I'd like you to start by taking a few deep breaths,
Becoming aware of any tension in the body and just breathing into that tension and releasing when you can on the out breath.
With your feet firmly on the floor,
I'd like your breath to return to its normal pace and when you're ready I'd like you to imagine that you're on a beautiful beach.
This could be a beach that you've been to before or maybe a beach in your imagination.
Wherever it is,
This is the perfect beach to you.
This is somewhere where you feel calm,
Happy and at peace.
I'd like you to take a moment to look around you,
Take in everything that you can see.
And if you're comfortable doing so,
You can take off your socks and shoes and put your feet in the sand or if you prefer you can keep your shoes on.
What else can you touch at this beach?
What can you smell on this beach?
What can you hear?
Take a moment to enjoy this feeling of being present,
Being here,
Of having everything you need,
Right here in this moment,
On this beautiful beach.
I'd like you to cast your eye now onto the horizon where you see a beautiful golden lighthouse.
In this light it looks like the lighthouse itself is made of gold and it's surrounded by a beautiful gold mist.
You realise that this is a very special lighthouse.
This lighthouse contains all your hopes,
All your dreams,
All your aspirations for the future.
Held here for you till the time is right to deliver your hopes,
Your wishes,
Your aspirations in abundance to you.
Looking at this golden lighthouse,
Your heart bursts with joy to know that every wish you've made,
Every goal you've set,
Every dream you've had is being held in here till the time is right.
You feel excited.
You know that this golden lighthouse runs on your hopes and dreams and a part of you just wants to jump into the water and go straight there.
You're curious what does the future hold for you?
But there's another part of you that keeps you on the shore.
A trust,
A knowingness that whatever you want,
Whatever you need will be delivered for you at exactly the right time for you and you smile in this gentle knowingness.
You decide to take a short walk up the beach now and as you do,
You notice some things on the sand,
Things which are new to you but you instantly recognise.
These are glimpses of your dreams come true.
Look,

Can you see your family and friends and how much they've changed?
Can you feel the joy radiating from this photograph?
Take it to your heart and you give thanks for all that is to come.

Look how happy you are.
Look at the people around you.
Look at how much they're getting out of this.
Spend some time here in the sand.
Have a look around and see what else you can see.
Take it up,
Take it to your heart and be grateful for the blessings that are coming your way.
And when you're ready,
We're going to walk back down the beach now,
Glancing as we go at the golden lighthouse,
Knowing that we can access it every day,
Just thinking about our hopes and our dreams,
Knowing that these fuel the lighthouse and that our hearts desires can come true.
Coming back into your body now.
Starting to wriggle your toes and your fingers,
Taking a few deep breaths.
Put a little bit of pressure on your feet on the floor.
And when you're ready,
Opening your eyes gently and giving thanks for the journey we're just on.
