May our hearts open more and more as time goes on and we realize how lucky we are to be alive at this time when Amma is here and is so willing to hug us into enlightenment. The best path of all! Todays satsang helped participants make a little more internal space for our inner Amma. It is the hardest work of all but learning to step past our egos into our hearts is the true art of life. Amma is such a powerful example of this. It might be tempting to say: "Well Amma can do it but I am not strong enough, or my conditioning was too terrible." But that so doesn't help. What helps is for us to step up to live this loving, awake way in our own lives. It can be challenging but Amma makes it possible to do it, if we just try. She offers the ashram, bhajans, satsangs, and more to us to support our efforts. Premasudha offers these satsangs just because she feels we all need all the help and support we can get! May you feel love in your heart and may insights come to you over the holidays.

We're calling on grace,

On Amma's grace,

The Creator's grace,

To fill us with the love and confidence,

Confidence in ourselves,

Confidence in life,

Confidence that the Amma,

That the Creator,

Is inside us too.

And we can feel this more and more as time goes on.

And give us the strength to remember the Creator,

To remember Amma every moment of our days,

And to keep asking for this unconditional love to come into our bodies and our lives.

And so it is.

And it really is.

So when we ask for it,

It really,

Really happens.

Yeah.

Okay.

So there was a dear one yesterday who was a little hesitant to write in her journal.

And this is how many of you feel.

And the thing is,

You guys,

That the journal can help you connect up to your interior life,

To your inner Amma.

It's like the wires connecting.

You take the time to contemplate and write about your experience.

And you will see,

If you do this,

You will see how you disconnect from your truth in your lives.

It's like we have to focus on it before we can really see it.

And you can have that as a goal.

You can think,

Okay,

I really want my journal to show me,

My journaling process to show me how I disconnect from my truth in my life.

And you guys,

It will seem sort of impossible.

And,

You know,

We can feel hopeless.

Well,

That never will happen.

But please understand that this is exactly how Prama Sutta navigated.

Or truly,

I would read spiritual books,

And I would go,

I want to do that.

We'd be talking about some spiritual step or something,

And I'll go,

I want to do that.

And then,

You know,

Six months later,

I would be brought to doing that step.

This is why I keep saying something beyond you is running your journey.

But you have to make room for it.

This is the thing.

You know,

Sometimes we go like,

Where's the creator?

Where's Amma?

But maybe we're not making any room for it.

Like,

Maybe we're not journaling at all.

Maybe we're not meditating at all.

And it's like,

Well,

Hello.

You know,

You got to put the plug in the socket.

You got to try to do it,

At least.

You got to take your end and try.

You know,

There's nothing else that works except constant effort.

And it's very much like taking care of a child.

You never really go off duty.

I mean,

You're always doing it.

If you're a mom,

You're just a mom.

The same principle with the spiritual journey.

When we're on the journey,

We're on it.

And so we're obligated,

Really.

We're obligated to allow our focus to be there.

You see,

You guys,

Many of us are really quite scared of our internal life.

We're quite scared that we're quite different people than we are presenting.

So,

You know,

To actually focus on this,

And to weave the inner you into your outer life,

It can be very,

Very threatening.

But here you are in Premasutha's class.

So,

You're kind of caught between,

You know,

Rock and a hard place,

Because Premasutha is going to like,

Come on,

Come on,

Do it.

Right.

And the thing is,

Like I say,

I have watched a lot of people.

And there are many,

Many older people that I see who've been on the journey,

And they never used their will to connect into truth.

They never made it a priority,

But they joined groups,

Lots of groups,

Lots of practices,

Collective practices.

So,

We got the herd,

So the mammals happy.

And we're being a good girl or good boy.

We're doing it,

But we're not using our will to actually get interested in who we are.

So,

I'll tell you,

For someone like Premasutha or any true Jnani,

It is a matter of life and death about moving into truth.

It feels constantly like a matter of life and death,

That life just feels totally worthless if,

Say,

This is how I used to feel.

If I couldn't move into truth,

It's like there was no point.

Now,

That attitude gets results,

But you can't force it either.

But you can know that it is possible to live this way.

It's really important that you know it's possible to live this way.

And it kind of just grabs you as you proceed.

It gets more and more like that.

As you get more and more spiritual experience and more and more captivated by the truth of who you are,

Anything else becomes meaningless.

Okay,

So I just want to spell this out.

I don't want to load you up with a must-do.

I know you guys,

And I get it.

I was the same.

It's like take stuff on your shoulders.

Oh,

I've got to do this now.

No,

I'm just spelling it out because just hearing it will help you.

