The mindful eating sound experience.

In this practice you will enjoy the tea experience.

Before beginning the practice and to taste the tea,

Sometimes during this experience you can perceive the mind so far.

When you perceive the distraction,

Change the focus and set your attention again in the breathing.

Explore the micro experience that happen in your mouth of this exact moment.

Feel the taste of the tea in your teeth and tongue.

Now put the cup in the table and inspire and expire slowly.

Inspire the micro experiences in your mouth,

In your tongue.

With the cup in the table,

Inspire and expire quickly.

Make the second sip now.

After swallow the tea,

Perceive the temperature of your mouth,

Of your throat.

Put the cup in the table and inspire and expire.

If you feel far of this experience,

Thinking previous or future demands,

Invite your mind to return of this experience.

Remind to use the breathing as passport of the back.

Make the third sip now.

Seek perceive other tastes in tea.

In other words,

Secondary or tertiary tastes,

There are new perceptions that arise from tea.
