Hello,

Beloved ones.

Let's begin by placing one hand over the heart and one hand over the lower belly,

And just take a few long,

Slow,

Deep breaths and really ground into the body in this moment.

You can let out a sigh on the exhale if you like,

Taking several of the longest,

Slowest,

Deepest breaths that you've taken all day.

And becoming aware of the seat underneath you,

Feeling how supported you are by either the chair or the cushion,

Or if you're standing,

Become aware of the sensation in your feet on the floor and how the floor is holding you and supporting you in this moment.

And from that place,

You can begin to visualize roots growing from your tailbone,

Roots growing from your root chakra all the way into the earth,

Allowing yourself to feel grounded,

Supported,

Held,

Anchored,

And nourished by Earth Mother in this moment.

Visualizing those roots growing through all those different layers of the earth and being blessed and nourished by each layer of earth as you move through with your roots towards the center of Earth Mother.

Beautiful.

So visualize those roots thick and strong with nice rhizomes just really anchoring you,

Letting you feel like you're fully supported and held in this moment.

Allowing yourself to tune into the Schumann frequency of the earth,

The Schumann resonance,

That beautiful stabilizing energy of earth that helps to calibrate our bodies and our nervous systems to that core stability and that loving frequency and vibration of Earth Mother.

So let's visualize that earth energy as red energy.

And with those thick roots and rhizomes that are deep down to the core of the earth,

Connected to your body,

Visualize yourself bringing up some of that grounding earth energy in through those roots and rhizomes into your body,

Into your root chakra,

Into your central channel,

Into all of your body and your entire energy field.

So breathing up some of that support and that loving,

Nurturing energy that earth has to support us with each and every breath when we take a moment to tune in and receive.

Visualizing that red grounding energy,

Infusing your entire body,

Your entire energy field.

Just allow yourself to feel so supported and cherished and loved and held by Earth Mother in this moment and in every moment.

Bringing that earth energy all the way up from your tailbone all the way through your central channel in the center of your body,

All the way up to the top of your head.

And then allowing that earth energy to go all the way up,

Sending it all the way up to the heavens,

Connecting to source,

Connecting to your soul,

Your soul's wisdom,

Connecting up to your angels and your guides.

And from that place of feeling so grounded and supported and anchored here on earth,

Let's take a moment to connect up above to your soul,

To all of the wisdom and beauty and grace that is available by attuning to your soul in this moment and in each and every moment.

Beautiful opening yourself up from above from your crown chakra and from above to all of the benevolent support that is here from your spirit guides,

From your angels,

From all of the benevolent spirit allies that are here to work with you and through you here in this world.

Taking a moment to invoke that higher grace and to say to that higher benevolent spirit source energy,

I am now available and I am now ready to receive and channel more light,

More good,

More grace,

More empowerment and support for our global family in my life,

In my work,

Through my being.

Lighting up wide and allowing a stream of golden white light,

That benevolent,

Loving,

Illuminating spirit support to stream through,

Through your crown,

Through your central channel,

Through your body,

Lighting up and expanding your heart and streaming all the way down back down into the earth,

Allowing that light to wash through you,

Washing through any fears,

Any resistance,

Any blocks,

Anything that's blocking you from stepping into fully being and doing and embodying all that you've come here to earth,

All that you have traveled so far and been through so much in order to share in this lifetime.

So letting that white light from above stream through all the way down and sending it down back into the earth,

Bringing that red earth energy up and allowing those two sources of support,

Exquisite support and grace to mix and merge in your heart center.

You can visualize the red earth energy and the white light energy swirling like a yin and yang symbol in your heart chakra,

In your heart center,

Just filling you up with so much love and grace and support to do your sacred work,

To do your purpose,

To do your dharma in this lifetime.

Breathing all that support into your heart and breathing deeply into your heart,

Feeling all of the vast,

Infinite,

Gorgeous love that is there in your heart,

Just waiting to be shared in this world.

Breathing into that tremendous,

Vast resource that the world is so thirsty for during this dynamic time and visualizing what it will feel like to break through any blocks,

Any fears and to start sharing your love,

Your grace,

Your wisdom,

Your benevolence in the world through the unique way that you have been created to do.

Feeling how incredible it will feel to finally give yourself permission to share all of that huge exquisite love in the world.

How amazing it will feel to light yourself and others up with your love through your sacred work each and every day.

Feeling like a flood gate is just opening and all of this love now gets to stream into the world that is so ready to receive your love and your sacred purpose.

And feeling yourself as you step into that aspect of you who is fully embodying your true purpose,

Feeling how much that will illuminate and transform every single aspect of your life experience.

And allowing yourself to feel into how good that feels and how much love is there to be shared and taking a moment to ask and request spirit support.

In this moment,

Please open the pathways.

Give me the guidance.

Let the streams be open and let the guidance and the synchronicities align to give me the divine clues of what the next steps are for me on my path to share my sacred love,

My sacred creativity.

I'm open to seeing the signs and the guidance and I am ready to take action now.

Let's bring the awareness down to your hand that's over your lower belly,

Feeling into this energy center,

The sacral center.

This is the seat of creativity.

This is where so many seeds of your true purpose are available to be gestated,

To sprout and to grow into strong,

Beautiful,

Rich,

Vital trees that bear fruit that serve so many people nourishing you and nourishing the global family.

Feeling into all of those seeds of your sacred creativity,

Whether it be through art,

Through music,

Through building community,

Through writing,

Through sharing your voice,

Whatever means your sacred creativity wants to be shared in this world,

Visualizing that golden light from above and that beautiful red earth energy germinating those seeds now in this moment and visualizing them start to pop and start to sprout,

Start to get strong and vital.

You know in your heart and in your soul what lights you up and what pieces of the puzzle you have to bring forth for the collective.

Taking a moment to feel into what would light you up the most to share in this next chapter of life.

What would give you so much joy to jump out of bed in the morning if all of your fears or any fears or limiting beliefs were gone and you just knew that you were supported from all directions?

What would give you the most joy and illuminate you to bring forth and create in this next chapter of life?

Feeling into that now,

Visualizing that now.

Really taking a moment to visualize that aspect of you which is already here,

That aspect of you that is fulfilling your purpose,

That is living your dharma,

That is walking the path of your true sacred work in this life,

Visualizing that aspect of you now.

And with the support that's available for you from all directions,

Not only from above and from the earth but from all of your sacred collaborators,

Your divine allies in this lifetime,

I invite you to start showing up as that aspect of you today knowing that you are supported each and every step of the way,

Taking courageous action,

Moving forward,

Taking one step at a time,

Following your guidance and architecting the life that you were truly meant to live.

May you feel today how truly supported you are from all directions.

May your guidance come through clear and strong what the next steps are for you to take on the path of your true purpose and may deep self-love welling from the depths of your heart and your very being infuse each and every step on your journey of creating the life of your destiny.

You're so loved and supported.

Breathing deeply into your body,

Coming back into your body,

Remembering to anchor back into this space of support anytime you need to and moving forward in your day in divine alignment,

Failing divine support and allowing yourself to be nourished by the divine grace that is here for you in each moment.