You know,

Even,

You know,

Premasutha,

Like a couple of years ago,

I got like this message,

You need to journal more.

And I was journaling,

But I got this message very clear,

You need to journal more.

So,

I mean,

I struggled with this.

I picked up my journal,

And I like wouldn't want to write.

I go like,

Well,

Why?

I've journaled lots.

Why am I getting this thing to journal?

But,

You know,

I kept it in mind.

And then all of a sudden,

Like about three months later,

Man,

I was journaling.

I was putting it all in my journal.

It was just like captivating to me.

So,

It just,

It's a process,

You guys.

This is,

I can feel it's hard for you guys.

And it's hard because we're so outward focused.

Yeah,

Part of you wants to stay deaf to this entirely,

Some of you.

You know,

There's enormous power in what you write.

I wrote this book,

So 30 years ago.

So,

A lot of the stories have come true within my own life.

And I have had several people contact me and tell me that the little story that I wrote was exactly what happened to their uncle or aunt or whatever.

So,

For me,

My experience is the power of the writing altered reality.

And when we write in our journal,

It can alter a reality.

You write in your journal,

I want to move into truth.

That has a great deal of power.

And if you write,

And Premasood has done this,

I would sometimes write pages and pages of kind of ugly feelings and emotions that were coming up.

And it would get splattered across the page.

And it was all shadow material.

And by writing and giving it space,

That shadow material dissolved and turned into light within Premasood's personality.

Many of us,

We don't want to go near the shadow.

And I'll tell you,

If you don't go near the shadow in the course of your life,

You can't get anywhere on the journey.

You know,

This is,

You know,

I've talked about this before,

The feminine face of the creator work.

So,

There's real focus on the psychology,

As well as the body.

Most of us,

It's exactly where we trip,

Is over our shadow side.

It's a big relief to scroll away in your page and just let it rip about how you're feeling.

And some people can do it another way.

You know,

Really,

You don't just have to journal.

I mean,

You can do art and everything.

The thing about the journal is that you can do is,

You know,

It's there.

We might do art for a month or two and then forget about it for nine months.

Whereas a journal sits there on our bedside table,

You know.

None of you are in trouble at all.

The opposite.

I'm just always really grateful to see you guys.

And happy that you're interested,

You know.

Because this is,

You know,

It's really results-oriented work,

Like I say.

And that's the hard thing about it,

But that's a blessing.

Because I'll tell you,

People,

Some people around me just grow like,

You know,

Accelerate very quickly.

There's more love in Prema Sudha than is coming through in my words.

So,

I'm noticing that.

You know,

I woke up at 4.

30 in the morning again,

And I had hours and hours of just illumination before speaking with you.

And now I'm speaking with you,

And I'm giving you a hard time about the journals.

But it's because I'm wanting you to get,

Like,

These experiences.

And I'm getting these experiences like Prema Sudha has,

Where you just hours and hours of just illumination,

And bliss,

And divine.

Right.

So,

You see,

The journal is the point where you can make a connection and begin to allow the love in.

Right.

Okay.

Okay,

That's good.

Okay,

You got it.

Yeah,

It's much more loving,

You know.

I remember reading Amma's awakened children books.

And when I first read them,

So,

You know,

They seemed to me to be full of judgment.

So,

I read them anyway,

But it just seems so judgmental,

You know.

And then,

You know,

I read them again five years later,

And it's like I didn't see any judgment.

I thought,

What?

The first time I read them,

Really.

It was like reading the Old Testament.

So,

This,

It was reflecting Prema Sudha.

There was no judgment in these books.

This is what we're like.

Even the way we hear sad things can change.

Yeah.

Okay,

Good.

Good.

Good.

There's some stomaching of divinity going on.

It's really good.

The thing about also the journaling,

But it's beyond journaling,

I want to talk about when we go through periods of confusion.

You know,

You have a choice to make,

And maybe it's a big choice,

And you,

So confusion comes up.

And so,

Sometimes,

We take a choice to come out of that confusion.

We act to try to get out of that confusion,

And that can work sometimes.

But often,

It means that the outcome has confusion in it.

It's got confusion and fear in the outcome.

It's like the guy who went through medical school,

But he didn't want to take a year off before going to medical school because he was scared that he didn't really want to be a doctor.

So,

He just repressed this.

I've told you this,

And then graduated as a doctor and didn't want to be.

Okay,

That is an example of somebody in confusion acting,

And he just made a mess for himself.

Taking space to experience the confusion,

So in his case,

To take a year off and face his confusion.

And be with it till it's settled,

Till it's like the mud in a river,

The silt in the river.

