It’s important that we keep going on the journey no matter what. Inevitably, difficult emotions & weird bodily sensations will arise during clearings. Overtime you learn to dial down your fears and worries and move through emotional discomfort with less distress. You remember how as a kid, monsters loomed large before somebody turned on the light. Then they disappeared, just like your own adult fears eventually will. Like little Nemo said, “Just keep swimming, just keep swimming. What do we do? We swim!” We swim through the confusion of our complexes to a whole new level of trust, bringing us peace. (At least, for a while.)

When you evolve,

What will happen is resistance will come up and you have to learn to swim through it,

To swim through it until you find what I would call new ground,

A new perspective.

It's sort of like land emerging out of the ocean,

You're swimming in the ocean,

You think all is lost and all of a sudden there's an island coming up right in front of you of new land being born of a new perspective that is bigger than you've ever,

A bigger understanding than you've ever been able to attain before and a bigger self-image of you being more than you ever thought you were and you reach this land and you go,

Oh,

It's worth it,

It's worth it.

I had to swim a bit,

But it's worth it.

And it's where your soul wants you to go,

It's what's going to bring you happiness.
