When we wake in the morning the cells of our bodies have literally pushed the reset button and it's here in these mornings as you start to take deeper inhales and longer exhales that you'll begin every morning to reconnect in with that reset button.
If you haven't already closed your eyes do so and just again allow the nerves to relax,
To release,
Allow the body to unwind.
So every morning after very very slow momentum overnight the brain and the mind are at a point of positive reprogramming.
The body is at a reset point and again continue long slow inhales and exhales sending abdomen forward,
Lower back behind you and the ribcage out to the right and left.
Imagine you're inhaling yourself like a beach ball,
You're expanding abdomen,
Breath,
You're reconnecting to inspiration within.
There is always potential for feeling better there is always potential for feeling relief.
Be where you are,
Where you are is okay,
Where you are is okay.
This is an invitation to just knock on the door of that potential for feeling better and if you haven't already allow your breath to become normal for you.
Just check in with the jaw,
Relax the jaw,
Relax the abdomen and relax even behind the knees and in between the toes.
Give them a little wiggle,
See how much room you can create.
Today you're going to look for things,
Tiny things to appreciate,
The smallest of things,
The most minute of things to appreciate.
You might make a small list or you might simply just observe them and enjoy in appreciation how there is potential for feeling better.
No need for worry,
No need to complain about yourself to yourself,
No need for any of that and if complain or worry does come then move to something that's just the smallest amount better,
Just the tiniest amount.
Move to relief,
Move to feeling okay,
Move to feeling good,
Move to feeling curious,
Move to feeling interested,
Move to feeling inspired,
Move to feeling the tiniest of things to appreciate and in the morning with the reset button you can release yourself also from thinking about where you should be.
Right now this is perfect,
Right now in the first few seconds of waking and into this meditation,
This journey we're introducing wonderful,
Caring,
Gentle thoughts,
Just simply allowing the brain its reset and according to law of attraction when we think something for 17 seconds law of attraction brings something of a similar color or outline,
Vibration or frequency to match it.
So instead of us spiraling down we want to spiral around and up today.
Again the teeny-tiniest of things to appreciate,
The smallest of moves across emotional stepping stones,
Bringing yourself to softness,
Bringing yourself to being an advocate for what is not what is not,
Bringing yourself to be an advocate for what is not what is not,
Advocating for unlimited well-being,
Well-being in the way an animal would care for itself,
With its self love,
Playfulness,
Eating what it likes when it's hungry,
Companionship,
Affection.
The invitation for today is to realign,
To advocate for what well-being there is,
Our well-being meaning that we can realign with inspiration,
Inspire,
In spirit.
There's a feeling of being blessed even the tiniest of feelings and again relax the body as you receive this.
Relax behind the eyes,
The jaw,
The back of the neck.
How is the breath?
This is a practice of feeling a little bit better.
This is a practice of feeling a little bit better in this a virtual reality where you can practice feeling one millimeter better,
One millimeter safer,
A little bit more secure.
Step onto alignment,
Step onto connection,
Step into inspiration with positive momentum.
Every morning is an opportunity to reset the potential for feeling better,
For feeling relief,
For being where you are,
Knowing that where you are is okay,
Knowing that where you are is good,
Knowing that you need not be anywhere else.
There is only the now that truly exists,
This moment,
This second,
Your presence.
Continue long,
Slow,
Deep inhales and exhales again,
Really connecting into this sense of being okay,
Of alignment,
Of remembrance and reclamation.
Begin to wiggle the fingers and wiggle the toes.
Allow yourself a stretch overhead,
Perhaps some yawns are already happening and not yet but when you do open your eyes just look around the room that you're in,
Look around the room and find the tiniest of things to appreciate and when you look at yourself later,
If you cannot see yourself as a whole yet,
Just find the tiniest of things to appreciate,
Perhaps your eye color,
A freckle,
The way your fingers reach from palms of hands,
The extension of your foot,
Maybe even the shape of your knee,
Your tummy button.
Allow them to be tiny so you can begin to weave yourself together.
Weave yourself together,
Knowing that there is always potential for feeling better,
For feeling relief,
For feeling safe and secure,
Aligned and connected,
Appreciative and grateful,
Blessed and held in divine love.
All of these words are as an aid to help you dissolve the resistance to divine love.
Allow,
Align and go forth into your day.