You know,

The river gets all churned up in a storm,

And it gets kind of muddy looking,

But then the storm's over,

And all the sand and everything drops down to the bottom,

And then the river is running again,

And the choice becomes clear.

Yeah,

And this is where journals can be very useful to hold us during periods of confusion,

And we can write until we become clear.

But it isn't just the journal.

It's important to realize that when confusion's up,

Just be with it.

Because if we act too quickly,

We'll have a mess on our hands.

Yeah,

This is the world of being.

And when you live this way,

You find that you will always have space,

Enough space to make these decisions.

Yeah,

This is all around helping you guys make more room for your beings.

You know,

Churchill once said,

Most people,

When they trip over,

You know,

They trip,

When they trip over their true nature.

He didn't say true nature,

But it was like truth,

I think.

When they trip over truth,

They fall down,

And they quickly get up,

Dust themselves off,

And try to forget about it.

And this is how most people handle crises.

When a crisis comes,

It's an opportunity to just be with it,

Be with the confusion,

And allow a gentle clearing to know what action to take.

Churchill's saying,

You know,

What most people do,

Which is they just,

You know,

A person might get fired,

And one person might go,

Okay,

Is this my best career?

Is this what I'm meant to be doing?

You know,

Like contemplate it.

Another person will just move heaven and earth to quickly get another job without even asking a question about it.

This,

It feels like this satsang's a little bit off-center.

Yeah.

Part of the reason it's off-center is we've hit a level of unwillingness.

It's okay.

It's good.

It's good.

And there's a level,

There are levels coming up around feeling instructed to death.

This is all good.

But part of the reason there's a rebellion,

A little bit of a rebellion going on,

Is because your egos do not want to look inside.

They don't want you to connect up to your inner truth,

The way Prama Sutta is inviting you to.

Yeah.

Right.

The egos want to do a fake job.

This is what we're like,

You guys.

This is what Prama Sutta was like.

But it's hard to go on and give you more material,

Because I want to talk about something quite deep,

But I don't feel a go-ahead about it.

It's not blaming.

Yeah,

There's a feeling of not quite prepared to put your arms around true reality.

Some of you might feel quite restless.

You guys,

You know,

Death comes to accelerate us.

That is the whole point of death.

Okay.

Also,

What I call death energy in life,

Which is,

You know,

Hatred,

Fear,

Rage.

It also is there to accelerate us.

Without this material,

There would be no evolution on the earth plane.

There'd be nothing to evolve out of.

We wouldn't even know that there was anything different than unconditional love.

Like death,

Actual death,

Plus this,

What I call death energy,

Shows us what darkness is.

And when we know what darkness is,

We start really loving the light.

And we start really allowing the light,

Serving it.

We get up and we start walking.

We stop being passive.

It's funny,

I'm getting the words.

I really want to make this clear to you.

It's interesting that you face death every day of your lives.

You know,

The shamans in Mexico would say that death is there constantly behind your left shoulder.

So,

In your life,

In your day,

You will have a choice whether to play in this kind of energy of death that ages your body,

Increases separation,

Feelings of separation from all of life.

You have a choice to play in that,

Or you have a choice to affirm your divinity,

Affirm Amma,

Affirm the existence of unconditional love,

Affirm the existence of your soul,

Of your eternal nature.

Death,

The good news is death does not exist.

The actual physical death or rage or hatred,

Fear,

None of these have any eternal existence at all.

They are limited to the earth plane.

They're not real.

And that's why it's possible to triumph over them.

And that's why,

You know,

The bodies of really enlightened people don't disintegrate for ages,

Because they don't have any negative in their body.

It's like they don't have any bacteria that's working against them in their body.

Everything's working for God.

Now,

This is scientifically proven.

It's common knowledge that this is what happens with the bodies of wise people.

It's because they've triumphed over death in their lives.

And this is why I'm like hammering at the journal,

Because it is a really good vehicle to do this.

Or the mantra,

Another good vehicle,

Another excellent vehicle.

I mean,

Time honored.

Most of the world is playing in the energy of death.

You know,

Amma says there's more light on the earth than darkness,

And that if it ever came that there was more darkness on the earth than light,

That the para-atman would just dissolve this universe.

You know,

It makes sense.

I mean,

Why would an eternal love allow a play where darkness was winning,

You know?

Why would it?

It wouldn't.

We might think darkness is winning,

But Amma says there's more light here on earth than darkness.

This is what I'm wanting you to do,

Is connect up with this light.

Connect up with the light underneath everything that Amma's saying is running the show here.

You know,

This darker energy or death energy isn't anything to fight.

You could experience,

Like,

In a way,

Completely being in this death energy,

And you might feel like that you are really short,

Really heavy,

Really tense,

Really kind of slimy.

