Today is the time of Mahashirartri in India. We are reminded to stay wakeful on our spiritual journeys. It is easier to stay awake all night than to do the deeper work of observing our thoughts and actions and witnessing when the ego raises. Premasudha emphasizes the importance of accepting our dense emotions, like anger, or experience lust. The important thing is what we do with it. Many people stay at the bottom of the spiritual mountain because they judge themselves too harshly for even experiencing these kind of emotions. But often they are signs of awakening out of numbness! Still, anger can be destructive so it is best if we can witness our anger and decide what to do with it, such as channel it into creativity or going for a walk, rather than take it out on others. This kind of control takes practice but it is achievable. Premasudha's use of humour and her acceptance of humaness helped everyone in the satsang feel lighter. Okay,

So we're calling on Alma's grace,

We're calling on the Creator's grace to give us strength and courage to let our awareness rise so that we can let go of these patterns that don't serve us and let go of these thoughts that don't serve us and let go of the boredom of repeating endlessly these ego patterns.

It's so boring that we have the courage to become more,

To let ourselves express our true nature.

Okay,

And so it is.

Thank you for coming.

I can feel your good hearts.

I'm just feeling this.

Very strong sense of your very good hearts.

I'm not flattering you guys.

You know I don't flatter.

Yeah,

Your sincere hearts.

Yeah,

And remember,

We're all bumbling and you're meeting Pramasuta at the sort of,

You know,

40 years later.

So remember,

I wasn't always so clear.

I knew a statement of the earth.

Okay,

So this,

Today is this big celebration of,

Does anybody know how to pronounce it?

I want to say Mahasivarti,

How do you pronounce it?

Does anybody know?

Mahasivarti.

Thanks.

Thank you.

So this also features Shiva's union with Parvati.

You know,

It's the enlightenment comes with the union of the innocent male and female within,

Inside you.

When all the dross on both sexes has fallen away and you just get the purity of the inner male and inner female uniting.

And with this,

The personality blossoms.

And the emphasis on this celebration is that.

And also the staying awake.

So people,

You know,

Fast and they stay up all night,

Tonight,

They wake all night.

To,

As a symbol for the importance of staying alert on the journey.

Staying awake,

Noticing,

Not going back to sleep into the ego.

But you could,

You see,

You could stay awake for 20 years of these festivals and still not understand transformation.

So this is a joke.

You could physically make yourself stay up all night and still not know how to transform.

The most important thing is to know how to transform.

Great if you can stay up all night too.

So today,

Somebody was speaking,

Was very inspiring.

Somehow,

I can't remember,

He bumped into a young woman who was crying and he asked her why.

And she said that she just got married and her husband had brain cancer.

You know,

A month after the marriage,

He was in the hospital with brain cancer.

So he told her about Amma.

And,

You know,

He hoped that she'd see him,

She'd see her,

But she didn't.

He didn't hold his breath,

Right?

But he bumped into her.

She contacted him.

He got her a place in the line.

She showed the picture of her partner to Amma.

And Amma asked what part of his brain had tumor.

And she kissed the photo right there.

Next thing you know,

They're both in line getting Darshan.

He had a miracle healing.

His cancer totally disappeared.

Yeah.

I have heard so many stories like this.

Countless,

Countless stories.

But it's so lovely to hear them.

Yeah.

And,

You know,

This is why Amma has come to take our karma for us.

So,

You know,

It's kind of like living,

Really,

It's like living in a fairytale,

You guys,

Where they live happily ever after that this person has come and gives us hugs and lifts our diseases off and our emotional complexes off.

It's like living in the most wonderful story,

But we lose track of that,

Right?

I mean,

Even Pramasutra,

You know,

It just becomes a new normal.

And it's like,

Oh,

There's a big lineup for lunch.

There's so many people.

But look at this.

Yeah.

I just wanted to tell you guys this,

You know.

I told you about the woman,

I read this woman who fell off the stage and cracked her head on cement,

You know,

It was like 15 feet high.

It was,

You know,

On one of Amma's tours.

And she went to the hospital.

Amma held her head briefly.

She went to the hospital and had basically no damage.

The doctor said,

You couldn't have hit,

You couldn't have fallen off,

You know,

16 foot high stage.

It's not,

It doesn't look,

The x-rays don't look like anything's happened.

So I started telling this woman,

You know,

I was sitting next to this woman,

I started telling this woman the story about this,

That I'd read.

And it turned out to be the woman who had fallen off the stage.

Now,

How's that?

Yeah,

She said,

Yeah,

It really happened.

I know.

It was just,

It's just so beautiful.

You know,

I want to come back to evolution.

You guys,

All of us,

I guess,

I would say probably 99% of the people in the Fat Sang are running this.

You know,

A little bit of trying to fix oneself,

A miserable sinner-ness.

You know,

Somebody was talking to me about that they were experiencing lust,

And they were upset with themselves.

And I'm like,

You know what,

From a Suda's approach is,

Okay,

Don't act on it,

But enjoy it.

You know,

You feel alive,

You know.

Feel it.

Feel it.

Feel all this stuff.

Feel your anger.

You don't have to take it out on people.

You can feel it.

I want you to get the concept of accepting your creaturehood.

Okay,

It is this accepting our humanity,

Accepting that we have an animal nature.

But I want to say creaturehood.

So creatures,

You know,

You need nurturing,

A little.

You have the full emotions.

You know,

You're biologically wired to have kids.

So you're going to have sexual urges.

You know,

This stuff is just going to happen.

So can you accept your creaturehood?

Please,

Just accept it.

Yeah,

Please.

I don't want to hear people judging themselves for their anger.

Like,

Sure,

If you rip somebody to shreds when you're angry,

Yeah.

But if you're just,

You know,

If you're just angry,

It's not a sin.

It's actually a sign of life.

Okay.

This is kind of the heart of what I'm saying.

Most of us are so numbed out that actually to feel something is an achievement.

So when you start on the journey,

What will happen is your emotions,

You will feel more anger coming up.

You will feel more lust coming up.

You will feel all of it because you're waking up to your creaturehood.

