Sometimes we are not aware that we may need healing.
Healing guided meditation as this one will offer you an inward perspective of what may be improved to experience complete wellbeing and in this session that is what we are here to do to make you feel well and balanced.
If you are laying down,
Place your arms beside you.
If sitting up,
Place it on your knees.
Close your beautiful eyes now.
Let go a little more.
Relax into the atmosphere a little more.
Sink into the feeling,
The feeling of leaving the reality as you know it.
Sink into the feeling of travelling beyond yourself,
Beyond your understanding.
Trust that you are where you are meant to be and that all is well.
From this journey you will receive all that you are meant to.

You do not need to force any outcome.
Invite the healing journey to simply happen.

Using your powerful imagination,
Visualise yourself in a beautiful,
Fragrant garden filled with colourful herbs and flowers.
The sunrays are beaming through the stems of roses.
Yellow nectar propped perfectly in the centre of all the flowers.
Feel the sweet nectar as you breathe and relax in this lush garden.
Draw yourself deeper into this healing journey.
This is your time,
Your precious moment to be loved and elevated into new heights.
In your mind,
Pick the most serene spot in the garden and see yourself sitting there.
With your inner vision,
Focus on the bright glow of the whites,
Pinks and the greenery around you.
The more you focus on colours,
The more you feel the energy of light from the colours glowing towards you.
The colours and aroma are binding together into a soft,
Uplifting vibration all around you.
Feel it elevating you as you relax down more.
Feel the energy to elevate you higher.
Your consciousness is becoming lighter.
Your body is floating in a feeling of surrender and gentle dissolving.
The strong energy of light from the garden is elevating you higher.
A little higher now.
Feel yourself breaking off from the physical reality.
Falling into a pure field of light.

Feel being held in this soft energy.