Like,

You might have all kinds of these kind of physical experiences,

But if you're going,

I am moving through this,

It will release out,

And what?

And the material that had been in your shadow side will be moved,

So it's serving the creator.

You see,

The more you do this deeper work of facing and clearing your shadow,

The more all of you is serving the creator.

So,

We might have,

Say,

50% in the shadow,

So 50% in the light.

So,

We're going along in our lives,

But we're not making a lot of spiritual progress.

We might be doing yoga,

We might be in all kinds of spiritual groups,

But unless we look inside and witness ourselves and have the courage to see our own darkness,

We're not going to be able to move past that 50-50 split.

We're not going to be able to go into now 60% of us serves the light and 40% is in the darkness.

Now,

You guys,

I just wanted to spell this out because this is the scariest work a human being can do,

Is facing the shadow.

It is not to be rushed,

And don't even make it an intention.

Having your intention serve the light.

I think shadow work is the biggest error you can make to focus on this darkness.

Always focus on the light,

And the darkness within you will show itself.

It's really important.

Whatever we focus on gets bigger.

So,

If you focus on your shadow work,

It could totally block the sun for years.

In fact,

I know some people who are doing this,

And they're losing access to their truth.

I think it's a really big mistake.

It's like if you have a child.

You see the beauty in the child.

You see its flaws,

But you see its beauty,

And then that is strengthened in the child.

They go through their teenage years,

And they emerge as a beautiful human being,

Partly because you saw it in them,

And you saw it no matter what,

Even though they had these behaviors that weren't always the best.

This is what I'm talking about.

It is the most powerful thing we can do,

Is to see the light in another person,

Even if they're acting badly,

Or they're not aware of their light.

If we see it,

It gets strengthened.

The same principle,

You guys,

For yourselves.

Please see the light within you.

See your own beauty,

And then it will be strengthened.

Yeah.

Right.

Right.

Right.

Let that really ring in your ears.

This is how wise people get through all the spiritual battles.

They see their own beauty.

They see the God within themselves.

But it's like you're seeing your own beauty,

Like you see the God within yourself,

Within the context of your human life.

It's like when I,

You know,

I mean,

I sonic drill you guys with this,

But when I saw how Pramasuta transcended this difficult childhood,

That helped me see my own beauty.

That made the love within me stronger.

It's not feeding the ego at all.

Most of us are way too hard on ourselves.

We're predisposed to this miserable sinner stuff,

You know.

And really,

I think this is why we could lose our freedoms,

Because there's so many people who feel like miserable sinners,

That they don't feel worthy of even having a healthy democracy,

You know,

Of having their views valued.

Right.

Okay,

Good.

Good,

Good,

Good,

Good.

That hit home.

Your views are valuable just as they are right now.

You may,

You know,

Over time they may alter,

But they're of value right now.

However you are right now is of enormous value.

It's like,

How can you criticize a plant for sprouting?

Really,

You know,

Growing?

Not,

You know,

How can you criticize a plant for not blossoming yet?

It's going to blossom,

But it's just not yet.

How can you criticize that?

But this is what you guys do with yourselves.

A lot,

A lot,

A lot,

A lot,

A lot.

And again,

I'm not criticizing.

It's like I'm trying to,

It's the opposite.

Yeah,

I can feel your,

You're all trying to,

Many of you are trying to get a handle on what I'm talking about.

This is good.

It's good work to try to get a handle on what I'm talking about,

Because what will happen is you will get a handle on what I'm talking about.

It will come.

I promise you,

It will come.

It's inevitable.

It will come.

It's like kids grow.

It's the same principle.

Yeah,

I remember reading the Gita and not getting it at all,

And then reading it again and getting it a little bit more.

And then one day it was like,

Oh,

This is so easy.

It's like,

Wow,

Progress.

Yeah,

That's how it happens.

That's it.

Anything that makes you feel small,

Anything within or without you that makes you feel small is to be noticed and,

You know,

Avoided.

My son,

John,

Who's like five,

My mom said to him,

Oh,

John,

You're growing like a weed.

John said,

Please,

Boggs,

My mom was Boggs,

Please don't compare me to a weed.

And I thought,

Yeah,

Yay,

Jayma,

Hey,

Right.

You know,

All crises in our lives,

They basically come to,

We know,

Accelerate us,

But they will show us our fear.

They're caused by our fear at root.

How a child is treated,

Zero to six,

Will determine how much fear they have.

And how safe and met they felt,

Zero to six.

And this fear,

You know,

Will come on.

I don't know if any of you felt this way.