Okay,

The enlightened person is hugely human and divine.

On top of that,

It's kind of like you get your divinity by embracing your humanity.

Okay,

Now one of the things that people do with this,

I've heard,

You know,

This is the rub.

Because I've heard people do it and they'll use it to indulge themselves.

You know,

They'll go like,

Yeah.

They'll go,

Oh,

I'm just human.

But it's indulging.

It's like,

Yeah,

That's why I slept with four people last week.

I'm human.

I've got,

You know,

I've got sexual urges.

It's like,

Hello,

Give me a break.

You know,

And with anger,

Sure,

Anger comes up.

But you can learn to just be with that,

To feel it.

And then choose what you do with it.

Choose whether you go,

Write it out.

Or sometimes,

You know,

Sometimes we actually really do have to yell at somebody.

Like,

Sometimes it is the best thing you can do.

But you have to use your own discernment.

The most important thing,

You guys,

I want this fake religiosity.

It's this religiosity of,

You know,

Where people are criticizing themselves.

Like,

Oh,

I felt lust.

Oh,

I got angry.

Like,

Somebody was telling me that they got angry on the phone.

And I'm trying to think it was like they were talking to,

I don't know,

Whether a mobile thing or,

But they were,

They were right to be angry.

And he said,

Like he said,

Like,

I,

You know,

He said with the person,

I don't want to take it out on you.

You see,

That's great.

He said,

I don't want to take it out on you.

That's it.

That's all you have to do.

You can feel angry.

You know,

You talk to the person,

Say,

I don't want to take this out on you.

But I'm really angry at,

You know,

Whatever.

Please do this,

You guys.

It's sort of a transformation 101.

If you don't get comfortable with your emotions,

I don't know what to do with you.

Because to transform,

You have to.

Yeah.

You have to just start with how you're feeling.

This is,

You've gone blank.

You see,

One of the places that the ego really catches us is right in here.

And it's why you guys,

You don't get very high,

To be blunt.

Because you're so busy judging yourselves.

It's kind of like you won't get very high.

I'll tell you what,

You know what,

The creator will not give power to somebody who is criticizing themselves endlessly.

Because that person would not use the power well.

Okay,

That person who is endlessly criticizing themselves,

If they got power,

They would,

You know,

They would endlessly criticize other people.

It's like,

If you're criticizing yourself,

You're secretly criticizing other people too.

Like,

However you treat yourself is how you will treat the others in your life.

If you,

After this satsang,

If you can just catch yourself,

Just before you start to judge yourself,

Just catch yourself.

It is a thing that hobbles you,

That cripples you the most.

And,

You know,

Often our parents were criticizing themselves,

And they criticized us too much.

So,

There has to be one person with kind of the chutzpah to dare to love themselves.

It's like one person who can step right out of that family energy,

Who steps right out,

Who dares to just quietly love and embrace themselves.

Right.

It will come in gentle and soft,

You guys.

It's a little bit like the wings of a bird flapping,

A little bit light,

Soft,

Spacious.

Yeah.

And all of a sudden you realize that you've got more space for you to just be yourselves.

Right.

You're doing it.

This is,

This is fantastic.

You see,

A lot of you guys will hold on to Prama Sutta.

Either do it.

I can't.

Like,

I'll tend to reflect what you're doing to yourselves.

That's the most that you'll get from me.

Yeah.

Of course,

I love and adore you guys,

But it,

I mean,

And it's good to have the experience of being loved and adored.

I mean,

You've got Amma,

But it's another person who loves and adores you.

That's great.

But the important thing is that you,

You really get that nobody can do it for you.

Yeah.

It's,

It's your willingness to live your life,

To live why you came here.

Yeah.

Again,

I'm feeling the soft,

Spaciousness.

This is making me very hopeful.

Once you feel it,

Like,

You know,

Beyond the arms of,

I mean,

Getting it in the arms of Amma is the ultimate,

But if you can feel it when you're outside the arms of Amma,

Then you know you've got it.

And you could go back to it.

I'll tell you the way,

You know,

Fear functions,

And you'll know this,

You'll have experienced it.

There'll be a step into a little bit more spaciousness,

And then the ego will basically try to punish you for daring to have more freedom.

But if you can just keep praying during that period,

The ego will let go,

And part of it will die.

That's the importance for preparation on the journey,

So that you can,

You know,

So that you can come to an understanding of how evolution works,

Because sometimes you see if somebody just doesn't have any spiritual training,

And they,

They do something,

And they have a great breakthrough,

That they go,

I don't know,

Go to a workshop,

They do something,

And they have a great breakthrough,

And then when the ego starts pushing them back to the old place,

They won't realize it.

They won't go like,

Oh,

It's just the ego trying to recreate the status quo.

So when we don't realize that the ego does this,

It's easier to get pushed back into the old place.

That's why it's so important for you guys,

Like,

I want you to understand how transformation works.

You know,

I think I told you there's a sage who says,

An Eastern sage,

And I've forgotten his name,

Of course,

But he says that if you don't know about integration,

If you don't know about the pendulum going,

You know,

Breakthrough,

And then,

You know,

Joy and sorrow,

If you don't know about that,

That that will happen your whole life long.

The pendulum will go back and forth.

Then he said it's like destruction,

And it's destruction because you will believe the sorrowful story.

You know,

When it moves to joy,

And then the sorrow,

You'll go,

Oh,

I knew it was always true.

Life's,

You know,

I never get what I want.

There's always a worm in the apple.

And then you stay there and prolong it with those kind of thoughts.

So the whole pendulum just gets stuck in the sorrow.

And you don't even trust that the joy is coming again sometime.

Right.

You know,

You guys,

You,

I love you so much,

And you worry me sometimes.

That's why I'm getting I'm,

You know,

Rattling chains,

Because I've seen a lot of people on the journey,

And I've seen a lot of people stay sad and not grow very much.

And it's,

It's not necessary.

That's why I hammer it.

Yeah.

Like,

This poor woman who's sitting in front of her guru for 35 years,

And thinks the answer is to be physically close to the guru.

She's,

You know,

Nearing the end of her life.

Yeah.

