This is Rasa.

Welcome to your guided meditation.

This meditation journey will work wonderfully outdoors with your bare feet on the earth.

It will also work simply by placing your bare feet on the ground anywhere,

Imagining earth beneath you.

Find where you are comfortable and where it is quiet and lie down on your back now.

Wiggle your back to move your spine into a point of alignment.

Lay your arms on the ground along your body with your palms facing down towards the ground.

Bend your knees and place both feet onto the ground,

About hip distance apart.

And let your knees to lean towards one another and to touch.

If you are more comfortable laying down fully stretched out then do just that.

Find your way to connect to the ground and feel relaxed at the same time.

Mellow your jaw,

Allow your shoulders to become heavy in a good way and gently close those beautiful eyes.

Your biological rhythms are simply a reflection of the external world.

By connecting to your cosmic body which is your environment and the ground beneath your feet,

You neutralise free radicals,

Restore your rhythms and reconnect to the source of all life.

Take a full breath in and watch your belly rise.

And now exhale every remaining drop of breath out of your lungs.

Inhale and feel the expansion.

Exhale,

Let it all go.

Feel your whole body begin to melt.

Notice the emotion of ease and calm wash over you.

While your whole being begins to take on a state of deeper calm and soft tranquillity.

Gently lay your attention onto all the areas of your body that are touching the ground right now.

And now let those points become even heavier in a good way.

Notice the back of your head,

Shoulders,

Back and spine,

Arms,

Back of the palms,

Tailbone,

Buttocks and the soles of your feet.

Let the ground to fully hold and support you.

Full and deep nourishing breath in and a full and long breath out.

Begin to visualise a beautiful meadow appear around you.

An unlimited sea of green.

Alive with butterflies that dance amongst the daisies on a balmy warm evening.

Underneath a calmly blue sky.

Inhale deeply,

Breathing in the sweet scent of the wild flowers.

Exhale fully with your inner eye noticing that you are barefoot.

Feel your toes in the blanket of grass and begin to connect with the earth beneath you.

Plugging into the ground.

Charging up.

As if an electrical current is now beginning to flow through your body.

Pulsating from the tips of your toes.

Up your legs.

Thighs.

Hips.

And stomach.

Flowing up your chest and back.

Down into your arms.

Over your face.

All the way to the crown of your head.

The more the current flows,

The stronger it becomes.

Flowing gently through your whole body now.

Feel a deep cellular renewal wash through you.

At the same time,

Feel any free radicals to be pulled out of your body and vanishing into the earth leaving you grounded and vibrant earth's energy pulsating through your body.

Visualise yourself to slowly walk through the meadow feeling the warmth of the sun.

The gentle kiss of the breeze.

The earth beneath your feet.

And in the distance you notice a patch of woodland.

You begin to approach it.

You see a small winding path lined with ancient oak trees and a carpet of snowdrops.

Beams of golden sunlight illuminate the way.

You look down at your bare feet.

Dig your toes in the dirt and feel the crunch of leaves under the soles of your feet.

Walking down like the tangled roots of the old trees.

You stand tall and strong,

Both on the earth and connected to it.

Pushing up nutrients and grounding down into the land.

Breathe in,

Inhaling the earthy scent of moss and soil and draw the energy up.

Moving into the electrical rhythms.

The earth's medicine that saturates every inch of your body now.

Taking you up from the inside out.

You begin to hear the sound of water trickling in the distance.

See yourself following the sound.

Staying connected to the earth,

You are calm and graceful.

Step by step,

Breath by breath until you come to a clearing in the trees with a flowing stream of water.

Water so pure and clear it sparkles in the light.

Look down and notice smooth pebbles and feel their comforting warmth.

Massaging the soles of your feet as you step on the pebbles.

Now feel yourself to dip your toes into the refreshing water.

It flows over your ankles.

Simply press your toes down into the pebbles beneath you,

Connecting to the earth's energy again for a deep renewal.

Feel the soothing energy to flood your body.

With each deep breath you take,

It becomes more grounding and more healing.

Take the deepest breath you have taken all week.

And now the deepest you have taken all month.

Feel this sense of grounded aliveness ripple through all the layers of your being.

Feeling totally connected and charged up.

Your batteries are full.

Take a deeper inhale and allow your exhale to be a natural release.

Let go.

Feel the cool water gently wash away the old,

Converting it into something new and beautiful.

You feel lighter and brighter.

Completely energised.

With the next inhale draw the energy up.

And with your full exhale and release let it go.

Bring a gentle smile to your face and take a moment of gratitude.

Giving thanks to the earth and the sky and all of the natural elements that particularly speak to you,

Ground you and heal you.

Feel thankful for your body,

Your breath and all of your blessings.

Keep your sweet eyes closed.

Notice the air coming in and out of your nose.

Begin to bring yourself back to the physical environment that you are in right now.

Observe the movement and the temperature of the air around your skin.

Notice all the areas of your body that are touching the ground right now.

Notice the beat of your heart.

Feel your toes.

Reach your hands above your head and take a delicious big stretch like you have just woken up in the morning.

Yawn fully if it calls you to.

Move in any way that feels good.

Carrying the earth's energy with you as you move throughout your day.

Blink your eyes open when you are ready.

And welcome yourself back.
