Transcript

Take a long slow inhale and exhale and again inhale,

Exhale through open mouth with sigh and again inhale and exhale when you're ready.

Close your eyes deeply,

Deeply,

Deeply and allow yourself to surrender for the next few minutes which are simply for you.

Whether you're lying or sitting go ahead and place your hands upon your lower abdomen and as you continue to take long slow inhales and exhales really breathe deep down into lower abdomen,

Into belly.

Allow abdomen to press forward into palms of hands expanding space and likewise allow lower back to reach behind you.

The invitation is to see what is available to you today.

Close the eyes more deeply,

Relax the jaw and the tongue,

Relax the teeth.

Enjoy the sensation of slowing down,

Slowing down and of making space for you.

Continue this long sleep,

Sleepy,

Sleepy,

Sleepy,

Slow,

Slow breaths.

Inhaling deep down to bottom of pelvis sending abdomen and belly forward and lower back behind.

There's no rush in these breaths bringing fresh nutrients,

Oxygen,

Awareness,

Softness,

A surrender to the mind and if the mind wanders then a little like the baby on the blanket just simply bring her back.

Just keep bringing mind back for every time that she wanders.

Allow your breath to become normal for you.

Allow collarbones to reach across front of the body and then in doing that just feel how the shoulder blades open up and release down the back.

Drop the chin a little so that you're not spending time in the mind and allow yourself to really feel the heat of the hands on the abdomen.

Begin to visualize if you can a rosebud deep within center of womb space.

If other visuals come up for you that's okay too.

It's okay to work with them to understand the messages that the body is presenting you.

We can respect those and work with them and we can also bring the rose medicine into the center of the belly.

Just imagine the sweet softness of a rose.

How she unfurls petal by petal gently as the day goes on just illuminating the world with an ever rounder presence of her softness.

Allow the rose to perfume your insides.

Allow the subconscious to allow itself to imagine that simply by listening to these words that something could and will happen inside the body.

There's no judgment in this space.

Acceptance for where you are and again allow,

Allow,

Allow.

Just continue to enjoy slow deep breathing that's normal for you.

Enjoy the sensation of hot hands on abdomen.

Enjoy the rose as she unfurls from a bud through to a midday bloom.

It may be that there's more than one rose inside you now.

It may be that there's one within the womb space in each fallopian tube.

It may be that you're able to imagine perhaps the wildest of rose bushes.

There's a sense for me that the rose is a blush dusky gray pink.

A color and vibration of love and self-healing.

The color which also soothes the heart chakra and connects us to abdomen and the color also which really allows the mind to just allow itself to be held.

Just check in that you're not gripping the abdomen with your hands.

That it's a gentle pressure,

A gentle holding and also that you can relax the abdomen and particularly where abdomen meets thigh.

Again relax the jaw and again allow the eyes to close even more deeply.

All you're going to do is imagine the rose essence.

Just keep imagining tens if not hundreds if not thousands of rose petals blossoming and blooming inside womb space.

This is the softest of divine conversations.

The softest of whispers.

A moment of connection and recognition that you are a woman and that part of your woman is trying to communicate with you and taking a long slow deep inhale whilst your hands are still placed upon belly.

Ask your inner rose,

Your inner womb,

What would you have me know today?

What would you have me know?

Now just hold quiet space for a little bit of time for you to tune in,

For you to hear the whisper if you can.

There may not be anything at first.

There may be a shape,

A color,

A memory,

A texture.

Just simply ask yourself what would you have me know today and allow the message to come in.

Allow yourself to receive it and again even if it doesn't make any sense that's fine too and even if mind has wandered simply bring her back.

Enjoy the sensation of heat deepening connection slowing down and savoring that it might simply be possible for this meditation and these words this conversation with your internal self to begin to shift the cellular system knowing it is safe to be you,

Knowing it is safe to be seen,

Knowing it is safe to be loved as well allowing yourself to be rooted and earthed,

Grounded and fully supported to show yourself compassion and grace and to understand that self-care isn't a luxury it's an absolute necessity.

Just reconnecting in with that rose again or perhaps roses now.

The idea of essentially cultivating a garden within your womb space and enjoying the gentleness of this.

You might find yourself placing your hands on your abdomen more often throughout the day checking in allowing yourself to release and to reveal the healing to release and reveal release and reveal and so it is.

Go ahead and take a long inhale and when you're ready exhale through your open mouth and again take a long inhale and exhale good and again take a long slow inhale and exhale.

Bring the hands into prayer position place them in front of the heart space and bow your head down a little more deeply sealing practice give a little gratitude for your body in this space you've created for yourself for your woman craft for the inner wise woman and when you're ready gently open eyes take another big inhale reach up stretch up through the arms through the fingertips through the palms open eyes and take in the day anew and when you're ready also enjoy a drink of water a moment of appreciation and the beginning of the journey of the rose.