So notice,

You guys,

What you're doing with my words,

Because what I'm wanting is you to like,

Really hear them.

Yeah.

Yeah,

Please really hear them.

Like,

Don't go,

I'm doing it wrong.

Just hear it like,

You know,

One of those guides with climbing Everest,

Sherpa.

Sherpa saying,

Hey,

Look,

Watch for this.

Be careful here.

That's all I'm doing.

Yeah.

Because,

You know,

If you guys want to learn this,

It's actually quite easy.

Yeah,

If you want to,

If you really want to learn it,

What happens is your soul works with you day and night.

Works with your dreams.

Really,

It works with you day and night.

To give you what you want.

Yeah.

It's really true.

Right.

Okay,

Good.

If you really want it,

You'll get it.

I promise you.

I promise you.

Remember,

Prama Sutta said,

He had the therapist and the shaman saying,

I was the most resistant person they'd ever lived,

They'd ever encountered.

Kind of like,

Okay.

But I kept going.

Okay.

The other thing I wanted to just remind you about was that innocence is the most powerful energy of all.

Amma says,

And innocence is your soul.

You know what innocence is?

Innocence is like the emperor's new clothes and the little kid going,

Hey,

The emperor's not wearing any clothes.

It's the innocent person that will just say the thing that everybody else is thinking,

But nobody dares say it.

Or it's the innocent person that will ask a question that everybody wanted to know,

But was too embarrassed to ask.

The innocent person is a person who dares to love.

Dares to be kind,

Dares to be compassionate,

No matter how they're being treated themselves.

And the universe adores innocence and you will get so supportive.

You will so get what you need.

If you check,

There's part of you that deeply feels how things will be in the future for you.

Now there'll be two versions,

Probably.

There'll be one sort of,

Oh,

I'll never get anywhere.

Oh,

I'm going to be,

I don't know,

Homeless or whatever.

There's another version of what you really feel about your future.

Even if it seems impossible,

It doesn't make sense.

So I say to you guys,

When I met Olga,

I went,

I want to be like Olga.

There was no way I was anything like her.

But I just had this feeling that I could become like her.

And I used to stew about,

Like,

That she worked out of a church.

And I like,

I was like,

I can't work out of a church.

How can I be like Olga?

She got,

This is my thought process.

She got supported by the church and they paid her bills,

But I don't,

I don't like churches.

It's not going to work for me.

And I'm going to go,

Well,

How am I going to pay my bills?

And I'm like,

Oh,

I don't know.

Maybe something will be sorted out.

I just want to be like Olga.

Like a bumbling,

Bumbling away,

You guys,

Like it's very human.

Right.

And some of you might have some,

Like,

Some flashes of who you're going to be.

I once,

I was in my thirties,

I was in the most unhappy period of my whole life.

And I went to hear somebody speak.

And I knew that one day I was going to be standing at a podium,

Speaking to a large number of people.

That hasn't happened yet,

But it's going to.

I saw it like 30 years ago,

I saw it really clearly.

Yeah.

I want you guys to trust yourselves and to act as if your dreams are going to come true.

Just act like it.

Yeah.

You just act like it.

I mean,

What else are you going to do anyway?

You might as well act like your dreams are going to come true.

Might as well.

I mean,

The opposite is to act as if your dreams aren't going to come true.

Don't do that.

Don't do that ever.

Does anybody have any questions or comments?

Okay.

Well,

There's one other story I want to bring.

And then this is for,

Then I'm pretty,

I think,

Pretty finishing with the talking side.

And I'm really seriously open for questions.

It's a neat,

Strange story about a bird that was,

You know,

Jumping around a tree and pecking berries and restless and,

You know,

Enjoying,

It was a sunny day,

Kind of enjoying it,

But restless and hopping around.

And he looks up or she looks up.

And higher up in the tree,

There's another bird just like him.

And that bird is just quiet,

Peaceful.

It's just sitting on a twig,

Not doing anything.

And this busy bird is quite fascinated with this peaceful one.

And he starts paying more attention to it.

Even though he's busy,

He's got more calm,

More peace.

So it's basically a story about our two selves,

Our busy,

Earthbound,

Restless nature where we have to feed ourselves and take,

You know,

Find a cave to sleep in.

And we are still this peacefully watching,

Peacefully just present.

And the more the bird focused on this peaceful bird,

The more it became like that.

The more you think about the Creator and want to bring that energy into your life,

The more peaceful you'll get and the more the universe will be able to support you.

Because you won't be blocking it.

It isn't that the universe doesn't support you.

It's that we block it often with our negativity,

With our thoughts about ourselves,

That we're not much.

We don't deserve things.

We're very flawed,

That kind of stuff.

You keep thinking about the Creator,

Keep thinking about the person you were born to be.

No matter what happens,

You just keep,

Part of you keeps feeling that.

Reading inspiring books,

Coming to satsangs.

It's priceless coming to satsangs.

It will keep your mind up.

More than that,

It strengthens your heart.

Right,

That's all premasuddha did.

You keep,

Like I focused on the other bird.

I focused on the other premasuddha.

And then the two merge.

Finally,

You just merge with your true nature.

When you merge with the true nature,

You guys,

You know that your own mind,

You know they talk in the East,

We talk about egos,

But in the East,

They talk about the mind.

I tell you,

You merge,

You will know that your mind has created the whole universe.

Now,

Your mind supported by your soul energy.

Okay,

So it's really the soul energy,

But it's sort of like in the,

The molding of how things are has been created by your mind.

Yeah.

Really,

It's just,

And you'll know that everybody else is like,

They're not foreign,

They're not,

They're not separate at all.

Like,

In the,

What is the,

The Mayans,

Their greeting was,

Hello other you,

Hello other me.

That was in their hello.

Hello other me.

In our egos,

We'll see,

We'll,

We'll,

We'll make everything an object.

It'll make other people,

And you know,

The whole universe,

Like an object that's different from you.

But it's not,

It's not at all different from you.

But your ego will say this.

It's how you know that you've gotten past your ego,

Is you no longer think that way.

You no longer can think that way.

And so your actions are very different.

