Hello everyone,

What's up?

I hope everyone is well and of course literally doing well.

The topic of today's conversation is going to be on enlightenment.

This is going to tie in to the part one that I basically did which is the substance of thought and meditation.

So this is the part two because it revolves around basically the one thing that we always do on a daily basis.

Which is basically think.

Thought as I say is the root of all evil.

And I'll be going into that in the next conversation where we literally have basically with me and you.

So enlightenment is a word that gets thrown out every single day.

You know when people think of enlightenment they think of a guru meditating and enlightening a student.

Or they have a particular vision of the student basically themselves.

Getting into meditation for the first time and then having all these crazy experiences.

And you know they become enlightened and you know they start chanting.

And they get caught up basically in the whole mundane and I call it nonsense in regards to meditation.

And the reason I say it's nonsense is because what you've been taught as enlightenment.

It's not an outward process it's an inward process.

And we actually enlighten ourselves every single day.

But we are not aware of it because our consciousness,

Our observation,

Our thinking,

Our perception.

Of time,

Space and reality is focused on something that's outside of us.

Meaning when we think of enlightenment and we think of intelligence.

Which is I'm also going to go into intelligence.

We think of gurus.

We think of imams,

Priests,

Rabbis,

Sages,

Saints.

We think of reading esoteric books,

Going to school to acquire particular knowledge.

And become enlightened and of course inquire intelligence.

Now intelligence isn't an outward process given to you by any authority figure.

Because all you're doing is you're sucking up information and thinking.

Because you've read like three or four thousand books that you're smart and you basically know so much things.

When in reality all you're really doing is you're ingesting information that came from someone.

From someone's experience which is his or hers time,

Knowledge,

Memory and wisdom.

Which is from the past which is thought because thought operates in the past.

So how can thought free you to move forward with your so called knowledge and enlightenment if it's caught in the past?

How does one now move forward to acquire intelligence and intelligence and enlightenment?

And the reason I say those two words is because when you think of it realistically and calmly.

And let me just say something.

When you say I want to inquire.

The inquire means I want to go within.

Anytime you have a question that you want to answer say inquire.

When you inquire you start to think through the inquiration.

When you inquire you observe.

Through your observation basically what happens?

Thought time ceases and you enlighten yourself.

And I'm going to go into it right now.

So use the word inquire when you want to find something out.

And don't say I want to find out say I want to find in to find out because everything that you seek is within you.

And not outside of you.

And language is very powerful in how it actually stops,

Stagnates and actually frees you from thought.

Or actually keeps you congested and mechanical in thought.

So all of that to basically say what we're saying is the so called information you've been getting.

Gaining from authority figures,

Being gurus,

Teachers and books and schools and so forth is an outside experience.

It's not enlightenment because it's enlightenment is an inwards process.

Hence why intelligence,

Pardon me,

And enlightenment is an inward process.

Now this is what enlightenment basically is.

Let's say you're listening to me right now.

Or let's say you're having a conversation of somebody,

Right?

And you conversate and you're talking and you don't understand what they're saying to you.

But then they say something to you and then all of a sudden basically you're like,

Oh my gosh,

I get it.

And then you get so happy and excited.

Oh my gosh,

I understand.

And they're like,

See?

And they're like,

Yeah,

It just came out of nowhere.

Wow.

Like I get what you're saying.

You have the aha moment.

The light bulb kicks off.

This is what this is what really this is what,

Sorry,

I start so bad.

I need to slow down.

Wussa.

This is the process of what happens to give you the aha moment,

Right?

So quite simply,

When you're listening to that person,

Your attention,

Your energy,

You attentively listen to that person and you're listening to yourself.

When you're listening to that person,

You go into a state of,

You start to enquire.

You're like,

Hmm,

You go within yourself.

And then what you do,

You now tune in to the state of observation.

And in the state of observation,

Basically,

Thought ceases.

When you're observing that person speak,

Right,

What happens is through that observation,

Thought stops,

Memory stops,

Knowledge stops,

And the fifth element being time that holds everything that we see in the world right now.

It holds everything together.

Once that stops,

Within that split millisecond,

There's like a there's like,

How can I connect?

There's an I would call it a metaphysical or a black hole.

And in that millisecond of observation,

There's stillness,

There's silence,

Emptiness,

And then you get a rush basically of consciousness that rushes through you.

And then you basically now express what you basically express that knowledge basically to that person.

Now that knowledge and that enlightenment,

You can call it spirit.

You can call it consciousness.

You can call it God.

Whatever you want to call it.

It doesn't revolve around time.

