You know,
Really the secret to evolution is just to be who you are in this very moment,
No matter what state you're in,
No matter what,
And to just keep believing in yourself,
No matter what.
Most of us,
You know,
When we get close to our true nature,
We start feeling enormous shame.
And that's shame is just the ego.
It's the ego's response because as little kids,
We learn to turn away from our true natures,
To fit into our family's emotional climate.
And that's with really loving parents,
You know.
Many of us and maybe especially women,
Try to be perfect before their themselves.
And this is part of why we're the human race is getting so confused.
We just need to,
I feel like,
Come back,
Just be with the truth of ourselves.
Back to your body.
Feel your body.
Realize you're okay,
You know.
Notice where you're breathing from.
Your breaths are shallow.
Lots of times,
You know,
We learn how to breathe shallowly as a kid out of sort of an anxiety and we keep breathing that way.
And you know,
If you just learn to breathe more deeply,
Lots of times you can start to move into self-acceptance.
So you could try it.
You know,
Just for a few days or weeks,
Just remind yourself to breathe more deeply and that you're willing to move into more self-acceptance.
And you might find that you feel your feelings more,
That you're more aware of the thoughts that you're thinking,
And that you might feel a little bit of a hint of coming back home,
Coming back home to yourself,
Coming back home to your true self.