You don't protect yourselves the same way at all.

It takes much more to get you angry.

You don't want to get too far out.

You don't want to come back to transformation,

And how to transform.

You guys,

Transformation,

You know,

When the ego is dying,

You know,

You feel like you're dying,

Lots of times.

It's just the ego.

It's funny with you,

When I'm talking,

I can,

I feel like I lost you on that.

I kind of lost you on that.

That's that last bit.

So I want to come back and kind of connect up again with you.

The whole process is very,

Very gradual.

You just find that you're gradually growing,

And you guys have,

A lot of you,

A lot of you have grown hugely,

Very gradually.

It's funny,

I've lost you.

I can feel it,

Like I can't find you.

It's like to make the connection again.

I remember I went to hear some Indian sages speak in Vancouver,

And I remember listening to this guy,

And he was so scornful to his audience.

So we were all listening,

And he was like saying,

You know,

You guys,

You Westerners,

You don't know anything,

And you're,

You're stuck in the first two chakras.

You know,

You'll be at the base chakra or the sacral chakra.

That's where you'll be living from.

And I remember thinking,

Why are you speaking so disdainfully to your audience?

This kind of contempt,

It struck me as odd.

And I felt like,

I think I'm more in my heart than that.

But in a way,

Like,

I think he made,

I didn't like the disdain and everything,

But I understand what he's talking about.

Like,

Westerners,

You guys,

We're really trained to be in the body.

We're really trained to be attached,

Materially attached,

And be in the body.

Yeah.

And it takes effort to get past that.

Yeah,

But I don't,

You know,

I just,

I don't think it helps to be scornful,

People,

Because we're all doing our best.

But you guys,

I want you to give the best you can to,

You know,

Like,

That's why I'm tough.

Like,

Give it your best shot.

You know,

It's not a cakewalk.

The other thing Amma said,

This will be interesting to you,

Maybe.

Amma said that if women keep emphasizing the masculine parts of their character,

Things are going to get worse.

So,

You know,

Premises love,

Amma says this,

Because I'm going,

You know,

That's what I think,

That's what I say.

Great,

You're saying it.

So,

I'm going to tell them,

Amma said this.

You guys,

It is not just Bremizuda making this up.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And,

You know,

To come into your feminine,

That takes real guts.

It takes real guts,

Because you have to trust your intuitions,

You have to take the time to feel.

You'll have to become less productive than you were,

Less productive in the outer world than you were.

To reclaim your feminine,

You will have to slow down.

And you will have to feel like a mess sometimes.

I used to sometimes look in the mirror and I look like 10 years older,

But then a couple of weeks later,

I'd look younger than I had looked.

Do you know what I mean?

It was like clearing the complex.

That's where you need,

Like,

The guts,

You guys.

You might look at yourself in the mirror and go like,

In this transformation,

It's like,

I'm going backwards.

But no,

Just keep going and you'll be brought,

You'll be brought to a youthfulness.

But really,

I mean,

I don't see any hope for humanity till women start,

Till we really start reclaiming our feminine and put that first.

Because men follow the women.

You know,

They're all into makeup and perfumes and everything,

Because the women are doing it.

Really?

Yeah,

It's a joke.

The women do it because they think that they have to do this to please the men.

And now the men are doing it because they think,

Like,

This is what the women want.

And it's like,

We're getting so lost.

And really,

Women just really want to be able to,

Underneath,

We all just want to be able to be able to be women,

Right?

And to be loved for it,

Respected for it.

Really,

That's what every woman wants underneath.

I mean,

Imagine not feeling like a second-rate man.

Yeah.

You know,

Somebody wise told me recently that I had the most innocent heart that they'd ever encountered,

And that's because I've been true to myself.

Yeah.

The feminine loves you guys.

Their love.

One thing I remember is,

Like,

Carl Jung said,

That,

A couple of things.

One is that if a woman is tired,

She's really exhausted,

Other women will come out of the woodwork to help her.

That's number one.

And the other is that men are moved by authentic feminine feeling.

So,

If a woman just stops manipulating,

And she's just true to her feelings,

True to her emotions,

Without manipulation,

The men really respond.

In fact,

I think the men are quite desperate for innocent femininity,

Truly.

I think they're just so tired of the other.

This gentleman who said this,

This was the highest compliment that he could give a person.

And his,

That was the highest achievement,

To have a pure heart.

And,

You know,

He saw it in me,

Because he's like that.

And every woman loves innocent masculinity.

I just love it.

The same way the guys love innocent femininity.

It's like,

Mother and Father God are madly in love with each other.

But you guys,

The women,

We're going to have to decide to go this way.

It's like,

Really,

On math,

Decide to go this way,

To recover our true natures.

That's what will change things.

So many things just wouldn't happen in this world if we women were coming from truth.

If we had the courage to really come forward with our true nature,

So many things just wouldn't happen.

So many bad things just wouldn't happen.

Yeah,

There wouldn't have to be any,

Like,

Big hard work to try to prevent stuff from happening.

Things just wouldn't happen.

There would be,

Right across the board,

A higher emotional IQ climate.

There would be respect for,

Right across the board,

For young women under 16.

You know,

They wouldn't get the Jeffrey Epstein stuff.

It just wouldn't happen.

See,

This is where we women,

We think we feel helpless,

And like,

We can't do anything.

Well,

We move into truth,

I'll tell you.

That would be the revolution that most needs to happen.

I know a woman who's not particularly spiritual,

But her landlord was selling a house,

But he said,

I've got this other house that you can move into,

I can rent to you.

And he said,

I'm going to,

There are a whole bunch of trees,

And it's a little bit of a forest,

And I'm going to cut it down.

So,

She saw the house,

And she said to him,

If you cut down those trees,

I'm not going to move in.

She was terrified that she would lose the place,

Because he was offering her a good rent,

But she couldn't,

She just couldn't do it.

She couldn't kind of allow that forest to be cut down.

So,

He got mad at her,

Said,

Well,

I'm not going to rent it to you.

He said,

Well,

If that's the way you feel,

You know,

But I just,

I just can't,

Like,

At the soul level,

I can't,

You know,

If you cut down the trees,

I can't move in there.

