Allow yourself to come to a place of comfort and rest.
Allow the spine to remain straight and the hands to gently fall in your lap or by your sides.
Take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and then slowly exhale.
Allow any tension or tightness you are holding to simply melt away.
With each breath begin to feel yourself relax deeper and deeper.
With every inhalation you are bringing in the beautiful energy that surrounds you.
With every exhalation you are allowing tension and stress to leave your body with grace at ease.
Allow your feet and legs to soften and relax.
Allow your hips,
Your buttocks and your lower back just let go and soften.
Allow your hands and fingers and your wrists to relax.
Allow your wrists to soften.
Relax.
Feeling any tension or tightness in your shoulders and neck just moving out with the out-breath.
Feel your head become heavier.
The eyes relax.
The jaw soften.
Take a deep breath in through your shoulder blades and allow the breath to come into your heart space in the centre of your chest.
And as you continue to breathe just allow this warmth and unconditional love to spread throughout the body.
Feel the entire body becoming heavier and more relaxed.
Bring your awareness now to your legs and feet.
Begin to imagine your feet beginning to extend like the roots of a tree.
They begin to extend and penetrate the earth below moving easily through the surface.
Begin to feel each layer,
Each texture as you move further and further below.
Some layers are cool and soothing.
Others are warm like honey.
As you move through each layer there is no resistance.
You move further and further until you reach the very core,
The earth's centre.
And here it is as though Mother Earth is wrapping her arms around you,
Supporting you,
Filling you with unconditional love.
Take some time now just to be,
Just to feel this life force energy.
This energy now begins to travel upwards.
It moves slowly through your feet,
Your calves,
Your knees,
Your thighs.
Through your legs and further up to your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your navel and your chest.
Further still to your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
Spending time now allowing your body to become completely recharged,
Connected to Mother Earth.
Allow every cell,
Every organ,
Every vessel to take what it needs.
Take a moment to check in and see if there are any areas you are holding tension,
Pain,
Tightness,
Fear,
Anger,
Resentment.
Feel your entire body with this life force energy.
This time is just for you.
Now bring your awareness to just above your head.
Imagine there a ball of golden light just above you.
Your crown begins to open and you feel the warmth of this beautiful,
Pure light shining down upon you.
It begins to move through your crown,
Down slowly through your centre,
Through your spine and completely filling your belly,
Your hips and your pelvis.
Slowly it moves through your legs and feet flowing down to Mother Earth.
In this moment you are completely and wholly supported and connected to both Spirit and Mother Earth.
Being held in this moment by all that is pure,
All that is good.
No expectations,
No judgement,
Just unconditional love.
In your mind now repeat these affirmations with feeling and awareness.
I am supported by the universe.

Light and love flow through me.
Life is unfolding perfectly within me.
