Hello dear ones,

In today's meditation,

We will be experiencing the energetic realm of our own existence,

The realm that is always present,

But rarely visible.

When we tap into this subtle realm,

We start forming a deeper relationship with ourselves,

Where we are able to deeply listen.

We start tuning in to the subtle aspects of our own selves,

Celebrating the little details and bringing them to life.

As we begin,

Allow yourself to fully settle in where you are now.

Allow the body to feel relaxed and comfortable while the spine lengthens.

Invite the muscles to relax and feel how heavy they become,

Grounding you.

Settle fully into stillness,

With the awareness that you are able to move your body,

But you are choosing not to.

This conscious stillness becomes sacred,

It is your offering to the present moment.

Allow your awareness to focus in on the breath,

Feel the coolness of the breath as it travels in through the nose and the throat.

Feel the body relaxing as the air leaves.

Continue breathing and allow your awareness to expand.

Feel the breath coming in,

While also imagining little sparkles of light or a stream of golden energy entering in the nose.

As you breathe out,

Feel and imagine old stagnant energy leaving with the breath.

As you breathe in,

Feel your whole body expanding with energy coming in.

As you breathe out,

Feel your body relaxing,

Letting go of anything it doesn't want to carry anymore.

Breathing in expansion.

Breathing out relaxation.

Continue breathing at your own rhythm for a handful of breaths,

Allowing the breath to act as a guide,

Leading you into the more subtle parts of yourself.

Feeling present in the body,

Feeling present in the breath.

Allow your awareness to return to the stillness of the body.

Feel the stillness of the body from the tips of the toes,

All the way up through the crown of your head.

Now allow yourself to notice the subtle movements happening within the body without your effort.

Feel how the belly is moving forward and back,

Upward and down,

Without you consciously doing this.

Notice how it is moving on its own,

Without your active participation.

Feel how the chest is expanding and contracting with every breath.

Notice how this causes the collarbones and the throat to move ever so slightly.

The nostrils may slightly open as you inhale,

Making space for more air,

And they slightly relax with the heat of each exhale.

Ever so subtly,

The breath is creating even the smallest movement all throughout your body.

Notice these tiny movements occurring all through you.

Whether you are seated or lying down,

Notice how the shoulders move as extensions of the collarbones with the breath.

Feel how this subtle movement expands to the upper arms as they slightly lift with the shoulders.

In spite of all of your control,

The body is still moving.

This has been going on continuously for 24 hours a day from the moment you were born.

There is a deep intelligence here,

A rhythm that existed before your thoughts began,

A primal whisper of aliveness that has never left you.

Allow yourself to experience this movement,

Cultivating shakshi bhava,

The attitude of the witness.

Feel how the largest movements happen around the abdomen,

Stomach,

Chest,

Heart,

Throat,

Nostrils.

How this movement keeps expanding,

Vibrating outwards,

Affecting every part of the body.

As you practice noticing these even subtler movements,

Your awareness will keep expanding,

Noticing even smaller movements,

The intricacies of existence.

You will notice the entire body is vibrating,

Completely charged with prana,

Each cell humming with life.

Notice how this quiet rhythm,

This ever-present pulse of the breath,

Of sensation,

Connects everything inside you.

Allow yourself to feel it more and more,

Like a quiet current running through you.

There is no need to imagine anything,

Just keep noticing what is already here.

Maybe you begin to feel a gentle pulse in the fingertips,

Or a slight wave in the belly even between breaths.

Perhaps a flicker of warmth behind the heart,

Tingling in the soles of the feet.

The belly,

The chest,

The throat,

The nostrils,

All moving,

All alive.

And beneath that movement there is something deeper,

A stillness,

A hum,

A presence that doesn't come or go.

Notice how even the smallest shifts in the breath echo through the whole body,

How even in stillness you are never truly still,

There is life moving within you,

Always.

Rest here in the stillness that is pulsing with life.

Whenever you feel ready,

Begin to slowly return your awareness to the space around you.

Feel where your body meets the surface beneath you.

Feel the temperature of the air on your skin.

Feel the breath still moving,

Steady and alive.

Gently wiggle the fingers or the toes,

Inviting your own conscious movement back into the body.

Maybe stretch or sigh,

Following what movement your body is asking for.

When you feel ready,

Softly open your eyes.

Let them adjust to the light without rushing.

Take a moment to just sit,

Eyes open,

Body quiet.

Let the stillness follow you forward.
