This is Rasa.
Welcome to your guided meditation.
Today we will come to know and feel that everything will be ok.
Take your favourite meditation posture and begin to relax slowly and easily as you gently close your eyes.
Tune out the world around you and tune into you.
Good.
Begin to follow along your precious body from your feet up to your head.
Just noticing yourself here and now.
Rooting into the present moment.
Perhaps you notice your breath,
Or maybe not.
No worries,
No need to control.
Simply arrive,
If not within your body,
Then near your body.
Relax any finger now.
Relax it back down.
Notice how it activated something inside and near that finger.
Now breathe in and out.
Notice the activation in your chest or the whole body.
Very good.
Feeling any other body sensations or micro-movements.
Or simply relax and let the breathing happen.
Gradually letting go of everything else.
Good.
Breathing in through the nose.
Feel the fresh oxygen travel through your nostrils.
Exhaling with relaxation.
Perfect.
Continue this way with relaxation.
As your day flows along and you find yourself in this pause,
Those thoughts set in that could make you wonder about the future that is yet to pass.
Let's remind ourselves that it will be ok.
Breathe in and breathe out as you rest in this wisdom.
Everything is ok.
Repeat to yourself now in a gentle whisper.
It will be ok.
Remember that the past is behind you.
Tomorrow is a new day.
The night will help to shed all that holds you down.
Breathe in and feel the power of letting go.
Let go of doubt.
Let go of fear.
Let go of worries.
There is great power in hope,
In trust and faith.
Everything will be ok.
Feel these old stagnant feelings flow down your body and out your feet as if you are being cleansed by a shower of light or faith.
From the top of your head a golden light is spilling down.
In your mind.
Everything is going to be ok.
An inner knowing that everything always works out just as it should,
Emerges.
Feel it to begin to come over you.
Breathe in this new awareness.
Everything is ok.
It will work out.
Confidence in yourself to make it through begins to build.
Allow it.
Feel it.
Breathe it in.
Everything will be ok.
Breathe out.
Become invigorated with sureness.
It will be ok.
You are doing so great.
Continue to build that inner strength.
Focus for a minute now in silent meditation.
Thank you so much.
Use this opportunity to think,
To imagine the most positive outcomes in all of your daily activities.
You can fill your mind with the truth that everything will be alright.
Continue to breathe consciously and purely in and out through your nose.
Feel how the air is always present.
You are taking this moment to calm your nervous system which is aiding you in a deep relaxation.
Telling your body that everything is ok,
Just as it should be.
Notice that the more you practice positive thinking in your life,
The more you are filled with positive experiences.
Returning again and again to the mantra,
Everything is ok.
Each time you are able to catch a negative thought in action,
One that was trying to steal your peace,
You are retraining your mind on the positive track and we all know that our thoughts are creating our reality.
So begin to ponder now that if everything was in fact alright,
How would life be for you?
Would you have more time to focus on doing what you love?
Would all of your relationships be full of love and compassion?
Perhaps you would be the healthiest you have ever been in your life.
Just think about how,
If everything was perfectly ok in the world around you,
What your life would be like.
That's wonderful.
Just like in times of need,
Reaching out to loved ones for support is a way to comfort feelings of adversity.
They will tell you it will be ok and hold you tight.
Same way now,
Bring your right hand up and place it on your left shoulder,
Resting on your chest.
Feel the comfort of your own presence.
And say to yourself now,
Everything will be ok.
Feel your love.
Wonderful.
I hope your faith grows stronger each day.
Thank you for spending this time with me and I will meet you in the next one.
