Place your body in a comfortable seated position,
Turn your palms upward and turn your mind inward for the next few minutes.
Take a moment to settle yourself as you gently close your eyes.
Place your attention to your breath.
There is an endless source of peace and calm in the atmosphere around you and within you.
Use your breath to access this energy of calm and peace.
As you inhale,
Imagine you are inhaling a deep sense of peace and relaxation.
As you exhale,
Draw off your bones heavy and release any tension.
Inhale with a sense of peace and relaxation in your body and mind.

As the thoughts come into your mind,
Let them come and let them go away as you keep your mind unfocused on your breathing and deepening this sense of peace.
Imagine that you are breathing right through the palms of your hands.
Inhale and exhale,
Relaxing through your hands.
Inhale and exhale and invite more lightness into your fingers and fingertips.
Inhale and exhale,
Completely let go in your wrists.
Let the sensation of peace take over your hands completely.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Anything you are going to touch with your hands today,
It will be touched with a peaceful energy.
As you inhale and exhale,
Feel your heart space filling up with inner calm.
Feel the lightness being brought by your breath into your body and mind.
Feel your body and mind letting go and relaxing as you inhale and exhale.
Everything you are going to intend and plan for today is going to come from your heart that is filled with peace.
Keep breathing and as you breathe in,
See your breath saturating each cell in your body with peace and as you exhale,
See yourself saturating the air around you with more peace and more calm.
Continue this with each breath.
See the breath inside and outside of you pulsating with endless peace and calm.
Enjoy this inner peace that you created.
