Dear friend,

A serene contemplation and connection with yourself and the Universe.

Ram Dass once said,

The Universe is an example of love,

Like a tree,

Like the ocean,

Like my body,

I see the love.

With your eyes gently closed and the love of the Universe in your heart,

Imagine yourself in a serene space,

A tranquil haven,

On a smooth rock,

Sitting next to the ocean,

Warmed by the light of the sun.

Visualize this place of calm in your mind's eye.

See the colors and textures.

Feel the stillness and movement of the scene.

Hear the sweet melody of the waves and the leaves in the breeze.

And let that soundscape deepen your peaceful connection with the Universe and all its elements.

As you settle into the serenity of this landscape in your mind,

Feel the stillness settle within you.

Feel a gentle wave of positive flow through every part of your precious being,

My beautiful soul.

As you sit in sweet stillness,

Start to draw a sense of grounding from the Earth element below you.

From the solidity of the ground,

The sturdiness of the rock,

The rootedness of the trees.

Feel the smoothness,

Firmness and stability of the rock that holds you,

Grounding you in positivity,

Anchoring you in the present moment.

Holding you so you can let go.

Inhale deeply,

Absorbing the positive energy that emanates from this earthly embrace.

As you exhale,

Silently affirm,

I am grounded and supported like the rock.

Like the rock,

I balance strength with graceful support.

As you sit in the serenity of this sacred space,

Connect to the air element within you and around you.

Feel the breath,

Feel the breeze,

Feel the whispers of tranquility in their winds.

Inhale the breath of that breeze,

Cleansing and invigorating your spirit.

And exhale,

Letting the air around you infuse you with a sense of peace.

Silently affirm to yourself,

I move with ease and freedom of my breath and the breeze.

As the ease of that breeze flows through you,

See if you can feel the light of the sun caressing your skin,

Warming you within.

Let the warmth of the sun embody the fire element.

Visualize the radiant rays,

Filling you with a comforting,

Uplifting energy.

Absorb this warmth,

Let it ignite a sense of joy.

And as you feel this light,

This energy,

Affirm to yourself,

Like the sun,

My inner fire shines from within,

Warming the world around me.

Picture yourself as a beacon of warmth and serenity,

Radiating positive energy to those around you,

Emanating a peaceful,

Radiant aura that extends beyond your body.

Now,

As you continue to sit in the vision of this serene scene,

Start to connect to the water element.

Feel the wash of each wave arising and passing to the shore.

Envision the gentle movement,

The soothing sounds and the fluidity that mirrors the flow of life.

With each breath in,

Invite the calmness of water into your being.

With each breath out,

Let it flow,

Let it be.

Affirm to yourself,

Like water,

I flow with ease.

With ease,

We find acceptance,

And with acceptance,

We find sweet serenity.

We flow with whatever comes our way,

Instead of crashing against it.

Now,

In the scene of your sweetest imagination,

Embrace acceptance and allow each moment to unfold without resistance.

Feel the interconnectedness of the universe and your love,

And let that radiate through you as positive energy,

Letting acceptance pave the way for peace.

Peace comes from within.

Be in the space of your own peaceful positivity now.

Now,

When you are ready,

Softly open your beautiful eyes and come back to your present surroundings.

Absorb the sweetness of those surroundings as though you were seeing them with fresh eyes for the first time with a peaceful and positive awareness.

And take that awareness with you through your day,

Grounding you in positivity,
