Welcome to your guided meditation.

Please get yourself as comfortable as possible,

Offering a sacred space for healing to your precious body and your beautiful soul.

You can bring your pet all loved one,

Anyone that may need healing with you,

You can bring them in your thoughts or in physical life.

Healing can happen on various levels,

Including physical and emotional.

Sometimes we are not aware that we may need healing.

Healing guided meditation as this one will offer you an inward perspective of what may be improved to experience complete wellbeing and in this session that is what we are here to do to make you feel well and balanced.

If you are laying down,

Place your arms beside you.

If sitting up,

Place it on your knees.

Close your beautiful eyes now.

Let go a little more.

Relax into the atmosphere a little more.

Sink into the feeling,

The feeling of leaving the reality as you know it.

Sink into the feeling of travelling beyond yourself,

Beyond your understanding.

Trust that you are where you are meant to be and that all is well.

From this journey you will receive all that you are meant to.

Relax a little more.

You do not need to force any outcome.

Invite the healing journey to simply happen.

You are being asked to let go.

Good.

Using your powerful imagination,

Visualise yourself in a beautiful,

Fragrant garden filled with colourful herbs and flowers.

The sunrays are beaming through the stems of roses.

Yellow nectar propped perfectly in the centre of all the flowers.

Feel the sweet nectar as you breathe and relax in this lush garden.

Draw yourself deeper into this healing journey.

This is your time,

Your precious moment to be loved and elevated into new heights.

In your mind,

Pick the most serene spot in the garden and see yourself sitting there.

With your inner vision,

Focus on the bright glow of the whites,

Pinks and the greenery around you.

The more you focus on colours,

The more you feel the energy of light from the colours glowing towards you.

The colours and aroma are binding together into a soft,

Uplifting vibration all around you.

Feel it elevating you as you relax down more.

Feel the energy to elevate you higher.

Your consciousness is becoming lighter.

Your body is floating in a feeling of surrender and gentle dissolving.

The strong energy of light from the garden is elevating you higher.

A little higher now.

Feel yourself breaking off from the physical reality.

Falling into a pure field of light.

Falling a little higher.

Falling in a different realm right now.

Falling where light becomes sound and time turns into a feeling of pure love.

Feel yourself float in the atmosphere filled with pastel rainbow colours everywhere you turn.

There is no sense of ground or ceiling here.

It is an endless space.

No beginning and no end.

And only the present moment.

A moment alive with lightness and divine love.

Feel being held in this soft energy.

Tune into the energy that begins to flow closer to you.

The energy of Archangel Raphael and his personal group of angels surrounding him.

Feel the hue of colours of yellow,

Green and pink to draw in closer into your auric field as they approach.

These are the colours of Archangel Raphael.

Invite him even closer now.

Feel and see his angels to gently float and follow Raphael.

Your image can be clear or abstract as the energy of colours.

Feel them all to come in and settle just outside your personal field.

The energy around you becomes saturated with the energy of divine love.

This angelic team is here for you.

Feel their presence and love shining onto you.

Now internally nod to the angels to allow them to begin their healing work.

Invite the angel team to surround you in a circle.

Feel the angels lightly fan their widely spread wings.

The white wings of the angels are so blindingly bright.

Visualise the light from the wings to create a circle of white light all around you.

Feel your body tingle.

Feel the temperature to begin to change.

It is such a healing feeling.

Feeling of elevated purification of your whole being.

Now feel Archangel Raphael to come in closer in front of you.

This team is graciously holding the highest vibrational energy around you.

Raphael settling so close to you facing your heart.

See the energies of green and pink interconnect between your two hearts.

Feel your hearts to communicate with one another.

Through your heart you can tell Archangel Raphael anything you want or need.

Your truth is safe with him.

Raphael is welcoming all that you need to say to him right now.

Now feel Archangel Raphael to place his loving and healing hands onto your hands.

Feel him holding your hands.

Feel the heat from the hands to expand.

Tinkling and moving outward through your body.

See bright,

Healing rays of green and pink flickering through your body.

Feel the healing energy of Archangel Raphael to move into your body.

Feel him direct the energy anywhere it is needed.

Feel him to do his powerful and healing work.

Hear who he is,

Moving onto nothing and instead being held by the Master of Healing,

Archangel Raphael himself and his team of angels.

Now visualise Raphael placing two little balls of light in each of your hands.

You can use them however you wish,

Place them wherever you wish or keep them for later.

Through your heart,

Seeing his team of angels.

See all the angelic beings to begin to slowly move away while you remain encompassed in the white,

Feel your body being supported by the earth.

Bringing you into its beautiful gardens where you began.

Appreciate the beauty that this world offers.

Begin to make micro-movements through your fingers and toes.

Connect to your physical world once again.

Feel the air on any exposed skin.

Take a deeper breath in and exhale generously.

Drive into your present moment,
