Self Love Boost : Connect With Your Inner Light

This meditation will leave you feeling unshakable self-love, and deep inspiration to share your unique Light in all the ways you feel most inspired to. Inside of each one of us is a sacred sanctuary filled with so much Grace, beauty and nourishment. In this space, we can deeply refill our cup and replenish our Spirit. I invite you to join me on this heart-opening and uplifting meditation journey of reconnecting with the unique beauty, magic, and overflowing love of your Soul.

Let's just take a few deep breaths together,

Putting one hand over the heart and one hand over your lower belly,

Taking three of the longest,

Sweetest,

And most deeply self-loving breaths that you've taken so far all day,

Right into the center of your beautiful,

Precious heart.

Big breath in and hold at the top,

And then big exhale with a sigh,

Just releasing anything that you may have been holding,

Anything that you don't need to be carrying with you.

So let's do two more like that.

Big breath into your precious heart temple,

Feeling all of the love and all of the beauty inside your heart,

Holding the breath at the top and exhaling out with a sigh,

Just letting go of the day,

Letting go of any tension or any excess energy that you don't need to be carrying with you.

One more deepest,

Slowest,

Longest breath of the day so far right into your heart,

Holding at the top and big,

Full commitment exhale with a sigh.

And just giving your heart a little rub,

Just feeling the comforting somatic sensation of your warm hand over top of your sweet,

Big,

Feeling,

Loving,

Compassionate heart.

And just take a deep,

Deep breath into your heart,

Inviting that energy center and the muscles and the tissues to soften and relax in this moment.

Beautiful.

And just rubbing your heart,

Your sweet,

Tender,

Precious,

Sacred heart with your hand,

Feeling the light of your soul,

That courageous,

Wise,

All-seeing soul aspect of yourself,

Feeling that energy from your soul streaming down from the higher realms,

Streaming down into your crown,

Into your body,

Into your arms and your hands,

And lighting up your healing hands with the light of your soul.

Feeling your soul comforting and encouraging and sweetly holding your heart in this moment.

Feeling yourself with a nice,

Straight spine connecting to that light of your soul.

Taking a few more slow breaths into the heart,

Seeing if you can invite your heart rate to slow down a little bit in this moment into a space of parasympathetic,

Safe and grounded,

Held and loved energy,

Holding yourself,

Holding your precious heart with the light and the support and the grace of your beautiful soul and your connection to Source.

Feeling into your heart a little more deeply,

Seeing if you can tune right into the very,

Very center,

The inner sanctum,

Sanctorum of your heart,

Going deeper and deeper inside the temple of your heart,

All the way to the very,

Very,

Very,

Very center.

Taking some more slow,

Long breaths with long exhales,

Letting yourself settle and ground and arrive in the safe,

Safe,

Loving space.

And just visualizing your energy and your awareness going through all the chambers of your heart,

Visualizing your heart as an ornate,

Precious temple filled with jewels,

Gemstones,

Candles,

Altars,

Visualizing yourself making your way all the way to the very,

Very inner,

Inner sanctum of your heart,

Breathing into that space and noticing as you start to approach the very epicenter of the sanctum,

Sanctorum,

The sacred sanctuary of your heart,

Starting to notice a bright,

Warming,

Illuminating,

Delightful,

Nourishing,

Magical,

Sparkling energy that is just emanating,

Emanating,

Emanating from the very center of your being.

So,

So bright.

This light is so effulgent,

So healing,

So magical.

It's like an ambrosial,

Radiant,

Ecstatic,

Beautiful light.

It's so bright and beautiful that it almost brings tears to your eyes.

This is the frequency of your unique soul snowflake.

This is the frequency of the magic that is abundantly contained inside of your inner temple and inside of this inner sanctum,

Sanctorum,

The sacred sanctum of your heart,

Visualizing a beautiful,

Sacred throne and visualizing what it looks like.

It might have ornate wooden carvings on it.

It might be made of silver or gold.

It might have gemstones,

Quartz crystals,

All kinds of beautiful decorations around it.

