Visualize one of the glowing fireflies hover just above your chest,

Resting upon a smooth stone,

Find a crystal singing bowl.

This magnificent singing bowl is the source of all the golden light and palpable energy around this mountain peak,

Like the heart and soul of the mountain itself.

As you stand near it,

See its golden light swirl in slow,

Rhythmic motion,

Responding to deep calling within you.

Feel yourself to take a step forward towards it,

Even closer.

Feel the energy begin to shift.

Notice the air tighten around your body,

Pressing gently like a hug from a loved one,

Acknowledging your arrival.

See the liquid glow so bright,

Now raise the infused bowl towards your lips.
