Next, you call in the healing frequency needed for your liver restoration, which is done by you connecting to your soul and source light for a powerful liver restoration. Finally, we call for unification with the rest of the body, asking it to work together as an active, loving, united physical community, your temple, your body

Just for a moment,

Give yourself permission to let go,

To unwind,

Open your eyes,

To let in body,

Open mind,

Open heart,

Open soul,

Allowing for a deep inner connection with the transformative energy within your heart,

Knowing that just for a moment,

There is nothing to do,

Nowhere to be,

Except this moment right here,

Right now.

As you drop your awareness deep into your body,

Your body begins to thank you for taking this time to offer your presence,

Your awareness,

And your deep healing love.

Feeling so connected with your presence,

You cannot help but feel as all the muscles relax and unwind and let go from head to toe.

Deeply relaxed,

Deeply open,

You begin to notice this brilliant sphere of light all around you,

This sphere of light that is just for you,

Emitting beautiful vibrational frequency waves of safety,

Of peace,

Of healing into your aura,

Into your chakras,

Into your mental and emotional bodies,

Into your body.

You feel all of your mental and emotional worries and anxieties just begin to float away,

Bringing within you an even deeper level of peace,

Of calm,

Of well-being to your body and mind or spirit.

These waves of pulsating energy are exactly what is needed for you,

For your here and now.

In the center of this sphere,

You take notice of a brilliant pillar of bright light emerging from the depths of your heart center,

This brilliant pillar of white vortexes all the way down the center of your body,

Connecting to the earth as it simultaneously vortexes all the way up beyond your limits above.

Feeling this deep,

Deep connection with this powerful,

Transformative source light emanating from within you and the light from all around you.

Becoming one with this light,

This inner and this outer light,

Placing your hands upon your liver,

Located on the right-hand side of your body,

Just under your rib cage,

You begin to notice that you are holding a large clear quartz crystal.

This crystal is designed to pull out,

Release and extract all lower toxic energies that may be trapped within and around the liver or any and all associated locations.

The liver itself can hold deep,

Toxic,

Emotional and karmic energies such as anger from yourself and even from your lineage.

It is responsible for proper detoxification of our physical body,

But it also holds a function of supporting us with releasing lower emotions in a way that we can process or integrate or digest if we will.

So allowing yourself the power of presence,

The openness of trust with your soul in charge and you as the witness beginning to take notice as this clear quartz crystal wrapped in golden light begins to pull out,

Draw out and extract all lower or toxic energies,

Imprints,

Contracts,

Vows,

Agreements,

Promises that may be blocking you or keeping you in separation or illness or more,

Intending a renewed agreement of health,

Of harmony,

Of unity,

Of juwe.

You may notice other things leaving from within or around the liver or other various points and parts within the body or the aura or the chakra system.

Just taking notice to all things and just allowing your process to be your process or you may notice nothing at all and still just allowing your process to be your process.

So open body,

Open mind,

Open energy,

Releasing only that which does not serve in the highest good in this moment releasing what you are able to release in this now moment.

Just breathing,

Opening,

Releasing and letting go and just watching the energy that needs to be alchemized to be extracted into this crystal.

You may notice many things just letting this go.

If you feel the crystal needs to move to another point on your body,

Trust in your intuition and let that crystal extract from where it needs to extract to it just giving it time for full release,

Letting it go to the root of the energy,

Full extraction,

Full release,

Filling out all toxic energies,

Connections,

Emotions,

Mental thought formations that do not serve in the highest and greatest good.

Let's grab that crystal and golden light and let's send that up to source for full healing,

Healing and transmutation and let's call in another very large clear quartz crystal for full continued extraction allowing this to go wherever it needs to go letting your hands guide the way for anywhere else that needs to be released.

You can have energy extracted,

Sometimes that can be around the head or on the throat,

The third eye,

It can be at the heart,

It can be at the knees,

Just really trusting in wherever you are called to glaze the crystal or you may keep it over the liver just allowing your intuition to guide you as this crystal continues to pull out and extract all your toxic energies,

Releasing them from the mental body,

Extracting from the mental body,

The emotional body,

And all that can be released at this time.

Directing this light intending that it begins to fill and flood the inside of this liver of your beautiful liver,

All of its sections,

All of the walls and the cells of the liver deeply penetrated,

Deeply penetrating with energy full of health,

Full of vital life force,

Energy full of joy,

Full of peace,

Full of love,

Full of unity,

Seeing as the cells ignite with their original healthy template,

Harmonizing the blueprint of the liver and continue pouring this light in,

Seeing this light just begin to take over creating healthy strong tissue with a deep penetrating life force energy,

Feeling this energy as it moves from your hands and waves into the liver and keeping this energy moving into the liver as it begins to pour out,

Pour out flooding and filling the nearby organs with light,

The gallbladder,

The digestive system spreading out,

Spreading out through the lungs,

Through the heart,

The spleen,

The diaphragm,

Bow beginning to fill and flood the entire core of your body as this light begins to travel through the blood cells as they stream through the body,

Activating all of the cells,
