Good morning and welcome to this short guided meditation to help you start your day on the right note.
Use the first few minutes of the new dawn to prepare your mind and body for the hours ahead of you.
Find a nice,
Comfortable and safe place where the sun shines upon you.
If this is not possible,
Direct any light towards face mildly instead.
Allow the light to kiss you gently.
Consciously close your beautiful eyes and relax.
Breathe lightly,
Naturally,
At your own pace.
Feel the inhale and exhale as they merge into one continuous cycle.
Permit yourself to revitalise,
Relax and release.
Simply connect to the pulsating rhythm of life.
Know that it is an immeasurable gift to be alive on this day.
Direct all your attention to the crown of your head.
Visualise a luminous energy ball hovering above you.
Now move the energy ball to the area of your face.
Notice how the muscles relax ever so slightly.
Notice if there are any thoughts wandering like a branch bending in the wind.
Notice the various feelings and sensations.
They are scattered all over your body and aura.
Imagine how your thoughts and your feelings slowly gather into one powerful energy ball.
It is a bright,
Glorious and golden orb.
It spins,
Radiates,
Pulsates and makes its way into your warm heart.
Consider all your thoughts and escape into that energy sphere.
This is where your mind you are wise and intelligent being.
You are determined,
Brave and gentle being.
Collect all your feelings and let them be enveloped inside the sphere.
You are joyful and grateful being.
You are completely calm,
Carefree and happy.
Now imagine this mighty,
Generated power slowly descending down your spine into the stomach.
Focus it in your aligned and strong pelvis.
Let it keep sliding to the bottom of your feet.
Your energy sphere has reached the surface and now re-enters your body.
Enjoy it as it ascends back up,
Tingling your every fibre and filling you with new energy.
Open your heart once more.
It continues to rise to the mouth,
To the forehead and now to the crown of your head.
Trust it and allow it to go where it needs to.
The gathered energy is so charged and powerful and it rises into the air now.
Your energetic orb is still rising,
Going faster and faster.
You are high above the surface of the Earth now,
Approaching the Sun.
Your own energy sphere enters inside it,
Drawing power from the air and the fire.
It increases and grows even stronger and brighter.
The energy of the Light Giver is pouring out all over your Divine body.
It is vast and fiery.
Every pore of your skin absorbs pleasant warmth and shiny sunlight.
The muscles,
The internal organs and the bones are filled with vitality down to each of the smallest capillary branches.
Feel the serenity and wellbeing.
Feel the radiance,
Lightness and awareness in your legs and arms.
Get rid of all the thoughts and treat yourself to this mindful moment of depth perception for a while.
A large supply of healing sunlight is now stored in you.
You have so much of it that you can let the sunlight shine out of your body into the surroundings.
Feel the power and might of the Universe.
All beings and all things exist only as they carry the reserves of the Sun's breath in their cells.
The Sun is consciousness and thought.
It is shape and balance.
The glowing golden giant has now enlightened your thoughts and your feelings.
So take a moment to deepen your breath.
To close this practice,
Open your sweet beautiful eyes whenever you are ready.
As you move forward,
Make an intention to make today the best day yet.
