Connecting Up Again Brings Wonder

With her signature humor and ability to put words to vague perceptions and feelings, together with her healing touch, Premasudha's work is life changing. She has a truly great knack of assisting people out of the emotional prison of their ego/intellect into true freedom. This means that sometimes even serious diseases disappear too, as part of the emotional shift into a new more love-based understanding.

This is what they believe in the East,

That when we're in a mum's tummy,

The soul kind of flits in and out of the fetus until birth,

Just before birth.

But all the time the soul's flitting in and out of this little body that you were.

It's thinking,

Let's do it this time.

Let's really wake up.

Let's not get caught in all the old traps where maybe we spent many lives circulating around in unhelpful belief systems or a tendency towards addictions or grabbing hold of material things with a death grip.

Maybe this time we'll awaken more,

We'll be able to listen to our heart,

And the soul would be aware of the challenges that you've set up in your life,

What you would have to meet.

And you would know that,

You know,

When I say it,

It's really actually you,

The big you,

The big you would really know that these challenges were necessary and just for your growth.

And that there are a whole lot of checks and balances in there to kind of make sure that you could get through them.

It's like,

You know,

The universe sides with us,

Our souls want to learn these lessons.

They want to transcend the earth experience.

And so there are all these lovely experiences and supportive people woven into our lives to help us,

You know,

Reach our goal and overcome obstacles.

You know,

And when you were born and leaving that soft,

Warm womb,

And maybe it was the lights were bright and you were,

You know,

Had to suddenly deal with new energies.

But everything was,

You know,

An attempt to help and keep you safe.

So there'd be a lot of medical machines around if just in case there was any trouble.

And maybe there was no trouble and the birth just went really well.

And you were placed on your mom's tummy and she was pleased to see you and relieve the pain and stopped too.

But that's part of what opens the mom's heart to to the baby.

Is that excruciating pain that many women go through?

Yeah,

It opens opens mom's heart.

So even that's good.

And you know,

She forgets about the pain immediately afterwards and the great joy of the baby being born of you being born.

And you know,

They're angels and guides around the birth of a baby and all the doctors and nurses have,

You know,

Illumination on their face,

Great joy,

The great joy of a birth.

It's like the door to heaven opens through a birth and everybody feels it.

And so what I'm wanting is just imagine huge amounts of love coming to you just at your birth.

And your mom being really,

Really pleased to meet you and your dad being happy to Yeah,

Just,

You know,

Take a few minutes and just imagine that.

And imagine the love,

Just traveling through,

Carrying you through your whole lifetime.

You know,

When you imagine that,

Even for just a few minutes,

You hope you help open the door to the love that is within you and inviting it into your very human body.

Yeah,

That may be,

You know,

At birth,

We've got a little shocked by the lights in the hospital room,

And all the commotion.

Yeah,

Just let the love come to you.

Just try to keep in mind that this whole world is love based might not look like it,

Because actually,

We're so alienated from our hearts and the truth within us,

But everything's made out of love and you are infinitely loved and valued and worthy of respect.

Oh my goodness! That was so beautiful! Being a mother myself and remembering the flood of emotions upon meeting my babies after delivery, I can imagine how my own mother and father must have felt when I was born. This is the first time I really thought about my own birth and the flood of love that followed . I loved it when you explained how the pain of childbirth opens a mothers heart too. I’m experiencing some turbulence in my life right now and so appreciate your words of wisdom.