I was so eager to grow up.

And then when I grew up,

All of a sudden there was this kind of downer energy I could feel in me.

It was like this contraction.

I'm like,

I was thinking,

Oh,

You grew up and you can play.

But it was like,

Oh,

I have to earn my living,

I have to,

You know,

Do all these things.

But what was taking the fun out of it was the fear in it.

Right.

So what happens is this fear will run our lives.

It runs most people's lives.

And most people don't question it.

But if you're really on the spiritual journey,

You will be,

You'll just end up observing it,

Observing it and allowing it to be healed.

Some of you feel like,

Oh,

That's such a big challenge.

It just gets done as you can do it,

You know.

I'm going to give you an example.

It's funny,

This example came to me earlier and I thought,

No,

I won't use this.

But it's coming again.

Okay,

So there are seven kinds of fear.

You know,

One of them is impatience,

Like fear of missing something.

Well,

If I don't study hard,

I won't get into my PhD program.

Whatever it is.

Okay,

So one of them is fear of lack.

And I'm going to give a story about this,

Because the fear of lack is such a big deal in our culture.

It's like many of us carry it.

And I just want to give you an example of,

It's the cost of this fear of lack,

Like how the fear of lack created a crisis.

And then the two ways to resolve it,

One way,

Moving into truth,

One way,

Moving more deeply into illusion.

And it's,

It is almost comical example.

I did come across this,

So I'm just reporting on this.

But it's,

It's pretty hilarious.

So this guy,

This rich guy was getting married.

So he,

The couple were going to lawyers to do a kind of a prenuptial agreement,

And also just concerning the marriage.

So when the woman,

Who was a very beautiful woman,

Went to see the lawyer,

And then the husband,

And the lawyer said to the husband,

Well,

This was very interesting.

I've got some news for you,

Which is the woman wanted 100,

000,

A gift of $100,

000 jewelry,

Piece of jewelry for each child.

She wanted,

You know,

It's like $250,

000 for each pregnancy.

She wanted three or four five-star exotic vacations per year.

She wanted,

Like,

I don't know,

30,

000 a month for clothes.

It just went on and on.

And the guy,

When he,

To the lawyer,

He said,

Okay,

I think you can stop right now.

I'm not going to marry this woman.

Okay,

So now,

You see what happened.

This woman's fear of black caused her to be grabby,

So she lost her opportunity.

Now,

Supposing she really loved this man.

Maybe she did.

Maybe she did.

Maybe she was just caught in her grabbiness and couldn't control it.

Maybe she really did love this man as much as she could love anybody.

She would be thrown back on a broken heart,

And she would feel the cost of having,

Letting this fear of black,

Or greed is a common word for it,

Run amok and ruin her life,

Ruin this opportunity for happiness.

And she felt the grief really,

Really deeply and really acknowledged how much that fear had cost her.

The fear would unclench,

And she would carry far less fear into her life afterwards.

Now,

If she,

You know,

Was sad,

But was kind of doing what Churchill said,

Which is,

Most people,

When they fall over truth,

They get up quickly and dust themselves off.

Maybe she just kind of went looking for another rich guy.

Didn't think about it too much.

Try again.

I'm under 30.

I've got a good chance.

I'm going to try again.

At which point,

Her fear of black would have been significantly increased.

You guys,

Our fear either gets smaller or gets bigger.

It does not stay the same.

There's something to remember.

You're either allowing fear to increase in your life,

Or you're allowing it to decrease.

It's really funny.

I really had to tell you that.

I read it,

And it was like,

That's so hilarious.

And then I was thinking,

Oh,

It's going to just distress them a lot.

And I felt like I didn't even know if it'd be that helpful for you,

But the universe has insisted that I spell that out to you.

We can have a fear of like this missing something,

Being impatient.

It will make us intolerant,

And we'll try too hard.

So,

Premasutha,

Over and over again,

Would be brought to seeing how her impatience and trying too hard distorted my life.

And I would feel the grief of doing that yet again.

The thing about the example of the greed is it's so obvious and such a good teaching example,

Because it's so obvious.

Lots of times when we're dealing with clearing fear,

It's more subtle.

We can have a stubbornness.

And if we're too stubborn,

Which is fear of change,

And if we're too stubborn,

We allow fear of change to run us too much,

We can create catastrophic circumstances just by being stubborn.

Like the people who stay,

You know,

When the volcano is exploding,

And some people don't leave.

Despite all the warnings and everything,

They don't leave.

And then they die.

Or you can stubbornly hold on to a marriage that's never going to work.

You know,

There's so many different ways of the way fear weaves in our lives.

