Wherever you've been today or wherever you're going know that we're just going to call all of yourselves back.
So think of yourself like a set of Russian dolls.
Wherever you have traveled to,
Whatever you have got up and done or whatever you have yet to get up and do,
We will call all of your parts home so that you reclaim what is yours and you can release what doesn't belong to you for what's yours is yours and what is the other person's is there and never the twain need to meet.
So if you haven't already closed your eyes then do so.
You can either be sitting down or you can be lying down for this and just simply get comfortable.
Now softening the breath and softening in the sense of not feeling that you're pulling it in or pushing it out of the body.
To simply allow the breath to be really natural for you.
It's very relaxed and with ease.
Just attending to the body as she or he asks.
So simply in that if the breath wishes for a deeper inhale then take one and if you feel like there's a fuller exhale or perhaps even through your mouth with sound,
With sigh,
With relief and allow this to be present for you.
Respond to your body exactly as your body is asking of you.
Just be aware also of which parts of you are connected to whatever you're sitting or lying upon and then just begin to recollect where you have been.
Whether you've been in meetings or you've sent the children to school or perhaps you've been traveling or you've been on vacation or you've been on the telephone to a family member far away.
Allow yourself to imagine that you're simply welcoming those parts of yourself,
Those aspects of yourself back in.
Each little Russian doll just coming together.
Welcoming the parts of you that were far-flung.
Welcoming the examples of you that have been at work.
Welcoming the parts of you that perhaps you don't share with other people that you keep private even for you.
Just allowing yourself to accept all of the parts that make you,
You.
Our friend the ego may even come and say hello at this point and welcome the eagle also.
Simply another part of the Russian doll stack.
Have a sensation almost of opening the arms and swirling the arms just in your imagination.
Almost as if you're reaching to embrace someone else but allow that to be a part of you.
The version of you that went to the supermarket.
The version of you that went to the gym.
The version of you that is booking things and looking after family.
The version of you that perhaps is lonely or isolated or disconnected.
The version of you that is confused or perhaps hurt or perhaps unfeeling.
The version of you that is also humble and is with grace and is with ease.
All of these aspects when recognized begin to dissolve back into us much more easily.
Therefore we feel fuller,
We feel richer and we feel deeply taken care of.
Imagine if you will that each time you welcome an aspect of yourself it's as if you're embracing a small child.
You don't want her or him to be any different from who they are.
You accept them fully as they are in that moment and in that second.
Be willing to be willing to be willing to do this for yourself also.
Make sure you're not gripping particularly in the thighs or in the chest or in the hands.
Just allow yourself to release and relax a little bit more.
If mind wanders bring mind back.
If ego chatters then just allow the chatter knowing that's not who you are.
And if distraction comes simply understand it as part of life.
Distraction will come and go.
Traffic will pass.
The weather will change.
So will you.
All of these things are welcome.
All of these things are welcome at the table of you.
Pay attention to if there's any tingling or pins and needles in the hands or in the feet and deepen breath if there is.
And when you feel you have collected and gathered and twirled and twizzled and embraced and restacked all of the parts of you that you can possibly fit into yourself on this day.
If you feel called then allow yourself to wrap your own arms around you.
Hold yourself.
Hold yourself sacred.
Hold yourself very very safe and still even for the beat of your heart.
Just welcome the day.
Welcome all the aspects of you and know that it's here.
When we're fully aligned.
When we're reconnected.
When we're aware of the sum of our parts.
That this is where we remember our power.
This is where we remember compassion.
This is where we're able to take a step of grace.
From this part of your day to the next.
Having called all of you home.
Having met all of yourself at the door of you and then thrown it open to welcome all of you inside.
And no rush to rise.
And feel into the body again and into the breath.
Deepening the breath if you feel called.
On the inhale sending the lower back behind you.
The ribcage to the right and left of you and the lower abdomen forward to the front of you.
Really fill the body.
Being aware if even though that you are fuller of yourself there is so much more space.
So much more space for you.
Feel that perhaps you can take a millimeter more space in the world.
That today conversations will be easy.
That you will rest well when you need to.
That everything you eat will taste delicious.
You'll be hydrated and nourished with everything that comes across your path.
All will be well.
For you are rooted and grounded.
Earthed and held sacred.
And you are also so loved.
