As you make your way into this pose,
As you drop your legs to the sides,
Let everything go.
Any pose,
Any activity you have done,
Let it go.
Any thoughts you might have,
Let them float away.
Whatever is not of use to you at this moment,
Simply let it go.
Let your mind and body come into the present moment.
Feel your body sink into your mat or the surface.
Releasing any tension you might be holding onto from your practice.
Let it go.
Softly close your eyes.
Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.
Be here now.
In this moment.
This space that you are in is safe.
Place where you can let go and feel complete.
Allow me to be your guide.
Listen to my voice and find comfort.
Notice peaceful silence flowing into your body.
Notice the darkness with your eyes closed.
Notice the safe space we have created together.
Let this space be your peace of mind.
Feel your hand on your heart.
Feel your heartbeat.
Feel the sensation of its beating.
Appreciate that heartbeat.
Notice how your chest rises and falls with each inhale and exhale.
How your hand is synchronised with your chest,
The rise and the fall.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Feel your hand on your belly.
Feel the warmth underneath your hand.
Send love to your belly.
Take a deep breath to your belly.
Inhale love.
Exhale love.
Feel your belly rise and fall.
Let the sensations of your body bring you back into this moment.
Into this moment where you feel safe and loved.
Enjoy this moment.
Be part of this moment.
Create space in your mind.
Create more space in your breath.
Create space for peace.
Feel your body sinking into the earth.
Into creation.
Notice everything else to drift away.
All that matters right now is this moment.
All that really matters is your illuminating presence.
Letting go.
Letting everything be.
Thank yourself for coming to your mat and taking care of you.
For being here.
