Sometimes I get too overwhelmed trying to navigate the chaos.
Plans get delayed.
Relationships change.
People change and grow apart.
Sometimes things in life pile up.
My responsibilities.
My doubts.
My emotions.
My capacity to handle those emotions.
Now I use this time to clear my head.
To focus on my breath.
To free my mind.
To channel my higher self.
Every breath of fresh air soothes me.
And anchors me to this present moment.
All of the overwhelm drifts away.
With each and every single breath.
I accept this relief as a gift from the universe.
The stream of higher consciousness is here to stay.
I channel my higher mind.
I tap into my own flow and rhythms.
I tap into divine energy.
I align with unity consciousness.
I align with my intact potential.
I tune out the noise of the outside world.
And the voices telling me I don't belong.
I focus on receiving messages from my spirit guides and higher being.
My heart is open to receive these messages.
My heart is open to receive the fruition of my higher purpose.
I'm an open vessel for true unconditional love.
Thoughts of unconditional love flow freely through me.
My crown chakra receives sweet divine messages from my higher being.
I freefall into my destiny.
I trust all into faded blessed beginnings.
I follow my guiding star with ease.
Star illuminating my higher being and path.
I'm a unique and beautiful soul.
I'm attracting a unique and beautiful soul tribe.
I'm aligned with universal love.
I am detached from all that's based in ego.
I reject all social pressures to surrender to my highest truth.
I know when to call on my support system.
And when I need a breath of fresh air.
I know when it's time to listen.
And when I need a listening ear.
In those times,
I give myself space to breathe.
In those times,
I rely on my connection with the universe.
In those times,
I communicate my boundaries with care.
My mind is free of dense fog,
Clouded judgment,
And draining stories.
My mind is free and clear of blockages and delays.
Any overflow or overwhelm melts away with each calming breath.
My mental space is clean.
My mind is free of clutter.
My crown chakra is an unobstructed vessel of creativity.
Today,
I free my mind of cool games.
I free my mind of conditions and deep self-loathing.
Today,
I find strength in breath.
I find strength in receiving.
I find strength in cleansing my crown chakra.
I let go of the gunk so my heart can explore.
Today,
I free myself from all cages.
I free my higher mind from all lower frequencies.
I trust my spirit to be a messenger of true unconditional love.
The eternal peace fills every inch of my being.
For I'm divinely guided and connected to universal love and light.