Visualizing yourself slowly walking towards this throne and visualizing your soul shining down so much love and support to you as you deeply,

Fully,

Come completely home to yourself in a way that is unshakable,

Unbreakable.

Visualizing yourself finding your seat upon that beautiful throne,

Feeling how perfectly made it is for you.

It's comfortable,

A beautiful velvet cushion.

Feeling yourself landing in the very,

Very center of your being in full vibrational resonance and alignment with your soul aspect.

Seeing your soul just smiling and grinning,

Shining down love and support and encouragement onto you as you are now fully,

Fully reconnected with your inherent true being.

That part of you that's been inside ever since you first came into the creation,

Ever since you were in your mother's womb,

That beautiful soul snowflake,

That is you.

Feeling yourself landing back into that unwavering reconnection with the beauty of your soul and just really taking a moment to effortlessly release anything out of your energy field or out of your mind,

Out of your heart that is not in alignment with the pure light,

Wisdom,

Kindness,

Intelligence,

Compassion,

And grace of your soul.

Feeling yourself connected from the soles of your feet,

Can give your toes a little wiggle.

Feeling yourself connected to the land underneath you.

Feeling the support of the spirits of the ancestors of the land that you are standing or seated or laying on in this moment.

Feeling how you are in the exact right place and the exact right time for your soul's evolution,

For the full fruition of your soul's blossoming and your destiny in this lifetime.

And just feeling deep reverence and gratitude for the wise,

Benevolent spirits of the ancestors that have been holding the land underneath you.

With reverence for millennia,

For millennia.

Feeling your connection to the earth,

The plants,

The flowers,

The flower essences and spirits,

The sacred plants,

The healing waters,

The elementals.

Sending love and reverence from your soul through your heart,

The heart of your human vessel,

Your human body,

Down through your root,

All the way down to the center of Mother Earth,

Mama Gaia.

Seeing that beam of love from your soul coming through your heart,

Down through your central channel,

All the way to the center of the earth,

Illuminating with reverence and gratitude and devotion,

The heart of Mother Earth.

Feeling her heart kindle,

Sparkling with gratitude to be reconnected with you fully and to know that the soul contract that you came here to fulfill is imminent and it is inevitable.

As a devotee of the earth,

A benevolent earth server,

Sharing your light and your gifts,

Your love with all your brothers and sisters,

All eight billion of them in this lifetime.

Being a force for good,

A point of light,

An illuminating source of grace,

Kindness,

Humility,

Openness,

Sweetness,

And love.

And if you're sitting upright,

If you can just straighten your back just a little bit and open yourself up as a bridge,

Inviting and invoking that the benevolent grace of Mother Earth,

Her nourishment,

Her grounding,

Her holding,

Her support,

Her resourcing can stream up through your body,

Through your spine,

And that the illuminating,

Divinely compassionate kindness of source of the angelic realms,

Of all of your benevolent,

Healed,

And wise and well ancestors,

All of the saints and sages and wise ones that are in the higher realms,

All of your beloved loved ones that have crossed to spirit and are here as a source of angelic support,

Opening up to all of that grace and allowing,

Inviting,

Invoking it to shower down over top of your crown in this moment,

Showering your energy field,

Sparkling and kissing every single cell in your body with compassionate love,

And every single millimeter of your energy field being filled up with the light of grace,

Feeling yourself as that midpoint between earth and heavens,

Feeling your heart as a grateful and humble chalice for all of this love,

Giving yourself a big hug in this moment,

A big embrace,

Giving gratitude to your human self,

Giving gratitude to your soul,

Giving gratitude to mother earth,

Giving gratitude to all of those that love you and all of those that you love,

And inviting and invoking that this week be filled with more miracles,

More synchronicities,

More awe,

More wonder,

And more delight jam-packed into one week of your life than you could have even dared to dream,

Imagine was possible,

Giving gratitude for all of the blessings that are already here with you in this moment,

And giving gratitude to all of the blessings that are on their way imminently,

Taking a few more deep breaths into your heart,
