
Learn To Swim
It’s important that we keep going on the journey no matter what. Inevitably, difficult emotions & weird bodily sensations will arise during clearings. Overtime you learn to dial down your fears and worries and move through emotional discomfort with less distress. You remember how as a kid, monsters loomed large before somebody turned on the light. Then they disappeared, just like your own adult fears eventually will. Like little Nemo said, “Just keep swimming, just keep swimming. What do we do? We swim!” We swim through the confusion of our complexes to a whole new level of trust, bringing us peace. (At least, for a while.)
