage your belly and chest.
Open your beautiful eyes when you are ready and welcome the upcoming day.