He didn't cut down the trees.

He said,

Okay,

Okay,

That is the power,

That is the power of innocence.

That is female moving into truth power.

That's a beautiful example.

And what I loved about hearing this was,

I think it was the first time that she'd really sort of stepped into that level of being,

You know,

Kind of like a selflessness,

A nobility,

Taking a stand,

A moral stand.

I think it was really the first time she'd done it,

Or I've heard.

You know,

When you,

Innocence is the most powerful thing in the world,

And when you act on it like that,

And you put your sort of selfish concerns second,

You know,

They're not the most important thing.

Like,

So her getting a cheap rent was not the most important thing.

She put the trees ahead of her.

It worked.

She got this house for not very much,

And she got this beautiful,

You know,

Two acres of forest.

Yeah,

So that is what prematurity has done in her life.

A lot that.

And stuff just happens seamlessly when you do that.

And it shows kind of female power,

Too.

She didn't do anything apart from just,

You know,

Take a stand.

Okay,

Guys.

Some of you surely have been cooking away,

And I've got some questions about the dogmas.

Is there anything bothering you,

Or confusing you,

Or?

Hey.

Yeah,

Laura,

Sweet one.

I hate that I always speak.

But how do you,

Thank you.

How do you embrace pride and arrogance?

When you think you're either way down here or above other people,

How do you embrace that when you talk about embracing your creaturehood?

Because you're not.

Sorry,

What?

How do you embrace something that ugly?

Oh,

Sweetie pie.

That makes me so sad.

So,

How is pride so ugly?

It's just fear.

It's just,

It's not so ugly.

It's just human.

You know,

This voice,

While you're talking,

Said,

Don't worry,

Just love.

I think you stand apart from yourself,

And watch yourself,

But watch yourself with judging eyes.

Yeah,

Yeah,

I know.

I don't know how to not do that.

I know you don't.

I know you don't.

And you know,

Sweet one,

The level of innocence in you at the same time is off the charts.

You know,

Really,

You have so much innocence.

That is why I think we're okay with you and why you always like,

Kind of get taken care of,

You know,

It's like,

Everything always works out for you,

Despite all ups and downs.

It's because of your innocence.

So,

You're doing something right,

Sweetie.

You're a little hard on yourself.

You're a little biblically hard on yourself,

Like pride.

Oh,

My pride,

You know.

And it's sort of like,

I don't know,

Prematurity.

Like,

I remember somebody telling prematurity,

Like,

That I had so many airs and graces.

Yeah,

That it was nauseating.

In my 20s,

Somebody said that to me.

And I had so many airs and graces,

Yeah.

Yep.

I don't know,

Sweetie.

I mean,

I don't know.

I think you're very good,

You know.

I think you're very good.

I think your head is,

You struggle with a little bit of your head being a little difficult for you.

But angels and Amma are taking very good care of you.

And sometimes you feel that.

I know you do.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And so,

If you've got a bit of pride or arrogance or whatever,

Oh,

Well.

Oh,

Well.

That's what I mean.

It's not the main thing.

It's just a tiny part.

Oh,

Well.

Oh,

Okay.

Thank you.

Like,

This puppy I take care of.

Sorry,

What?

Say that again.

This puppy,

This puppy I take care of,

The little dog,

She's a brat sometimes.

Yeah.

She's a brat sometimes,

But she's so darn cute.

She gets away with it.

Well,

That's like you.

It's all good.

It's all good.

Yeah.

See,

You guys,

Part of what our egos do is it gets us focusing on ourselves like that,

Like in a negative way and everything.

And we'll spend all day thinking badly of ourselves.

And it's like,

Eh,

Meh.

It's just nonsense.

You're all divine.

You're all like,

You all have such good hearts,

All of you.

That is the most strongest thing I see in all of you guys,

Are your very,

Very good hearts.

Right.

Right.

So,

Please,

Just say yes.

Yes.

Franca,

Say yes.

Yes.

Hey,

Ma.

That's it.

Yes.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

You know,

You guys,

When it gets crushing,

When we're crushing,

When we're crushing in on ourselves,

We're getting,

You know,

Sometimes it can feel like the bottom falls out.

We feel so crappy and bad about ourselves.

Okay.

Amma talks about swimming.

You swim through this stuff.

You swim.

You go like,

You just start a mantra.

You,

I don't know,

Imagine good things happen.

You swim through the crap.

You keep swimming through it,

Really.

She talks about swimming.

You swim through it.

I've talked about this.

What will happen is,

This is what would happen for me.

Is I would kind of swim to a new perspective,

To a new understanding,

And I would find that I was just starting to feel better.

Yeah.

And I'd come to sort of,

It's like land coming out of the ocean,

You know,

An island being born,

Sort of a new attitude.

Yeah.

Just keep swimming.

Just,

You know,

Never let yourself drown in the crap.

Keep swimming.

Keep,

You know,

Positive videos.

You know,

The inspirational videos.

Keep your minds up.

Yeah.

Right.

Yeah.

Don't have to believe that stuff.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I was really happy,

Or I felt that when you were talking about the judgmental part that it really hit for me today,

That I was stuck there the last few days again.

And it just dawned on me how I am in this,

How I get in this pretty easily,

Just judging myself for not,

I don't know.

So thanks for mentioning this.

I just wanted to say thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you for getting this because I was thinking of you during Bhajan and thinking about this where you get so,

That heavy judgment comes in.

You get very high handed with yourself,

This heavy judgment.

And I was thinking to myself,

I hope Franka just learns how to swim through this crap.

Because you guys,

And Franka,

This heavy judgment is the other side of your love power.

You get it?

If you can just,

You know,

Swim through it,

You come into love power,

Pramasutras come into love power.

The heavy judgment I used to have was horrible.

But I just didn't,

I didn't want to stay like that.

I didn't want to live my life believing,

Getting this stuff.

So I was like,

I just swam to a new understanding.

Swam.

It's like you swim so that your love power is freed up.

And Franka,

I think we must have communicated during Bhajan.

It was a very,

I was feeling you very deeply.