But the thing about the journal,

You see,

Is it gives you time and space to be able to get your arms around these things and see your patterns.

And,

You know,

You guys,

In lots of ways,

This is just information.

Like,

I'm not,

I don't want to load you up.

Just hearing it will help you.

You know,

Just hearing it will make you maybe pick up your journal with more sincerity in six months.

I don't want to load you up,

Please.

Just listen and speak to the Creator,

Speak to Amma about what's best for you.

See,

My problem is that Kremsud is rising up,

And I have watched people for 20 or 30 years,

Some people make no progress.

So,

Just spelling out what's best for you,

How to make progress.

And all these things take time,

And they have to be done at a pace we can handle.

And at the beginning of the journey,

You can't do these things much.

After years and years,

You get very skilled at this stuff.

So,

After years and years,

You can learn in a day what would have taken you six months earlier.

Because we're human organisms,

You know,

And if you force the spiritual journey,

One becomes destabilized,

As Kremsud knows.

So,

Don't want to force it.

But I just don't want you to waste your time either.

You know,

When I last saw Amma,

There is a trajectory of evolution that Kremsud wanted to get onto.

And so,

I communicated this.

Amma greeted me then.

After that,

Every hug I went up for,

It was like,

And every look I got was like,

What are you doing?

What are you doing?

What are you doing?

Or looking away from me.

It's like,

She was helping me get on this trajectory.

But it was hard work.

It was hard work.

And,

You know,

I wasn't getting warm fuzzies from her.

I was getting like,

Okay,

Do it,

Do it,

Do it.

And for me,

It felt like walking up a 45 degree or a 90 degree wall,

Like walking,

You know,

Vertically walking up.

It was not an easy shift.

So,

This is a lot of what Kremsud's life has felt like,

Walking a really steep path all the time,

From the very beginning all the way through.

Like,

Really steep,

Like 87 degrees.

We can do anything,

You guys.

I kind of want to help you return to center with this.

To center.

Just come back to center.

You're being taken care of by something far greater than you could imagine.

You are safe.

You will come to spiritual steps as you're ready,

As the time is right.

You're not to be pushed.

Don't allow yourself to be pushed.

Don't push yourselves.

You'll come back to center,

You guys.

You can hear all that Kremsud is saying and stay in your center.

I'm hearing you guys go,

Oh,

It's difficult.

You know,

The whole earth is at a critical spot right now.

It's like there's a,

You know,

We're involved in kind of making a big leap.

Okay,

That's good.

You can see that.

Okay,

You can see that.

You know that.

So,

We're doing it too.

That's it.

You know,

When Kremsud reads the news,

It's like,

You know,

If I ever do,

It's just almost like I can't help but smiling.

I mean,

And I don't mean it like,

I'm sorry for anything that's making anybody unhappy,

But it's getting all so ridiculous and it's just getting like a comic book.

Or like Far Side Comics.

Okay,

That's it.

Come back to center,

The soft,

Soft center within you.

Centered in your truth.

That's it.

That's it.

I'm seeing you guys do this in your core,

Around your core.

Right,

Okay.

This is really good.

There's a shift into personal power.

Being centered in your power,

And that's what Kremsud was hoping for with this talk.

Centered in your power,

Your personal power.

Nobody can take it from you guys.

Nobody can take this from you.

Centered more on the power,

And then in the peacefulness of this,

You're able to observe yourself better.

You feel less threatened.

This is pure Ama coming in,

Because you guys,

There's this feeling of just becoming less threatened.

It's like,

I just feel like the creator,

Ama,

Is coming in to help this whole satsang,

To help with this,

To help you shift into this center within you.

You don't have to be perfect.

You can even roll in the mud of your emotional stuff if you have to,

But it will just make you uncomfortable.

That's it.

You're entitled to be human.

Yeah,

You need to hear these things.

You're entitled to be human.

The evolution is done by something beyond you that works with your human self.

Your greatest gift to your being is as a human self going along with it,

Saying yes.

Some of the brightest lights around you are the most crucifying to yourselves.

Okay,

Hear that again?

Yeah,

I mean you.

So yeah,

You'll get over it.

You'll just get over it.

This is it.

It's like when you get love,

When you get love through a satsang,

Through any way.

Ama's hugs are the best,

But even getting love through a satsang,

This helps strengthen your true nature so you're less brutal with yourselves.

Right,

Right,

Because I'll tell you,

The reason the earth doesn't get anywhere is because we're all so brutal with ourselves.

Really,

This is our blindness.

Individually,

We're being so brutal with ourselves,

So it shows in war.

You get it?

War is individual people psychologically being brutal with themselves.

This is what causes war.

