You know,

If you really want to find out about yourself,

Notice your aches and pains.

Notice what part of your body hurts,

And don't fight it.

Don't fight it.

Don't think it's bad news.

Think of it as good news.

And you know,

Take an aspirin if you need one,

But think of the pain or the trouble or even the disease as good news,

Because your soul is communicating with you non-verbally.

So wherever your body hurts,

It's telling you that you have some kind of misunderstanding there,

That is in the process of lifting.

So you might have a sore left elbow.

You might have a pain in your heart,

And your left knee might hurt.

So if your left knee hurts,

The issue is relationship on your feminine side.

If there's pain in your heart,

Your heart is opening.

And if your elbow hurts,

Change is coming.

You know,

When my husband and I broke up years ago,

I had excruciating pain in my elbows for three months,

Because I was in fact changing direction.

I didn't go to the doctor to see about it.

I just figured it would lift.

But sometimes it's good to go to the doctor about these pains.

Sometimes there's a real problem.

But sometimes the pain is part of an emotional complex that is coming up to be healed.

And if we look at it this way,

In this embracing way,

In the way that even discomfort can be good,

Have a good purpose behind it,

We keep our minds open,

It may happen that the pain lifts quite quickly.

You know,

Sometimes I used to get feelings of intense pressure on my heart,

Or sometimes in my tummy.

And I would just see this as my soul wanting to come into my body.

And I would just,

You know,

Open my heart,

Imagination,

Open the door to my heart,

And take some deep breaths,

And just decide that I was going to allow the energy to come in,

And that it would bring a shift into strength of my heart,

Making my heart bigger.

And this is what I found to be true.

One of the ways I found it to be true,

One of the ways I started even this decoding of the body was very dramatic.

I was in the middle of a,

I started having a mental breakdown in my 30s as a result of a tremendous amount of stress points happening within like a two-year period.

And what happened was,

One day I found that I was unable to stand up.

I had so much pressure pushing me down,

I couldn't stand up.

So you know,

Somebody close to me took me to like the emergency,

You know.

And the trouble was,

It was all taken very seriously.

And you know,

I ended up,

You know,

Having to go to a psych ward for a few days.

But the thing was,

That if there had been somebody there who'd said to me,

Janet,

This is just your disowned power wanting to come into your body.

And it's wanting to come into your back,

And your back's associated with the past,

And the unconscious.

So if they'd said to me,

This energy's coming in through to heal your past,

And to heal misunderstandings in your unconscious,

Just take some deep breaths and stand up.

If I trusted the person,

I could have done the shift in like five minutes.

So this is more what I do for people.

It's like,

It just,

You know,

Bring love,

Bring love.

It's like,

We can decode what's going on emotionally with us by what's going on in our body.

And if we have an embracing approach,

An accepting approach,

Things can heal up pretty easily.

But again,

You know,

Go to the doctor if you've,

You know,

Got heart pain.

But you know,

It also can be your heart opening.

When love comes into your body like this,

When the energy comes into your body,

You become more integrated in truth,

More integrated into your true nature.

And what happens over time is you learn to,

You know,

Work with your body this way,

And also to feel the emotions that come up without judging them.

So,

Because one of the things about complexes is when our complexes are coming up to be healed,

The content of these complexes will fill our minds,

And we might start feeling like really angry,

Or,

You know,

Have hateful thoughts about people,

Or even fear,

And it's just coming up to be healed.

So if we can,

You know,

Keep breathing,

Keep focus on your heart area,

Try to observe your state,

Rather than reacting or acting it out.

And just give it over to God,

Give the emotions over to God,

Give your physical pain over to God,

The universe,

The Tao,

However you want to think of it.

Give it over to something beyond you,

Though,

So you're not just going circulating around in your little mind.

There's a much bigger understanding beyond your little mind.

When you open the door in your approach,

When you go,

Okay,

I'm learning,

What am I learning here?

You start opening,

And the hugeness of the comprehension and the hugeness of the love power starts coming into your body and your mind,

And you start becoming who you're born to be.

Now,

This process is very simple,

And in retrospect,

It seems very clear to me and obvious,

But when we're going through it,

It can be messy and seem very confusing.

But,

You know,

I highly recommend the practice of yoga and meditation,

I mean,

To do these spiritual practices,

Because they can really hold us during the habit of doing them,

Can hold us and give us stability during our times of difficulty,

Which is really part of the point of these practices.

And they give us the habit of them,

And the practice of them helps us sink in to the truth of who we really are.

And the truth of who you really are is you are an infinitely love-powerful being who is limitless,

And you're here to learn about yourself by coming into a very limited human form.

And it's uncomfortable for us all sometimes,

But just open up that the pains in your body,

What's happening to you,

It's all trying to help you to embrace life,

You know,

Unconditional life.

We're all here to learn as gracefully as we can,

And you're very,

Very loved.

You're so loved,

You have no idea.

And you know,

Open to it,

Open the door to it,

Open the door,

You know,

Through prayer,

Through spiritual practices,

Through kindness to your neighbors,

To petting your dog,

To admiring Mother Nature,

To having a benign intent towards everything,

Benign,

Loving intent to everything,

Open to it,

And then the love can come to you,

Come to you,

You can feel it.

Okay,

You're so loved,

You're so precious,

And just so many blessings to you.

I hope this all helped.

I'm in the process of learning to tune into my body's wisdom and this offered a slightly different perspective from others I've heard. I love the idea of the soul trying to break through in parts of our bodies. I've also felt pain in my heart and am in the process of opening it up. It's so heartening (☺️) to hear this could be part of the process rather than there being a need to feel concern about the pain. The idea of actually welcoming pain is so opposed to our culture and my initial instincts, but I know it's information, and the way you explain it feels true so I trust this will really help to shift my perspective πŸ™ I plan to listen often so I can absorb the truth of it. And the love in the words. It's so heartfelt. Thank you for sharing your gifts πŸ™πŸ’—βœ¨

Very helpful, just for self and others. Losing a sister to the pain of suicide helps me realize the pains are here to teach versus to anhialate. Thank you for sharing
