'We Are Enough' Mantra (LGBT+ Meditation)

Join me for a 10-minute mantra meditation on 'We Are Enough.' This is an opportunity to connect to a global community message that 'We Are Enough,' then to one other person telling them that 'You Are Enough,' and then finally to yourself that 'I Am Enough.' Too often we are told that we are abnormal or wrong, but indeed we are each enough.

This is one of the meditations in my LGBT+ meditation series designed for those within the community and allies too.