So I'm really pleased to hear this,

Because this is the skill that you need.

You just need the skill to,

Yeah,

Right.

And the thing is,

Franka,

The reason it's important,

We have to save ourselves.

Nobody can save us.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And this morning,

I did,

I kind of felt it.

And then I started just saying Amma's name,

Amma,

Amma,

Amma.

And it helped.

But then I get really distracted again,

Because of,

I don't know,

The whole day and everything.

So yeah,

I know.

And I'm gonna,

Yeah.

We all do.

We get distracted.

The mind will get distracted.

You just do it again.

Yeah,

Look,

Saskia,

You guys,

What happens about,

The great thing about getting older is you realize that there's no escape.

You have to do this stuff.

You can't escape.

Yeah.

So you end up doing it,

Because you know you're gonna die.

When you're young,

You know,

There's a party,

Or there's a maid,

Or there's who knows what,

A steak dinner,

Whatever,

You know.

You get older,

It's like,

You know,

You just see the writing on the wall,

Kind of like,

You know.

And you've already eaten the steak dinners,

You've had your relationships,

But maybe you still have them.

It's all good.

They're all good.

They can help.

Relationships can help.

But you still get your homework.

Yeah.

So Pranke,

If you learn this,

You know,

Premise it is like thumbs up.

That's all I've wanted you to learn.

And you know,

Premise city used to have this,

Really,

It was like,

It would come again,

And I'd go,

Here it is again.

I'm never gonna get through this.

I'm always gonna feel like this.

I'm never gonna transcend.

But I did.

You just keep coming to that side.

See Amma,

Just keep going.

You will transcend.

Yes.

You see,

It can be kind of a jokey process.

We don't have to get so serious about transformation.

I mean,

It's serious when you're in the downs,

But there's a joy that,

You know,

The seed sprouting,

The joy,

The freedom,

The great oak is sprouted.

You're gonna manifest this life.

Yay,

All of heaven goes,

Yay.

Yeah.

It's lovely to see you guys smile.

Thanks.

Great.

I actually think this is part of why this work gets underestimated,

Because of the jokiness.

But actually,

You know what,

It is the hardest thing to joke about this stuff.

Like,

You know,

Because it can get so serious.

So,

But you know,

I don't know,

Krista had his and he joked around.

So,

I mean,

And Amma jokes too.

I mean,

You know,

Maybe not as much now as she used to,

But she was still,

She was really happy today with the ceremonies and stuff,

And with all of us there.

She's so beautiful,

You guys,

Just to be in her presence,

Just.

Yeah.

So,

Rob,

You're coming.

Are you here now?

You're here.

Okay,

Good.

No,

Not yet.

I'm flying tomorrow.

Not yet?

Yeah,

My flight is tomorrow.

Okay,

Well,

Then you're very soon to be seeing her.

So,

That's good.

Yeah,

Arriving Wednesday.

Take some time.

Yeah.

Okay,

Good.

Well,

Not,

You know,

You're just a couple of days away from seeing Amma.

That's pretty cool.

Mm-hmm.

Well,

You guys,

It's turned into a great satsang.

I'm happy.

Yeah.

So,

Come on,

Any more questions or comments or breakthroughs?

Saskia,

Sweet one,

How are you doing?

You don't want to answer.

Hi.

No,

I was kind of holding back because I'm talking to you tonight.

Yeah.

So,

Yeah,

I didn't want to open the… The can of worms.

The tin.

Okay,

I'm talking to Saskia.

It's her tonight,

But it's my tomorrow morning.

But I just,

Saskia,

I'm just going to mention this.

Saskia has got a great gift.

She can remember past lives.

But one of the things,

You guys,

If you want to remember past lives is to remember that when you remember these lives,

What it means is then you have to deal with deeper levels of the complexes,

You see?

You get complexes not just from this life,

But then you,

When you remember the other lives,

The clearings of those lives.

So,

We shouldn't ever go,

Oh,

I want to remember all my past lives.

Like,

Just,

You could ask that you remember all the lives that you,

That will be helpful for you to remember,

You know,

That you can handle.

Yeah.

Yeah,

That's a good plan.

Yeah,

I like that.

Yeah,

I think that's part of why,

I mean,

I don't think you try to remember your lives,

But you remember a lot of them.

And I think that's why things are getting very intense for you.

But you're in a really big step.

And on the journey,

You guys,

You know,

We get the honeymoons,

You know,

When we first wake up,

Oh,

Great,

It's great.

And the deeper material comes up.

And then we have to learn how to,

You know,

Climb the mountain,

Basically.

So,

Okay,

Saskia,

We'll be talking in a few hours.

Alicia,

How are you,

Sweet one?

Putting you on the spot a bit.

Yeah,

Well,

I don't know.

I just had a cold for three days.

And today,

When I was walking,

I felt so heavy.

I have never felt so heavy in my life before.

And,

But I think it's nothing special.

But I really don't know where it comes from,

This feeling heavy.

I don't know.

It's very,

Yeah,

As if I'm carrying 5000 pounds or something.

Yeah,

Yeah.

So what were you doing for three days?

No,

I just had a cold.

And yes,

Oh,

You had a cold.

Yeah,

Cold for three days.

Well,

Sweetie pie,

I,

I would say that you're,

You're on the verge of,

Like getting lighter.

It's like when we feel really heavy,

Actually,

We're feeling how heavy our ego makes us.

We're feeling the heaviness of the ego story,

And the ego belief systems.

And when it gets really heavy,

It's right at the verge of changing.

Okay,

Alicia,

It's,

It's basically a transformational signal,

It will be,

You will start at some point,

You will start to feel lighter,

And you will dump some garbage.

Even if,

You know,

You're not totally conscious of the garbage that you're dropping.

I know the way you do the journey.

So,

You know,

You sort of sponge it up,

You kind of get it organically,

And you just make changes,

Or changes take place in you.

But can you,

It's,

You're,

You're feeling how heavy your ego keeps you.

Yes,

Well,

It's not always the case.

It was just particularly today,

You know,

It was like,

I was walking,

And I felt like,

I don't know.

