Take a deep breath.

Let all the noise drift away.

Let's clock out and tune in.

Here are some affirmations for non-judgment.

This is a meditative experience for harsh critics and perfectionists everywhere.

Judgment keeps old stories alive,

Even those that may not be yours.

Put empathy and compassion into action.

By challenging yourself to walk the world without labeling the self and others.

Sitting down,

Laying down,

Finding a relaxing state or position.

Take this moment to notice the rhythm of your breath at its natural pace.

Be present in this state as you sink further into relaxation with each breath.

Let your mind wander without parameters.

Let your energy be free and malleable.

No rules,

No restrictions,

No labels,

No critiques,

No judgment.

How does it feel to be here,

Aware of your presence,

Sitting in your presence,

Without any judgment of your breath,

Without any judgment of your body,

Without being hyper-focused on time?

How does it feel to just be beloved?

To just be in this moment.

Notice what's coming up for you now.

Take inventory of how your body feels.

Are there pain points?

Or is relaxation washing over all the tension in your body?

How do you feel today?

How would you describe the state of your being?

Notice the connotation of the words you use,

The weight of the words that come to mind.

Of the words that come to mind.

Instead of judging these words or judging how you feel,

What would it be like to just observe what's coming up for you now?

How would it feel to process what's coming up for you now?

Let these words,

Let these feelings pass you by with trust,

With compassion,

With gratitude for being able to name them.

With gratitude for letting them be what they are.

Without them taking hold of you.

Without them consuming you.

What if you could do this with all things beloved?

What if you could allow daily occurrences to be what they are?

What if you could allow annoyances and the faults of others to be what they are?

The faults of yours.

What if you could separate yourself from the all-consuming urge to label them as such?

What if there is no such thing as good or bad?

What if there was simply more being,

More humans being,

More thoughts being,

Less labeling of how one exists and more observing,

Less judgment on what one does and more connecting,

Less othering and more learning,

Less irritation and more understanding,

Less forcing and more flowing,

Less hostility and more curiosity,

Less putting things in a box and more allowing them to be.

What if you could reframe society's boxes to say they are flexible,

Intersectional,

And non-permanent?

What if you dropped the shoulds,

Woulds,

Coulds to say that was then and this is now?

It is what it is.

I did my best.

I am who I am.

They are who they are.

Things are what they are.

I don't concern myself with what I can't control.

Fear and negativity are words I let roll off of me.

I accept that.

I respect that.

I accept that.

I accept that.

I respect that.

I learn from that.

And I feel what I feel.

I take on with a grain of salt.

I meet experiences with empathy.

I take the lessons as they come.

Naming,

Feeling,

Observing,

Processing,

Releasing.

I find peace here in the present.

Without fear,

Ego,

Worry,

Or judgment.

Of the self.

Of experiences.

Of feelings.

Of others.

They are what they are.

And like me,

They are allowed to be without judgment.

Like me,

They are allowed to exist.

With your next inhale,

Wiggle your toes and your fingers.

Inviting indifference into your life.

Become aware of your surroundings as you invite non-judgment into your life.

See the day ahead without judgment of your pace,

Without judgment of your presence.

Remember this natural state of being beloved,

The natural state of all things,

And return here whenever you like.

Remember how it feels to let go of labels,

Positive or negative.

Remember how it feels to be a human being.

Being.

Well that is it for today's episode.

Here's to choosing you,

Beloved.

Here's to working on yourself and your healing.

Thank you so much for allowing us to be on this journey with you.

Please take a breather and know that these affirmations will be here whenever you need them.

Thank you so much for being here.

Namaste,

Beloved.