Truly,

Because if you're brutal with yourself,

You'll be brutal with others.

You see,

This is why the point of power is within us.

It depends what we're doing inside with our true nature,

With our shadow side,

With all this stuff.

This is what manifests in the world.

It's like if you get a whole bunch of people feeling bad about themselves like miserable sinners,

You'll just get fascism,

Because that will just confirm to them that they don't deserve anything.

If everybody was awake,

The leaders we get would be completely different.

Don't underestimate how much goodness shows to other people.

They might not say anything,

But they see it.

Your modeling of it has enormous power,

Far more than you realize.

Not only the people around you,

But for the whole world.

People around you see it,

But I'll tell you,

My experience is it doesn't often get validated at all.

Even the people that ridicule it on other levels they're getting,

They know.

They see the value of it.

That's why they're ridiculing it,

Because they can't value themselves.

So,

If you dare to value yourself,

They will tend to ridicule you,

So just don't spend time with them.

Right.

It's stuff like that,

Okay,

That's hit home.

It's stuff like that that I'm talking about.

You know,

Sometimes we don't even notice how other people are treating us until we take the time to actually write in our journal and notice our feelings.

This is why I'm hammering about journals.

If something bothers you,

Pay attention.

Okay,

Good.

Good.

Some of you are really sitting back with permission to love and honor yourselves,

And that's what I hope from the satsang.

If you're not feeling it,

Remember,

You're getting stuff coming in on the unconscious level,

And it will surface.

It's like,

I'll tell you,

But you know,

Premasutas,

Breaths are hurting,

Or one breath,

And this happens when the compassion is being transmitted really strongly.

Right,

Good.

Good.

If you just love and honor yourselves,

You know,

And there's a skillfulness,

There's an emotional skillfulness.

Okay,

This is really important,

You guys.

There's an emotional skillfulness that happens as you love yourself.

I once wrote,

Uh,

Somebody hurt my feelings,

And I wrote,

Um,

We moved to,

I mean,

We weren't then in the same place,

So I sent an email just saying,

You know,

That premasuta was upset,

And I said in this case,

I just feel that I have to,

I'm writing about this because I'm hoping that with the exposure of it,

That it will end up reducing the amount of pain I'm in.

Okay,

So I did not say this person had to behave in a certain way.

I did not say he had to apologize.

I didn't do any of that.

I took responsibility for that I was upset,

And I wrote in this very broad way,

Which is the way I was feeling.

I just was taking responsibility.

It's like,

I got the feeling after three days of this,

I got the feeling that I had to write back to this person,

Or I had to write to this person.

We were no longer in the same place,

So I couldn't speak directly.

I had to,

And my goal was to reduce my pain.

See,

There's no blame in any of it,

And it ended up being,

You know,

Just a very effective thing to do,

And I got my needs met.

This is what I'm talking about.

This is,

You know,

A high emotional IQ level.

You take care of your heart,

And as you take care of the heart,

You stay,

You know,

You take care of the other people too,

As best you can.

Like,

I did not blame this person,

Because also,

I knew that— oh,

It's too long to go into.

Anyway,

Yeah,

But that's very—this is our gift,

Especially as women.

We have this ability,

An emotional IQ quality that I'm wanting you guys to take to heart,

And allow it to develop,

And love yourself,

Because women who are in touch with their truth are going to become more and more priceless and attractive to others,

And the men too.

Bless their hearts.

Any man who's in touch with his feminine side is just a prince,

But it's we women that are the most kind of hostile to our own feminine.

This is what I'm—this is the point of the whole satsang,

Okay?

I can feel it.

It's the point of the whole satsang.

We women are hostile,

Often,

To our true natures,

And the reason we're hostile is there's fear underneath,

Okay?

This is what I'm talking about.

This is why I was talking about allowing the fear to clear,

Okay?

So,

This whole thing makes sense to me now.

Okay,

And if you can journal and see your hostility to yourself,

Don't look for it,

Don't look for it,

Don't look for it,

Please.

Focus on love.

Focus on becoming love.

Everything that isn't love in you will become more visible to you as you do this.

Okay,

I feel a sense of relief.

This last bit was key.

And it may take the human race like 300 years,

You know,

To start dealing with emotions,

You know?

But the thing is,

If you do it,

You are helping,

And also you are working with your own personal life journeys.

So,

You will make,

This will accelerate you.

You can get off the planet or have better circumstance next year.

Next slide.

It's really true,

You guys.

Prama Sutta puts this in very kind of neighborly,

Simple,

Girl-next-door ways,

But it's really,

Really,

Infinitely true.

What Prama Sutta is saying.