Yeah,

Like something is pushing me down.

Yeah.

Well,

Sweet,

Sweet.

I know that you're kind of ambivalent about the journey.

So that's what you've got.

And that's the way you are to the information I give you.

Yeah.

But you make progress in your own way.

And you do,

You're helping people.

Yeah.

But you know,

When your teacher gives you a direct answer like that,

I mean,

She's either,

Either she's talking bullshit,

Or she's a teacher in truth,

And what she said is true.

And you have to decide which.

Well,

I didn't say that you said bullshit.

No,

I mean,

Yes.

Yes,

Yes.

I believe you.

Yes.

Alicia took on her lawyer mind by the time she was four.

By the time she was four,

She was arguing with her mother like a lawyer.

So Prevost Tudor gets it.

It's actually much better than it used to be.

It's much better.

So it's all good,

Alicia.

I adore you anyway.

I think I don't even realise when I start arguing.

I think that's the,

Yeah.

I don't even realise when I'm arguing.

Yeah.

I know.

It's okay.

It's okay.

It's the level of argument was very small.

I,

For some reason,

I cut you a lot of slack.

And I think it's because you,

You,

You live this beneficent life.

You know,

Alicia does love for people who can't take care of themselves.

She's very devoted to it.

And she's just learning how to not be overworked.

She's learning how to make sure that she doesn't get burned out.

So that's,

I'm happy.

It's a real karma yogi work to do the kind of work you do and you're not money obsessed.

You know?

I mean,

You're the opposite.

So I have a lot of respect.

You guys,

Sometimes,

You know,

The really spiritual people don't know that they're spiritual,

You know,

Or they don't sound like it.

You know,

Sometimes the best hearts are,

They don't even really believe in God.

Really.

You can have that.

But when their life is added up,

You know,

With all the good deeds and everything,

They might be far more good than somebody who thinks they're spiritual and spent their whole time focusing on what a terrible person they were,

And how they got angry when they shouldn't have,

And that they have too much pride that they just spent their whole life sort of obsessing about their own faults,

Right?

Really?

All a joke.

I read somewhere that we're,

Who knows what's going to happen,

But I read somewhere that we're all going to go extinct,

And a whole new human race is going to emerge,

And this one is going to be far more innocent than we are.

Far more,

Kind of,

Connected to the divine.

But you see,

You guys,

We can do that this life.

So,

You know,

Maybe the human race,

We're going to go sideways,

But out of us,

We're going to,

It's going to be this whole new way of living,

But we can do it this life,

You see?

We can make the shift this life and become like that,

Become the new human being.

Yeah,

I feel like you guys are going,

But this is what Premasuddha did.

Premasuddha could do it,

You guys can do it,

I'll tell you.

Truly,

Yeah.

The innocence,

You know,

If you can feel the power of your innocence,

Stay true to it.

What is it?

Don't do what you hate.

Okay,

Premasuddha,

This is Maxi.

Maxi,

Sweet one.

Yeah,

I'm here.

I started with a migraine and it's gone now at the end of the satsang.

I'm so much better.

Oh,

You had a migraine and it's gone now?

Yeah.

So,

It hit some point.

Our emotional conflict,

I say,

Premasuddha says,

About the journey.

So,

You shifted,

Good.

Migraines are horrible.

I'm really glad that you're feeling better,

Sweet one.

Are you coming to the ashram?

Yeah,

Yeah,

I'm coming with the two kids on March 21st.

March 20th?

Yes.

Okay,

That long.

Oh,

Well,

I'll still be here.

Good.

So happy.

I'm here till about the 28th,

So.

28th?

The 29th,

Yeah.

Oh,

Good.

Yeah,

So we're going to meet.

Good.

Well,

Yeah.

Yeah,

It's so funny.

So many of you guys are coming.

It's so wonderful.

So many of you here,

And then you're more coming,

And Gerald's coming.

Like,

Oh my goodness.

I'm so happy.

It's like the contingents.

The contingents arrive.

It's like Amba brought us all together at this time,

You know.

We all made separate decisions,

Right?

I mean,

Premasuddha is here,

And you guys are coming,

And happiness.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Oh,

There's so much love in your hearts,

You guys.

I can feel it.

There's so much love,

And there's so much joy wanting to be released.

I can feel this.

Yeah.

Oh my goodness.

You know,

These satsangs are just going to get more and more powerful.

So,

You know,

Who knows what's going to happen?

We'll be levitating,

Whatnot.

Why not?

Who knows?

At this time,

Anything is possible.

Yeah.

But,

Alisha,

May you feel lighter,

And,

You know,

I know you grow like a sponge.

You sponge it up,

And you gradually change,

And you just do.

So,

Yeah,

And the heart stuff is gone,

Right?

You're used to,

For a while,

You weren't able to walk for long,

Right?

You had to sit down all the time.

Is that all gone?

Well,

Yes,

Yes.

I had this dizziness,

And low blood pressure,

And everything,

And it's really,

Yeah,

I don't have,

I didn't have this problem the past six months.

Yes.

Thank you.

Yeah.

So,

Yeah.

So,

That one went away.

So,

Yeah,

I just think you're in process.

Yeah.

I just,

You,

Yeah,

Yeah,

And you're very faithful.

You turn up,

You know?

Yeah.

Yeah.

I mean,

There were many things that came up to be cleared,

You know,

Things that I kind of locked away and thought they were just,

You know,

From a past time,

And,

You know,

They don't play a role anymore,

But then I realized,

Okay,

It's coming up again,

And it was clearing.

Yes.

So,

I think,

Yeah.

Okay,

Good.

Okay.

You guys,

It never stops coming up until self-realization,

Okay?

You will do layers,

And layers,

And layers of the same stuff,

And you're always going forward.

It's never backwards,

Ever.

And at self-realization,

You still get your karma.

You're still clearing your karma,

Whatever it is,

But it just doesn't hurt anymore.

It just doesn't hurt at all,

Because it lets you know that this whole thing is just a big game,

A big game.

It's not real.

What's real is your true nature,

And you've had thousands of lives.

Rama says at least a thousand,

I think she said.

