Bring your left palm flat to the heart space on your chest and have your right palm uppermost towards the sky.

Closing your eyes,

Inhale deeply into that chest space underneath the heat of your hand.

Just taking a long,

Slow,

Delicious inhale and exhale.

No rush,

Nowhere else to be,

All you're gonna do is reconnect to the inner wisdom that lives within you all the time.

Just inhale and exhale As you soften,

As you relax,

As you allow yourself to come home to you,

Really pay attention to the space underneath the left palm.

As you inhale and exhale into there,

Feeling the beat of your heart,

Perhaps even feeling the flow of the blood,

Close your eyes again and again and again,

Beginning to develop just a little bit more trust in yourself through this connection to the inner wise person,

The inner wise man or the inner wise woman.

You may even be able to feel a tingling in the palms and in the feet,

Just enjoying the sensation,

The opening of connection with yourself and with your body.

And then with no expectation and with the greatest of ease,

In your mind simply ask the heart space underneath your palm,

What would you have me know today?

What would you have me know?

Just allow whatever is there to come through.

It may be a single word,

It may be a sentence,

It may be a rush of words,

It may be a colour or an image,

A memory even.

There's no right or wrong here.

Just repeat the answer to yourself or whatever has come through to the question,

What would you have me know today?

What would you have me know?

Resist the urge to put a question mark at the end of your answer.

Love always speaks with a very firm voice.

Whatever you've heard will be right for you.

And then ask again,

What would you have me know today?

What would you have me know?

And keep breathing,

Keep feeling the tingle of the palms and the feet and keep feeling the connection to the heart.

What would you have me know today?

You may feel a need to take a deeper inhale or an exhale at this point.

Just respond to your body as your body requests of you.

Nowhere else to be but here.

Mind will wander,

Just bring mind back.

A resistance will come,

Just step the other way.

What would you have me know today?

And then asking a slightly different question.

What's one thing you would have me do today?

What's one thing you would have me do today?

And then again allowing,

Allowing the answer to come to you.

However that shows up,

However that shows up.

Still being aware of the body,

Still being aware of the hands and the feet,

Still with eyes closed,

Feeling the heat of the left palm into the heart space.

Just allow,

Allow,

Allow.

Now what's one thing you would have me do today?

What's one thing you would have me do?

And again enjoying the deep inhale and exhale.

If emotion comes also allow this.

If inspiration comes be patient.

And if guidance comes as is the intention,

Just take that step of trust towards knowing that you're receiving and hearing or feeling exactly what is needed for you right now in this specific time and place.

And if you feel with the messages you've received that there is some support that might be needed,

Then ask a third question.

Who can support me?

Who can support me on this journey?

Who can support me with your guidance?

And allow the answer to come in.

And by the third question sometimes it can feel almost too easy.

Just be willing to be willing to be willing to know the ease and grace are a huge part of connecting to the inner wise person.

And then when you're ready,

Bring the right palm onto the left.

So both hands are on your chest and bowing your head ever so slightly.

Just give deep,

Deep gratitude for connecting to the inner wise one.

For your three steps of guidance on this unique day,

This unique day,

Which you won't have again,

This joyous day.

And then when you're ready,

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Open your eyes and then stretch into your day knowing that you've connected and met a little bit more of yourself.

And there is much to celebrate in that.
