Welcome,

You've arrived at the perfect moment just as you are.

This is your time to let go,

To breath,

To rest,

And to finally allow your mind and body to slow down.

Tonight I will guide you into a calm,

Gentle sleep.

You are safe here.

You are at home.

Let's begin by noticing your breath.

No need to chance it,

Just become aware.

Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale gently through your mouth.

Again,

Inhale and exhale,

Inhale and exhale.

Allow your shoulders to drop,

Relax your jaw,

Unclench your hands and soften your belly.

Feel the bands below you supporting your weight.

There is nothing you need to do,

Nowhere to go,

Just this moment,

Just this breath.

If your mind is racing,

It's okay,

Not your thoughts as like clouds in the sky.

You don't need to follow them,

You don't need to fix anything right now.

Say gently to yourself,

I release what I can't control.

I give myself permission to rest.

I'm safe to let go.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself becoming a little bit lighter.

Let go of the tension in your forehead,

In your neck,

In your chest.

Your mind is slowing down,

Your body is heavy,

But your heart is light.

Now,

Allow yourself to drift,
