And breathe and relax.
Relaxing the body,
Open body,
Open mind,
Preparing the body,
The mind,
The spirit to relax down to rest.
The natural circadian rhythms of the body,
Of your body,
So that you may acquire a nice restful sleep,
So that you may wake up feeling rested,
Having enough vitality to get through your day,
Waking up feeling ready to start your day.
Taking a nice gentle breath in as you begin to exhale just releasing the stress and the tension and the thoughts and the worries about your day,
Taking another nice gentle relaxing breath in,
Feeling calm,
Supported,
Relaxed and letting go of the busyness of the mind of everything you have to do tomorrow.
Taking another nice deep breath in and feeling as your body begins to melt into the bed or the chair,
Just becoming heavy and relaxed,
Releasing everyone's energies,
Their thoughts,
Their fears,
Their worries.
For I could never possibly heal these aspects of you,
For I can only heal these energies that belong to me.
Take a nice deep relaxing breath and release and just feel them as they melt away off of the body,
Out of the energy fields,
Just draining away,
Revoking any consent for anyone or anything or any person,
Group to be within any level or layer of your fields and relax.
Take another nice slow gentle breath in,
Relaxing down even more,
Feeling as the muscles around the head and the face just totally release and relax,
Relaxing the jaws,
Relaxing the sinuses,
Relaxing the back of the neck,
Feel this nice breath that moves through you,
Just begins to wash away inside of the body,
Any stress,
Tension,
Tightness.
Just releasing and relaxing,
Washing away,
Opening,
Letting all of the stress go,
Coming down with your breath through the throat and the tops of the shoulders.
With your breath just deeply relaxing the tops of the shoulders,
The front of the chest,
Relaxing into the feeling of pure relaxation,
Preparing your body to come down,
To rest,
To restore,
To reset,
Giving your body permission to let go,
Feeling with your breath again as your arms get heavier and more relaxed,
Down to your elbows as they release,
All the tension down through your wrists as they open and let go of everything they've been holding in and holding on to for the day,
Allowing your hands,
Your fingers,
Your palms to deeply relax,
Deeply relax with your breath,
Just giving yourself permission to let go,
Coming down the spine,
Sensing stress in the elongated muscles down the spine,
Breathe and release,
Feeling your spine soften,
Stretching out,
Feeling your spine becoming flexible as it feels safe enough to support you now,
Releasing all the cares in the world for this moment,
Breathe with your awareness down your spine,
Feel it extending and straightening and deeply releasing all of the stress,
All of the energy that it's taken to support others for the day,
To support yourself,
Coming down around the shoulder blades,
Relaxing down through the bones and the kidneys,
Really breathe and relax,
Calming,
Calming the kidneys and the adrenals and feel as they begin to slow down,
Releasing any need to fear,
Feel as they stop releasing cortisol,
They are safe,
Breathe into the kidneys and the adrenals and feel pure safety here,
Peace,
Purpose,
Security,
Stability,
There was nothing ever to fear and we have always been safe and coming down the front of the chest,
Feeling the chest and the lungs just begin to open,
Opening,
Relaxing,
Breathe into the lungs,
Deep,
Deep breaths through the bottoms of the lungs,
Relaxing the diaphragm,
The esophagus,
Allowing pure total relaxation,
Releasing any stress,
Any tension,
Tightness in the esophagus,
In the lungs,
Grief is now restored and replaced with joy,
Connection,
Coming down,
Relaxing the diaphragm,
Breathe and relax,
Being down through the stomach,
The liver,
The spleen,
The skull,
The bladder and feel as your body just takes a sigh of relief,
Placing your awareness here,
Just feel as your organs know that they are safe,
They are loved,
They are supported,
Healthy,
Whole,
Unified,
Breathe into your organs and feel them relax,
Feel the muscles around the torso,
The tendons,
Around the back,
Relax,
Coming down into the intestines,
The bowel,
The bladder,
The Houston valve,
Releases and relaxes,
Just release and relax with your breath,
Releasing down into the pelvic bowl for those who are women feeling the release through the ovaries,
The uterus and the fallopian tubes and coming down from men,
Relaxing the prostate,
Breathing down through the hip muscles,
The psoas,
The muscles,
And release the muscle of the soul,
Breathe and release the hips,
Down,
Down through the glutes as they relax,
Breathing the whole way down,
Releasing the stress held in the thighs and the knees,
Each breath relaxing you more deeply,
Softly,
Till you feel that you are at one minute,
Relaxing the whole way down your legs,
Down to your ankles,
Feel as all the tension and the tightness held in the ankles just melts away down the tops of the feet,
Out of the toes,
Breathe this out and down,
Feeling your body at peace,
Down around the bottoms of the feet,
Relaxing the arches,
The heels,
The balls,
As this stress and tightness just melts away,
Moving more deeply into a state of pure relaxation,
Feeling your body so rested,
So at peace,
So unified,
Connected,
Supported,
Healed,
Highly balanced,
Highly functioning,
One amazing community that makes up this perfect totality of this beautiful physical vessel that you get to experience here now,
And just feel as your body becomes so relaxed,
It feels like liquid light just pouring through you,
So free,

And now with your awareness,
Coming up to the third eye,
Going straight back through,
Just above the bridge of the nose,
Placing your awareness down below the pituitary,
Consciously connecting to the hypothalamus within the brain,
And feel now as this gland which is responsible for assisting proper support and functioning our organs and our endocrine system begins to release the natural melatonin for you to be able to regulate your sleep pattern once more,

Releasing proper amount of melatonin through your body,