It's not an outward process.

It's an inward process.

Meaning no guru,

No teacher,

No school,

No form of education outside of you caused you to cause that information to come out.

It was in an inward process.

Now,

When you now basically express what you've just ignited in your mind as consciousness,

Like,

Wow,

I get it.

That information now gets locked in as time,

Memory,

Thought,

Wisdom,

And of course,

Knowledge.

So it becomes part of this world,

This reality,

It becomes part of the past,

But its essence,

Its substance is not from the outside world.

It came from within you.

And that is literally how you enlighten yourself.

So the less we think,

The less we have outside stimulation,

The more we're in silence,

The more we are in the realms of nature,

The more we take time to do things slowly,

The less we think,

The more enlightened we actually get on a daily basis.

And like I said,

No guru,

No teacher,

No saint,

No authority figure,

No form of education causes you to have that particular form of enlightenment.

You do it to yourself.

And I don't even like to use the word enlightenment because it's a mundane word.

It gets thrown out all the time,

But people do not see what it really,

Really means.

So enlightenment and intelligence all come about in a flash,

And it's an inward process.

It also shows you that the reason that we so-called can't go within ourselves,

Go into the silence to pull in,

To pull out that particular esoteric spiritual,

Metaphysical,

Or even mundane,

You know,

Channeling of information,

Or whatever you want to call it,

Sorry,

Is because we are rooted down with thought.

Your addictions,

Your habits,

Your tendencies,

Your mundane life,

It basically causes friction within your higher self.

Meaning that envision you have a cake,

Right?

Envision you have a cake.

Now in the cake,

At the bottom of the cake,

There's like the juicy stuff,

The sweet stuff.

But on top of the cake,

There's thick icing,

Thick,

Thick icing.

So every time you're trying to go within yourself,

You're trying to pierce through the icing,

But you can't because it's rock hard.

And they're symbolic of your thought forms.

They're basically your tendencies,

Your habits,

The fact that you have to,

You're mechanical on a daily basis.

You have to go to work.

You have to do this.

You have to do that.

All of those thoughts basically are now layered on top of that cake and are stopping you into going into the centre,

Which is basically yourself in regards to you being centred,

The ying and yang,

You being balanced in oneself.

But guess what?

When you are silent,

When you are quiet,

The icing dissolves,

Thought dissipates,

And you can go into that cake and have that juicy centre because you've gone past the barrier that's caused you to basically act and think and feel a certain way because you think you are your thoughts.

So intelligence,

Again,

Isn't about using the logic.

It's not about basically intelligence,

Enlightenment,

Or let's say intelligence,

Same thing I would say.

Intelligence isn't about you basically,

No,

When you want to find,

When you like want to know something,

Or when you want to answer a question,

You don't get it,

You automatically start to think,

But your thinking is rooted in the past and then you think of the image and the image has a word attached to it and the word is basically what?

The word is from the past.

Every single thing that you think of right now,

Or every single thing that you actually see around your room is attached to a word.

That word is attached to the past.

So when you're trying to basically now think,

You're automatically thinking in the past because you're using logic,

You're using logic and that logic of yours is set in the past.

So you can't move forward with what you're trying to find in to find out,

Whatever question it might be because your thinking,

Your clarity,

Your perception,

Your light,

Everything has been has been rooted in the past and it's causing you basically to move back literally in the past.

But when you observe the object,

When you observe that person,

What happens?

The time,

Memory,

Knowledge and basically time stops.

And now what happens?

That object or that person you're looking at becomes just an image.

So as Krishnamurti would say,

It's the image,

Looking at the image.

In a sense,

It's the observer being you,

Observing a particular person or object,

You now become the observed.

So the observer becomes the observer.

In the middle,

There's nothing,

No time,

No knowledge,

No memory,

Nothing.

So now when you're in that particular silence,

You can now go within yourself and basically pull the answer to the question that you basically have.

So when you have a question,

Inquire,

Think of the question,

But detach from the emotional attachment to it.

Detach from the energy of it.

Ask the question without any judgments,

Without any emotional attachments and you will get the answer to,

Of course,

Literally the question that you're trying to basically ask.

Because you're trying to find a question,

You're trying to find an answer to a question that's related in the past.

And every time you think of the question,

You automatically think about the image.

And the image is attached to a word.

And that word is attached to what someone else said or what a teacher said or what a book says.

So now the mind becomes fragmented and starts to look left,

Front and centre for the answer,

But it can't because it always gets pulled back in,

Of course,

The past.

And the reason you can't interface with it is because it's not from you.

It's not you.

