Hello,
Beloved one.
I invite you to take three deep,
Long,
Slow breaths into that beautiful,
Loving heart of yours together with me now,
Exhaling anything you don't need to be carrying with you with an audible sigh,
And taking a moment to tune in with your body,
Heart,
And mind in this moment.
How are you feeling right now,
Dear one?
Are there any ruminating thoughts,
Any repetitive stories in your mind?
Any judgments or emotional resistance?
Any feelings of not being okay?
Looking from the vantage point of your higher wisdom and noticing all of these thoughts with compassion.
Feeling your connection to your higher guidance,
That part of you that sees the hawk's eye view and knows how precious,
Beautiful,
And gifted you are,
And how supported you are by the benevolent forces of life itself on this day and every day.
And tuning in to those unhelpful thoughts,
Self-protective thoughts,
Old stories,
And ruminations,
I invite you to release them back to the earth by simply saying,
Let it go,
Unhelpful,
Release.
And looking around you as you bring your awareness to the present moment,
I invite you to notice a couple of things that are beautiful right here,
Right now.
You may wish to go outside or look out the window.
Perhaps you can see some flowers,
A beautiful tree or plant,
The sunshine.
Or if you are inside,
Perhaps noticing some of the supportive items in your home,
Books that help you learn new inspiring things,
Notepads and pens for writing down your visions and intentions,
Maybe a candle that you enjoy,
Or a beautiful clothing item or piece of jewelry.
Just take a moment to notice a couple of things that you are grateful for right here,
Right now,
In this present moment.
And I invite you to come into your beautiful body vessel now by wrapping your arms around yourself and stroking your upper arms from your elbows to your shoulders and back again,
And saying out loud to yourself,
I'm here with you right now and I love you and I see your courage,
Strength and commitment to creating a deeply thriving life.
Continuing to stroke up and down your upper arms from your elbows to your shoulders for another moment as you take a few more deep and long breaths,
Opening up from above to your connection to Source,
Your Higher Self and the Divine,
Visualizing a stream of loving radiant energy coming down from Source through your crown,
Into your head,
Your brain,
Your brainstem and your cranial nerves,
Down through your entire spine and central nervous system,
All the way to your tailbone,
And then continuing down all the way to the energetic heart of Mother Earth,
Grounding you and rooting you here now on this beautiful planet,
Feeling deeply connected to Source and supported by the unconditionally loving energy of Earth Mother.
And now we are going to do a practice that will help retrain the hippocampus,
A brain region involved in memory and emotion,
To strengthen its neural pathways of recalling positive memories and condition it to look for the good.
I invite you to call to mind an experience in your life in which you felt joyful,
Light-hearted and in a flow state.
This could be as simple as a time that you were singing,
Or dancing,
Or making art,
Or an incredible synchronicity that happened that you knew couldn't possibly be a coincidence.
Or it could be your favorite travel adventure,
Or a time you really felt yourself shining your light.
Taking some time now to call that memory to your heart and mind.
What was it about that experience that lit up your spirit and made you feel joyful,
Inspired,
And in divine alignment?
In which ways did that experience make you feel the beauty of connection?
Connection to nature,
To another person,
Or to the unified field of life?
I invite you to begin feeling the feelings of this experience in your body,
Heart,
And nervous system now.
Straightening your spine,
Opening your heart and chest area,
And bringing a smile to your lips as you recall this blessed memory.
And breathing into the deep inner knowing and remembrance that there are so many more beautiful and sacred memories from your life journey.
And now we're going to do a practice with the medial prefrontal cortex,
Which works closely with the hippocampus to draw on past experiences when envisioning meaningful and emotionally uplifting visions for the future.
By linking memories to future visions,
We can more vividly picture these new realities and create realistic,
Motivating images of what we desire.
I invite you to take some time now to call to mind and heart something that you feel lit up with inspiration to create in your life.
Something that you deeply desire to experience,
Yet you may not fully know how all the details may come together yet to bring this into your life.
Visualizing and feeling this as if it is already here,
Right now,
In this moment.
That this blessing you've been praying for has now become part of your reality,
And it is transforming your life and opening a new portal of possibility for you.
And feeling the uplifting emotions blossoming in your heart.
What does it feel like in your body now that this wonderful thing has come into your life with such divine alignment and flow?
How do you breathe?
What is your posture like?
Bring an expression to your eyes and face that reflect the gratitude that this vision has all worked out so beautifully.
Taking a deep breath and exhaling a gentle sigh of appreciation.