But you know,

You guys,

This is what we do.

I mean,

Right now we're on earth,

But this is what our soul does.

We just,

It dreams these dreams.

So,

This continues through all time,

You guys.

You finish the earth plane.

There will be some other challenge,

Some other civilization,

Some other.

It keeps going endlessly.

It never stops.

It's how our souls experience themselves.

It's the game of hide and seek,

And self-discovery,

And discovering the soul energy,

Rediscovering it.

Yeah.

Yeah.

That's it.

That's it.

It's just love.

It's just love.

That's it,

You guys.

Okay,

That's good.

That's all there is.

It's just love.

Yeah.

Yeah,

That's all that there is.

All that exists.

Bye,

Alexandra.

Thank you.

Thank you for coming.

I should have introduced her.

I forgot.

All there is,

Is love.

That's why it's safe.

That's why it solves things over time.

Because that's all there is.

And when you make room for it,

When you include it,

It can work its magic,

Like yeast in the making bread.

You know,

The bread rises because of the yeast.

You let the love in.

You just even presume that there's love somewhere.

That's all you have to do.

Have it in your worldview somewhere,

And it will find a way in.

And it will influence your life.

And it runs your life.

And in the lifetimes where your soul really gets fed up,

I'll tell you,

You will achieve self-realization when your soul's really fed up.

Really.

When your soul's really had enough,

You will achieve self-realization.

Truly,

I think that's how it happens.

I think,

Really.

I told you that I asked Amma if I was qualified,

Whether I could,

You know,

Stay on earth and,

Like,

Help people,

You know,

And she said,

Your soul doesn't want to do that.

She was just like that.

Your soul just doesn't want to.

And I'll tell you,

My soul has been so pushy about getting off the earth plane,

I'll tell you.

It has been nipping at the heels,

My heels,

My whole life.

It's like Adam.

Truly.

Yeah,

I know.

It's a big comedy.

It's a big comedy.

It's kind of why I'm a pushy teacher,

You know?

It's kind of like,

It's like,

Maybe all the people whose souls are getting fed up here come to Permasuda.

Because,

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah,

It's true.

And on another level,

Like,

I love it here,

And it's so beautiful and everything,

But I'm really aware of,

Like,

Like,

Just nothing had it.

You know,

Like,

Oh,

Like a grandmother who's been babysitting,

And she's kind of had enough,

And she just wants to go home to her own,

Her own home.

Even though she loves her grandchildren,

She just wants to go home.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So,

Permasuda is a bit like that.

Yep.

Yeah,

I think anybody around Permasuda is their souls motivated to grow.

Truly.

Yeah,

Because there are more,

You can,

They're more comfortable teachers to be with.

Teachers that won't poke you the same way like Permasuda does.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Okay,

Any more last call for questions,

You guys?

Let's call for comments.

Suzanne,

Is there anything that you'd like to say?

Is there anything,

Anything that you got?

Oh,

You're,

Oh,

There you go.

Yeah.

Hi.

Yeah.

Hi,

Sweetie.

Hi.

Hi.

Yeah.

I have had a very hard time with big stuff,

And my,

I don't know how to describe,

Because,

But it was so a beauty in it,

And for,

Yeah,

Last night or last night before,

I had enough,

And I,

I cry,

And she came,

And it was like water flowing,

And all my body flows.

Yeah.

And I feel lighter now.

Good.

Yeah.

Yeah.

That's how,

That's how,

You know,

I've watched you make a lot of progress,

Suzanne,

And you've got real courage.

I've seen you walk through really,

Really tough things.

Yeah.

Yeah.

It's faster now.

The progress is faster.

It's faster.

The transformation is faster,

And I,

I would love you to encourage us,

And at some point,

It's going faster,

And you approach to the stuff.

It's,

And it's a kind of beauty,

And it's like,

Yeah,

So I'm happy about it.

Happy.

Right,

Right,

Right.

I can,

Yeah,

I can,

I can,

You know,

You're right.

It is very beautiful,

And you,

You've grown enormously,

And you,

You're embracing the process.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

You're,

You're just,

I can hear it in your voice.

It's kind of like,

Oh,

But is it going to work this time?

It's a little,

We're like this.

It's sort of like,

We've been,

You know,

You make it through the challenge,

You know,

So many times.

You know,

You'll make,

Make it through,

But there's part of you that's kind of like,

I know it's going to work this time,

Too.

I know it's going to,

And it will.

It will.

You will be,

You will.

Yeah,

The product is not 100% sure that it's going to work,

But we both know that you will be brought.

That's it.

That's it.

That's it,

And I can feel it.

You're,

You're,

You're a little hard on your feminine.

It's like,

Yeah,

Yeah,

And you,

It's a little bit like,

A little cruel to yourself,

Too.

Like,

Yeah,

Sweetie,

You're a little,

Like,

You know,

Like your mama was hard on you.

You can,

Right,

You're being too hard.

Yeah,

I'm sending you huge amounts of love.

Like,

You've come so far.

Like,

Suzanne has walked through,

I think she,

You've had the hardest time of anybody I know.

Yeah,

Right.

Yeah,

And that's it.

That's it.

I can feel that you're,

You have softened with yourself a great deal,

But you're going to do it more.

I can feel it.

It's like,

Yeah,

Right.

It's like,

You're actually really hearing me.

You're really hearing what I'm saying,

And you,

You're really letting me kind of reach in and bring love to that sore spot where your mom was too hard on you.

Yeah,

Right.

Right.

Yeah,

Sweetie.

Yeah.

Right.

Right.

Right.

And that's it.

And you can just love it out.

You can just be loved out.

That's it.

And it will be as if it happened to another person.

More and more,

It will seem like it happened to another person,

Right?

You really deserve this love.

It's like,

You were just one of those most adorable little kids.

You know,

Sometimes you see them on the street,

Just adorable.

Yeah,

You were just adorable.

Yeah.

Absolutely adorable.

Yeah.

Right.

Right.

Okay.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Good.

Good.

Okay.

Wow.

This has been such a rewarding satsang,

You guys.

Thank you.
