Take a few moments to settle your body and your mind.
Feel yourself in yourself in this present moment.
Notice your breath.
Be aware of it as it comes in and out of your body.
Take a few moments to appreciate the moment of each breath taken with full awareness.
Calming the mind,
Calming the body with each breath as it comes in and as it is released.
And begin noticing that right now,
In this moment,
There is really nothing else that you need to do to bring peace,
Peace within yourself.
Allow yourself to do just this,
This breathing in,
This breathing out.
This presence to your experiences just as they are.
With the breath,
With the body,
And with the rest of your senses.
Nothing else to do,
Nothing else to be concerned with.
Just the awareness of being in this moment as you are.
Without any pressure to do anything else but to just be.
This comes about this way by not interfering with our mental interests,
Preferences,
And habit with the moment.
Allowing ourselves to just be.
And so notice the breath,
The sensations of each breath as they naturally come and go through the body.
Notice that peace is right here,
Right now,
Within each breath you are taking.
Within the awareness that is allowing you now to experience this moment.
And notice it,
You do not have to get involved with the thoughts that perhaps are coming through the mind right now.
Just let them be.
Let yourself be.
Let yourself be in this moment,
Fully present and aware.
Without any pressure to do anything else but to experience body,
Mind,
And heart as openly as possible.
Relaxed,
Open,
Present.
No pressure,
No demands to do anything else right now.
Breathing and feeling the breath is effortless.
Hearing the sounds you are hearing is effortless.
Noticing sensations moving through the body is effortless.
Noticing thoughts moving through the mind is also effortless if you just let them be as they are.
This moment is effortless just doing this.
Being present as you are is effortless.
You are really not doing anything and you are being everything that you are.
Notice again the peace and the quiet that comes by just relinquishing the need to do and welcoming the sense of just being.
Peace comes about this way and we welcome what is without any resistance.
And when we also give ourselves space to be and not feeling the need to do.
An effortless,
Quiet,
Open awareness of each moment just as it is.
Not interested in anything else but to just be in this quiet and the quiet that already exists within yourself.
And then now you are welcoming and expanding with each breath you take in full awareness just by doing that.
Just by being here with no other agenda but to just be here.
And all of the ordinary things of life come and go without doing anything but being with them with the breath,
With the sensations,
Thoughts,
Perceptions that you are experiencing right now.
A peaceful being with life and yourself.
Nothing else to do.
Just this being.
Correct.
How nice to give ourselves this space,
This open space,
In which we meet,
And we are here to meet ourselves just as we are,
In peace,
In kindness,
In compassion.
Reconnecting with the inner peace that is already within us and expanding it,
To fill all aspects of this moment.
