I am happy to welcome you here for this relaxing yet empowering bedtime meditation for calling your energy back.
Every morning we wake up to a fresh start and dive into different kinds of experiences,
Meet a lot of people,
Work and complete dozens of tasks.
Some of these activities are uplifting and pleasant,
However it is not the case for everything.
Perhaps we encounter obstacles and challenging people that require a lot of effort to deal with or simply drain our energy.
Perhaps we leave our energy unintentionally in front of TV or devices.
During this practice you will retrieve all your energy that got stuck during the day or any time earlier.
Of course,
It is very important to prepare yourself and your space before we start so you can spend this meditation in comfort and completely relaxed.
This will help you to dive deeper into the practice and benefit more from it.
Get cosy in your pyjamas and bed,
Make sure you'll stay warm and well supported during this time.
Get into your favourite meditation position,
Laying on your mattress,
Probably on your back with your arms and legs uncrossed or on your side.
Choose whichever position you like.
You can even prepare to simply fall asleep.
Try not to move during this practice so that you can stay fully connected to your soul and the Universal Energy.
Let's take a deeper inhale,
Filling your lungs with fresh air and a complete exhale,
Letting go of any physical tension and obvious worries.
One more time in and out.
And now gently close your beautiful eyes if you haven't already.
Feel your body laying on the bed,
The points of contact with the surface below you.
Feel how gently your clothes touch your skin.
Follow your breath for a moment now and concentrate on every physical sensation it causes.
Feel the energy running through your veins,
Travelling throughout your body and beyond your physical being.
Slowly scan your body from head to toe and notice if there are any parts where you lack your energy.
How do you see it?
Does it look like gaps or holes in your energetic body?
What colour is there?
How does it feel not having your energy in those parts?
Spend a moment with each of these lacking places in your body and feel where you have left your energy.
Let it guide you to the situations,
Places or people where your energy got stuck.
It might have been today or any time previously.
Every picture that now pops up in your mind is the exact answer.
Continue to watch this movie of the coming pictures and notice the attachments you hold on to these places,
Events or persons.
What do these attachments look like?
Perhaps they are golden strings that connect your energetic body with draining experiences.
How many strings do you see?
How far to the past do they go?
How long are they?
Just see them with no judgement and take them as fact.
Now move your attention back to your physical body and the sensations there.
Feel how powerful and strong your body and soul actually are.
Where do you feel your power the most?
Spend a few moments being in this part of your body.
Notice how with your attention it becomes a little warmer and brighter.
This is where your energy is generated,
The place where all your attachments grow from.
Now see all your energetic strings as a wide net connecting to this part of your body.
Look at it from above and enjoy its beauty.
Now set an intention to get all your energy back and start retrieving it from every single person,
Situation,
Place and experience,
Even the ones you have forgotten about.
Some of them might have been really challenging.
You should not worry about it.
It is all gone.
It is all in the past.
You are safe and sound here and now.
You can see the images in particular or simply as a map.
Let the images come to you and simply accept them.
I am here with you and the Universe has your back.
Repeat silently in your mind or whisper to yourself.
My energy belongs to me.
I call all my energy back.
My energy travels back to me from every corner of the Universe.
I have the power to retrieve all my energy.
I deserve to feel vital and energised.
Ask and feel your body to release all the stress and anxiety.
Everything that has affected you negatively throughout the day or the week,
Feel it melting thanks to the retrieving energy.
It can be something that happened to you in real life,
In your thoughts like anxiety or fear,
Or even something you have seen on TV,
Breaking news,
A drama movie,
A serious documentary.
Deserve it all,
Being present within and finding its way out of your body,
Out of your energy field now.
As orange,
Brown and red leaves are falling down from each tree in the fall,
Every unwanted piece of the past drops from your energetic body.
Feel it dissolving,
Easing your muscles,
Detaching from the tissues of your fascia.
You can do this and you are absolutely doing this effortlessly.
All the drama,
Tension and pressure put on you are dissolving now,
Leaving your body,
Leaving your mind,
Leaving you and your soul crystal clear and free.
No person or problem is worth spending your energy on in vain,
So simply let them go.
Take all the thoughts,
Pictures,
Impressions or moments of the past day as a bunch of colourful balloons in your hand.
Visualise holding them tightly and feel every emotion they caused.
Now visualise opening your palm.
Let the balloons fly higher into the sky,
Out of our planet,
Further into the universe until they disappear completely.
That's it.
You are free,
Peaceful and at ease.
Feel how much lighter your body is and how much clearer your energy became.
Now you finally start to feel the true you,
Becoming the best version,
Wholesome self.
Feel how your energy from the day runs back to you through the bright strings of different colours.
Each of them represents particular qualities and characteristics returning home to you.
What are they?
It can be your ability to speak up,
Compassion,
Kind communication,
Your ability to show up unapologetically you.
It can be your precious focus and attention that you gave away perhaps.
If you cannot pinpoint,
It does not matter what exactly it was or in what circumstances,
As long as you feel them,
Call them back,
The precious qualities here and now.
See how the bright strings fill the holes in your energetic body and restore your levels of energy and vibrancy.
Feel yourself becoming as authentic,
As unique,
As never before.
In your mind's eye,
Watch how empty spaces,
Gaps in your energetic body fill in with the warm glow of your restoring energy.
Feel it on the physical level and let your body accept every tiny bit of it.
Becoming more complete,
Balanced and whole.
It feels great,
Right?
Enjoy this process.
Feel your energetic body all at once.
Compare how different you feel from the beginning of the practice.
How much more complete you are now.
Stay in the present moment and honour all the energy running through your body smoothly and effortlessly.
See it flowing out into the space around you.
Transforming the energetic field you are in right now.
Creating your own soft energy orb around your being.
Notice that the net of coloured flowing strings does not exist anymore.
All the coloured particles of your energy combine with your aura,
Integrate and complete your energetic being.
It is you,
So powerful,
Potent and vibrant.
It is you who overcame all the challenges,
Went through difficult conversations and showed up as a complete and healed person.
You have the right to be proud of yourself.
You did a great job tonight by showing up to this practice.
How fantastic it would be to feel this way every single day.

Imagine yourself being surrounded by that soft orb of your favourite colour.
It should feel so homey and warm that you feel like floating in it.
See the soft light of your orb around you,
Spreading further from your body,
As far as you want it.

Love and good intentions can step into this field.
Just now,
You are shielded by an active boundary from any unwanted energy,
People or situations.
This is your home,
An island of stability and peace that is always with you,
No matter where you are.
Let your body rest deeply within it,
Sinking more and more as you slowly begin your trip into the dream world.
Bathe in this magical atmosphere and feel your strength,
Your confidence,
Your vitality.