Okay,

Any questions,

Comments?

No?

Well?

Hi,

Prama Sutta,

Saskia,

I wanted to share something.

I took me a while to answer because this hit home,

This hit so home.

And I'm already a day from yesterday,

But I wanted to share this from yesterday,

But I'll share it anyways,

Because maybe it helps someone.

With the sonic drilling,

It really helps.

I have some learning curves in my life that I'm trying to get out of the comeback.

And there's days like Friday,

I felt totally at peace with that.

And yesterday,

I woke up and it was like,

Bugging me.

And during the satsang,

It got really strong.

I felt,

I was anxious,

And I felt like I'm stuffing my heart in a box,

And it was not comfortable.

And I was thinking of speaking,

But it didn't feel right.

So,

After the satsang,

I just lie down and I felt that really sharp pain of putting my heart in a box.

And it went away,

I felt better.

And there was an unhappiness resisting.

And after today,

I understand you were talking about the miserable sinner.

And I understood it was like,

It felt like an unhappiness by habit.

And then I looked closer and I thought maybe,

You know,

The unheard and unloved child,

You talked about to me,

Somehow,

It felt like it was the only way of that child to get through to me.

And then I heard a voice in me and said,

Well,

You know,

Brahmasutra loves you.

When you are your true self,

She says you're beautiful.

And then the voice said,

And Amma loves you,

No matter what.

And then I saw a picture of a little,

Like a seed in the mud covered in mud,

And it got up,

Right?

And turned around and faced the sun,

Like really beautiful light.

And all of a sudden,

I had a memory of the satsang yesterday.

And it felt like for one,

I don't know,

Minute or so,

You were speaking just to me,

You were pouring,

I know you do that with all of us,

I noticed that.

And in that moment,

It was a minute you spoke just to me.

And you pour so much love in me.

And I started feeling that this morning.

And then something so funny happened,

I had to laugh.

It felt so beautiful.

And you know,

The big Swami in the in the ashram,

He has that booming voice.

And all of a sudden,

That booming voice came through my bedroom and said,

And that's all that matters.

And I had to laugh.

It's beautiful.

Yeah,

I wanted to share that,

Because maybe it helps.

Because I understood the learning curve will come back.

And I will go deeper.

And that's fine.

But I understood I don't have to be unhappy all the way along.

That's it.

That's it.

And Saskia,

I would say you hearing Swamiji's voice,

Is illustrates the unity with your true self that you are developing.

You see,

You guys understand this?

The when you make space for your true self,

In that it's sort of like hearing what happens is you get you get the support coming through these kinds of experiences coming through that really a psycho psychiatrist would call psychotic.

Okay,

I really want to say that is how limited our mental health understanding is,

Because these,

These experiences are the gateway to truth.

Okay.

So I would say that's,

I mean,

That shows a unity in you.

And that is actually what I've been validating for the past month or two that I see in you.

Right.

And why I've changed the way I behave to you.

Like,

I'm,

I'm more,

I'm nicer to Saskia.

Like,

I don't give her such a hard time.

I used to give her,

Didn't I?

Like,

Over and over again,

I give you a hard time,

Right?

Because of love.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So this is fantastic.

That's this is what you guys like,

I'm,

I'm hoping for this kind of thing.

But if it's not happening,

Don't worry.

Don't worry.

It will happen.

It will gradually happen.

Right?

When Saskia first came to me,

It was like I was thinking,

This woman's a tough case.

And look at her.

So please never,

Never stay open.

Yeah.

Saskia,

Thank you for coming forward with this.

Thank you.

And yes,

I was pouring love into it.

Yeah.

Right.

Yeah.

Oh,

This is so cool,

You guys.

This is,

I mean,

The fact we can do this through,

Through technology,

You know,

Like,

To be able to touch hearts like this.

So even through technology,

It just shows that God exists,

You know.

I'm just making it possible.

Yeah.

Thank you,

Saskia.

Like,

Really,

From the bottom of my heart.

Truly.

Yeah.

And you were just being yourself,

Right?

You just,

Yeah.

You just,

So yeah.

Saskia just came forward with herself.

That's so great.

Remember,

Teachers will just reflect back where you are.

It's like,

Amma got hard with me when I had to,

Have to grow.

She got soft with me when I,

You know,

Made a big,

Big step.

When I was getting on it more,

She'd go soft with me.

It's how it works,

You guys.

Okay.

I feel deeply happy.

Is anybody else?

Well,

I guess it's getting late.

You're all such blessings to me,

You guys.

You are such blessings.

You have no idea.

Okay.

See you next week,

I hope.

Okay.

All my love.

All my love.

Bye.
