Take a deep breath.
Let all the noise drift away.
Let's clock out and tune in.
Here's guided journaling to heal loneliness.
The moment you choose to heal yourself or break generational curses and cycles can be the start of a very lonely journey.
In order to stay healthy or evolving,
Your environment may change,
Your support system may change,
The people in your life or your relationships may change.
And as much as you want to stay in a situation to avoid leaving others behind,
You know when that's not the healthiest option for you.
You know that everyone can't come with you,
Everyone won't go with you,
And not everyone will choose to go with you.
That is when,
Beloved,
You realize that your journey is yours and yours alone.
It may feel like you can't relate to anyone,
Like you have no one to lean on outside of yourself,
Like you have no one to share in the growth.
But in these times,
It's important to take note of how you feel.
Important to remind yourself that you are not alone.
And so,
Beloved,
Welcome to this guided journaling session for healing loneliness.
Team Alchemy here,
And we'll be guiding you through this inner work practice.
We'll be stating a question,
Leaving intentional pauses in between them so you can meditate on them and process your thoughts or feelings.
During this time,
You are invited to look within,
Journal your innermost thoughts,
Reflect on the following questions,
And answer them honestly.
Feel free to pause in between each question if you need more time to feel,
Process,
And release.
Why am I feeling lonely right now?
What about my journey is bringing up feelings of loneliness?
Am I craving belonging,
Approval,
Or genuine connection?
Does loneliness hurt or inspire me?
How does loneliness trigger my childhood wounds or trauma responses?
I am choosing to honor how I feel right now by,
I want to respond to how I'm feeling right now by,
Are these the healthiest ways to respond for me or my circumstances?
If not,
Three healthy ways to address feelings of loneliness include,
I can create community in other ways by,
Is it time to reach out and let someone know how I feel?
If so,
What networks or support groups can I connect with?
If not,
Is there something to be learned from spending time on my own?
How can I embrace being alone without shutting off my feelings?
How can I take care of myself while being alone?
What insight is this time by myself giving me?
How has this experience helped me better understand what I need?
How has this experience helped me better understand myself?
How has this experience helped me better understand my strengths?
How has this experience helped me come back home to myself?
Well that is it for today's episode.
Here's to choosing you,
Beloved.
Here's to working on yourself and your healing.
Thank you so much for allowing us to be on this journey with you.
Please take a breather and know that this episode will be here whenever you need it.
Thank you so much for being here.
Namaste Beloved.
