Let's begin by placing your body at ease and in the end where it feels quiet and comfortable.
And now make an intent to be open,
To feel unrestricted and free of limitations mentally and spiritually.
Time to experience feeling open,
Curious,
Ready.
Gently close your eyes now,
Inviting them to pause and rest.
While partially observing the natural,
Internal path of the breath,
With the other part of your focus,
Begin to neutralise your body from any experience,
Thoughts or any tension.
Breathe and engage in feeling more ease now.
Begin the action of letting go.
Breathe and note comfort beginning to flow gradually.
Soften your body.
Clear your thoughts.
Each incoming moment begins to feel more neutral.
Each arriving moment engages you in supple ease and comfort.
And that is where we will hold focus for a brief moment on full and soft breath and overall feeling of balance occurring.
As ease and comfort continues to evolve,
Feel yourself effectively neutralising your state of being through calming your thoughts and emotions.
Feel your mental and energy body to continue to even out as you become more tapped in and mindful.
Watch your energy field to expand now.
Feel it to intensify not only in power,
But in ability to sense,
To feel energy,
To connect with other energies and divine beings.
Continue to expand in energy,
To travel as the extension of your energy.
Continue to explore this ability of spiritual expansion.
Now,
Reach your intention to connect with Archangel Parakiel.