You're trying to,

It's like you're,

Every time you try to answer that question or try to go within yourself,

You get caught up with an image of somebody else or a book because it's not your,

It's not what you've experienced.

It's not what you've actually brought to the table within your mind,

Body and soul.

It's someone else's.

So this is why,

When you realise this,

When you look at anything in the world or even anything that's in your room right now,

Or wherever you are listening to my voice,

Right,

When you look at the sky,

The reason you say the sky is the sky is because when you look at the sky,

You have images of books,

Teachers telling you what the sky is.

But realistically and truly,

If you look at the sky with no emotional attachment,

No images of the past,

When you look at that,

Look at the sky and you observe the sky for what it truly is,

You'll realise that the sky isn't called a sky.

It's just energy that's given form to the sky and in that particular moment when you're silent,

When you're silent and you're connecting basically with the sky,

Nature now speaks to you and tells you the actual word of what the sky is to you,

Because now you have a connection with that particular,

With the sky or whatever object it might be because now nature is speaking to you because there's silence,

There's communication and that is pretty much the essence of what it is.

And it's scary because you realise everything around you right now has a word,

Has a thought,

Has a memory,

Has a signature,

Has an energy behind it.

So,

And the last thing is energy behind it.

So everything that we look at right now,

We automatically look going to the past.

But if we are in complete silence and we look at that,

We look at the object again and we detach from the emotional attachment,

We detach from the image,

The thought,

The culture,

The experience,

It just becomes basically an object and in that silence again,

Nature speaks to us and we actually basically connect with it and we resonate and our spirit and soul connect with that particular energy and it speaks to one another and it tells you this is who I am,

This is what I am and this is who you are not.

So that's what I'm basically,

I'm trying to basically say that you are not your thoughts,

You are not words,

We are all energy basically,

We are all energy basically,

We are all spiritual beings having a physical experience or all energy beings having a physical experience and that's pretty much the gist of enlightenment and intelligence.

They're one and the same but you cannot so-called,

I don't like using the word,

You cannot enlighten yourself by thinking you're going to meditate basically for two hours a day or you're going to go to see a teacher,

A guru for however long,

It doesn't work and if they do so-called enlighten you and so forth,

You're the one enlighten yourself.

It's not about the guru or the teacher,

It's about you because you had to stop,

You had to think,

You had to inquire,

You had to observe,

It's never about the teacher,

It's always about the student like Krishnamurti would say,

There's no guru or disciple outside of you because what people don't realize is no one can teach you anything about yourself,

We can teach you how to maybe ride a bike or maybe drive a car or train you at work,

The mundane stuff but no one can teach you anything about yourself,

That all boils down to you and that is the adventure that basically everyone goes through and this is why,

I'm not going to go into it too much,

This is why when you have certain gurus and teachers who try to condition the student,

They condition them upon from what they think they've been taught,

What they've learned,

Thinking this is the way things should be done and we do have the ones that will blatantly condition you,

To mould you into the person that they are so they can take your mind,

Body,

Energy and of course soul but as Krishnamurti would say,

If there was no guru,

If there was no teacher,

If there was no drugs,

There was no TV,

No outside stimulant,

What would you do?

You would have to figure it out for yourself and in figuring it out for yourself,

The mind is now free because there's no form of authority weighing it down,

Conditioning it,

Telling it to think a certain way so there's no conditioning which means you're free to do what you want to do and explore and make mistakes on your terms,

Not what someone has told you you should do or shouldn't be doing I guess what I'm trying to say is humanity has always been able to figure it out we don't need no one to condition and figure it out I'm not saying don't speak,

Don't teach but allow the mind of the student or the person you're communicating with to be free so they can actually figure it out for themselves,

You're mainly a facilitator you have no right to condition or superimpose your authority,

Your energy regardless of who you are on the individual because their mind is their mind alone,

It's not yours anyways people,

Hope everyone is well,

That's my thoughts on enlightenment and intelligence and the essence of thought,

It's actually a part 2 to the part 1 that I basically did and I'm basically just opening up the website right now inside timer so part 1 was called the substance of thought and meditation,

This will be part 2 which I'm going to call it something down the lines of,

I don't know,

I don't know,

I don't know thought,

The substance of enlightenment and I don't know,

I'll think of a nice title with that being said,

Love to know your thoughts,

If you have any questions for me you can drop them in the comments down below I'll get back of course to you and of course if you've enjoyed this video,

Share with your friends like,

All that good stuff and I'll catch everyone in a bit,

Thank you for giving me your time and energy and I hope everyone had an amazing day so far,

That being said,
